I was very impressed with Dean who came today to service my boiler. He was very polite with good manners and friendly, plus his knowledge and sound advice regarding the workings of, and advice on how to maintain the right temperatures to get the most efficient ways to use the boiler, and with the best way to save on energy costs. He was in my opinion the best engineer I have had, and will definitely use him again going forward. I’m really happy with the experience of knowledge and attitude he has towards doing a really good job, and very comfortable to be around whilst doing just that.

Dean came to service my Worcester Bosch boiler that had not been done for three years. He took it apart and thoroughly tested it. He had to replace a gasket and the electrics, showing me the poor condition that they were in and he cleaned the vent which was badly clogged. He had the relevant parts on his van and soon had the parts fitted, the pressure tested and the casing reassembled. He also tested and adjusted the temperature on the hot water tank. As a separate job he also replaced the silicone seal around our shower tray. It was a very professional job. The amount charged was very reasonable considering the parts replaced, the work done and the time taken. Thank you very much, Dean - see you again next year!

Our old boiler finally gave up, so we called Gaslec as Shawn and Deen had helped us with it previously so they were our first go-to. As usual, the job was carried out efficiently. Everyone is polite and professional and although in the best possible way, we don’t want to see them too often, it’s always a pleasure when we do! Shawn and Deen go out of their way to help and make sure the job is done properly and to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We started using Gaslec Kent a few years back when we were replacing our kitchen and needed a pipe moved. We were really unsure who to trust, so turned to good old Facebook for recommendations, Gaslec Kent were recommended a number of times, so we went with them. Very friendly service, no job to big or small, we use them all the time now. What makes them stand out from the rest? Fantastic communication . Jobs completed in a timely manner. Will go above and beyond to get the boiler working again. Very friendly. Good prices. They also answered any questions I had. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs jobs doing, no matter how big or small!

Gaslec were contacted when my boiler started misbehaving. I knew they were local as their business had been mentioned by some neighbors. Our boiler had just packed up and i called in the hope it could be repaired. upon inspection it was unrepairable so they quoted for a replacement. Their quote was more competitive than the online places and after viewing the boiler Monday they were able to book us in and source a replacement Thursday. The engineer Dean who did the work was polite and courteous, worked neatly and worked from 8am to 8pm to get the job done, including setting up a wifi thermostat device and cleaning the system. Very Happy with the work and will use them to maintain this boiler from now on.

Shawn arrived bang on time. His friendly and professional service was impressive. He carried out a full service on my boiler and I have to say, that after seeing Shawn's work, I will never take out a maintenance contract with any of the well known companies again, and believe me, I have had them all over the years! As Shawn continued servicing and cleaning the boiler, it became evident that all the services that I had purchased in previous years from untold so-called major companies, were a waste of money. Shawn removed parts and cleaned them - I can tell you that his service was twice as efficient and thorough than any service I had on the boiler in previous years. I won't be taking out any boiler contracts in the future, but will instead keep Gaslec/Shawns number handy, in case of emergency (or annual boiler service).
