Our Floor Sanding Professionals have consistently maintained high standards of service and workmanship for over a decade, making GJP Floor Sanding a flooring contractor you can trust.

Thanks to our 30-plus years of combined experience, our experienced flooring specialists can tackle all floor sanding projects including repair and restoration jobs. We can repair/restore even the most damaged wood floors to their former glory, even those floors that have damaged by damp, dry and wet rot and more.

We had our living room floor of piranha pine boards sanded and sealed with clear satin lacquer. The work was done with efficiency and minimal dust. The finish was excellent. Any scuffs or marks were sanded off and the finished floor looks as new. We were given a date for the work about 6 weeks ahead but then we’re offered a cancellation the week before, which was not convenient for us so we kept to the original date. The person who came to give us the quote was very helpful and answered all our questions. The workers who did the work were efficient and respectful. There were no extra costs above the original quote.

Really good experience with GJP floor sanding. Filled and sanded-out pine floors came up almost as good as know and crucially far less creaking! Three rooms and a landing done in 2 days, quick and good quality work

I was very pleased with the work carried out by GJP Flooring. The floorboards look great and the repairs I needed have been carried out. The staff involved were prompt, polite, friendly and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly after their work. Would be very happy to recommend.

I booked GJP to sand and stain my downstairs and then booked them again to do the upstairs once I had seen the results. The price was competitive compared to other quotes I received. Jamie was punctual and diligent and we are very happy with the results

Glyn Pires runs a first-rate firm. He responds rapidly to queries; something I really valued. Marcus and Joe re-furbished our sitting room, dining room and hall floors. They did a super job. Apart from that, they were both courteous and kind. We are delighted with the job GJP did for us.

Thank you so much for the amazing transformation to our attic room floor. I cannot believe how beautiful it is. We have had 2 other floors previously sanded by another company and they are nowhere near this exceptional standard. This floor is super smooth.
