GLM relocated and replaced our existing boiler with a Worcester system boiler. Gary responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and arranged a convenience time to come out to check our requirements. He provided me with a clear list of suitable boiler options and provided quotes in a timely manner. The job was carried out with minimal disruption and we found Gary to be professional and reliable. I would definitely use GLM again.

The whole process, from initial quote to installation and after service has been smooth and painless. Gary has been professional, courteous, and informed throughout - he knows his products, was able to articulate the benefits/costs of each option, and communicated very effectively throughout the process. The financing of the product (new boiler) was easily organised. The installation went smoothly and was within the estimated time-scale. Anyone considering a boiler replacement could not do better than using GLM Gas and Plumbing. Gary is a great lad with a very high level of competence, a very diligent worker and extremely efficient and helpful. The completed job for a new Worcester Combi boiler was superb. All pipework very neat and tidy and the installation looks brilliant and works like a dream. Everything left in a tidy state and all completed with minimum fuss. Gary is assisted by his apprentice Aiden who too is an excellent worker. All in all I cannot recommend him more highly. The price was very competitive and with hassle free no interest finance available its a no brainier. A new boiler installation is a big decision so choosing the right installer is vital. Anyone choosing Gary's firm will not regret it. without question, I be using him for maintenance on the boiler in the future.

Firstly the contact we had with Gary when getting a quote was great, very fast replies and he also took into account our needs and requests without any hesitation. We had our old conventional boiler system removed and a new Worcester fitted in it’s place. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen and the new one fitted upstairs in the airing cupboard. Gary and Aiden are both extremely professional and kept the house tidy throughout the job. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Couldn’t fault anything about them at all and would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I chose GLM gas and plumbing to install a new boiler and replace radiators. From start to finish of the job, I couldn't fault their approach to the job. All very professional. Any queries we had as the job progressed, Gary was more than helpful in getting us on the right track. At the end of the job, they left the place clean and tidy, so no complaints there. The final bill was fair and compared well with other quotes we had had. No hesitation in recommending them to others, and we will certainly use them in the future when we need a good plumber and gas engineer.

I'd recommend Gary and his team for their work. We had an old boiler changed and at the quote stage Gary was one of the few who actually replied and followed up when he said he would. All work done on time and within budget. They tidied the birds nest of pipework and clearly take pride in being neat as well as really tidy. Sheets over the stairs and carpets and all rubbish and dust was removed. Can't fault their work at all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had Gary and Aiden remove my old boiler system, and fit new combi system Work was carried out professionally. Everywhere was left clean and tidy after completion.Gary kept me informed as how the job was going at all time. Won't be using anyone else in the future.

Our boiler had a pinhole leak. We had to wait a week for it to be fixed, but this was not an issue as we are currently having our bathroom renovated so we didn’t need any hot water. We sent photos to Gary and he knew straightaway how to fix the problem and came to our house with everything ready.

Gary and his colleague came to convert our 30 year old boiler for a brand new Worcester boiler. We couldn't have asked for a better service, They were both very professional and friendly, considerate in our home and tidy, all at a very competitive rate! Gary and his co worker replaced our 20+ year old Worcester Boiler with a new Worcester unit. He was recommended from the Worcester Bosch Web Site, as an approved installer. I can fully recommend his company. His work was excellent, and the installation was completed in one day at a very competitive price. The site was cleaned after his work, and all the old boiler items were removed. I was very impressed, and we now have fully working system again. Gary and his work colleague replaced my 30 year old combi boiler with a top of the range new one. He also fitted 7 new radiators. The price for the whole job was very competitive. He was very careful not to leave any mess and all rubbish was removed from my property. As an added bonus he made sure I thoroughly understood now to operate the boiler controls and he recommended the best energy efficient settings.

Amazing work real life Santa Claus came on his day off at Xmas set me up on 0% finance yesterday after giving me a quote for a Worcester boiler install and true to his word came and installed next day this really was a real life miracle at Xmas you won't go wrong with guy clean and tidy great workmanship if only all tradesmen were half as good as this guy and trust me I never write reviews but had too for this guy.

We were looking for someone to service our boiler after our long standing engineer said he could not do it this year. Saw Gary’s van in driveway on our road and started talking to him. He was very approachable and helpful. Within a few of minutes we had a service date sorted and booked into his diary. (The back of Gary’s van was very organised and tidy which, to us, says a lot about how a person works.) Gary arrived on time and quickly carried out the service. We would definitely book him for the next boiler service and, should the need arise, any other heating and plumbing work.

I contacted Gary to ask if he could undertake the annual service on my Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler. The phone was answered straight away and after confirming a few details my service was booked in. Gary sent me a SMS on the day confirming the arrival time and the work was completed with no fuss and no mess. Gary was very polite and explained the work carried out. It's hard to get a reliable heating engineer these days and Gary was spot on. I will certainly go back to him and would highly recommend GLM Gas and Plumbing.

Fantastic service from Gary. Fitted new boiler, a replacement radiator and 6 thermostats, all for a great price. Arrived on time, kept to schedule, cleaned up and respected my home. Friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease concerning the remote operation from my mobile which I was anxious about ( not being tech savvy) A mention also to his apprentice, a lovely polite young man who sorted out the issues on my mobile. GLM provided an awesome service from first contact to completion of the job. Extremely polite, professional and helpful team. The workmanship was outstanding and so was the attention to detail. They left our home spotless every day. Even addressed an additional request to put in some shelves in the boiler cupboard. Can’t recommend them enough, so very glad that we chose them for such a key job.

What can I say but excellent on all counts! Being a retired professional engineer having someone meet your standards both in quality of workmanship, knowledge, communication and ability and willingness to listen is all you can ask for. Gary and Adam? have ticked all those boxes for me. The work involved not just the installation of a new combi boiler but also modification to the basic heating plumbing with the removal of old zone valve, redundant bypass and old filter. All associated controls rewiring also done. The place was left clean and tidy, all materials, packaging and old boiler and flu removed. The price quoted was the price invoiced except for the addition of a new smart thermostat which was found to be needed. Without a doubt we will be using Gary again for all our future plumbing needs.

Gary came out to do a gas safety certificate for us, he was excellent at fitting us in short notice. He was prompt and very friendly. During our gas safety check Gary noticed that we had major gas leak. He was very calm and reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He stopped me from panicking and helped to get the gas board out to resolve the gas leak. Gary even came back the next day to finish off the gas safety certificate for us. Without him we could have been in major difficulties. His service was incredible. Very clean and tidy as well as professional. His communication is brilliant. I would absolutely recommend GLM to anyone and will be using his services again for all our boiler/gas needs.

Can’t rate Gary highly enough. He arrived at the agreed time and clearly explained the options, pricing and his recommendations. He replaced a 30 year old freestanding boiler with a new combi-boiler, his work was of a very high standard and he took time after the install to explain in detail how the system works.
