I have used geeks-on-wheels before and once again I received excellent support and work. My desk-top computer was refusing to work past four o'clock. I am always told the name of the person who will be coming and that person -whoever it is - always arrives on time, is polite, pleasant and actually listens to what I say without laughing at my ignorance. This time the 'Geek' also sorted out my tablet which runs on a different system and was refusing to give me a keyboard. Whether you are a techno-phobe or a techno wiz, if something is not working these are the people to go to.

What a wonderful experience, they performed his particular magic setting up my new PC and shared with me computer wisdom imparting valuable knowledge which I am sure will prove useful. As usual, their engineer, like his colleagues, was fast and efficient and friendly and sorted out my problem via team viewer, explaining as he went along. I feel safe, knowing that Geeks on Wheels are there. What's more they will answer questions on the phone when appropriate, and without charge. The visit I had on 29th December was not the first time that I needed the help of Geeks On Wheels. My first impression of them the last time was fully backed up on this visit when my computer had again given me problems. Apart from keeping within a promised time-slot, the service I received was totally efficient due to the fact that GoW's technicians are knowledgeable and understanding of what can make computers work - and occasionally misbehave! Added to this, they are also understanding of customers and where problems can go wrong and politely give good advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Their pricing is totally fair as is their attitude to the customers. I will definitely use them again when/if needed and I will happily recommend them to others.
