Contacted Gary to arrange a service for my Worcester Bosch boiler. Arrived promptly and completed the service finding two faults which needed attention. Excellent service and will use again.

Gary contacted me the day after I had filed a request for an approved installer to replace an existing broken boiler. He visited the same day and provided me with a quote later the same day. He returned two days later and installed a new boiler. The old boiler was extremely difficult to remove because it was in a fitted, bespoke kitchen. Gary was punctual, polite, and extremely efficient. He tidied up all the mess that was inevitably made getting the old boiler out. He fitted a horizontal flue and sealed off the previous vertical flue that was located in a chimney. He is by far and away from the most proficient and 'user-friendly' tradesman I have ever dealt with and I recommend him very highly.

Gary came when arranged gave us the price returned when he said he would and did the work efficiently and cleanly. We would recommend him and use him again.

Gary did an excellent job fitting the boiler a year ago . A year on I get a service reminder text he then arranged to service the boiler that week . Gary is always on time he is clean and efficient nothing is too much trouble.

Gary recently replaced a dead floor standing boiler, located on the third floor with the complication of a roof flue. It was a difficult job requiring taking apart the old boiler bit by bit and arranging a roofer for the new flue. Gary and his apprentice got done really quickly including fitting in the old boiler extraction on a Friday afternoon so that there was no risk of a delay for the roofer. Gary was professional from start to finish with a thorough quote discussion covering some potential issues and work completed exactly as scheduled with everything left clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Gary for any Boiler Installation.

Called Gary at GLM to see if he could help with an urgent issue regarding a leak. Gary was fantastic, came a couple of hours after me contacting him and managed to detect the leak and fix it all on the same day. Cannot thank him enough for coming so quickly and sorting and very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use Gary again and will highly recommend him.

Excellent in response to my phone call. Prompt visit to assess my property and supply a recommendation. Highly competitive quote received in the evening of the same day as his visit. Supplied a written online quote with simple online method of acceptance. Swift arrangement of fitting within 2 days of quote and arrived when promised. Job fully completed within one day. Gary and his apprentice were polite and well mannered and ensured that all areas were kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Following installation we were given precise instructions on operation of the boiler, timing and thermostat controls. They checked that all radiators were fully functioning before leaving. Will gladly recommend Gary to anyone wishing for work to be carried out on their premises. We will also be arranging for GLM Gas & Heating to carry out annual servicing of all of our appliances. Very, very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

I was recommended GLM Plumbing by a friend. I needed pipes moving and refitted against a wall, a new sink fitted and radiator for my kitchen. I can honestly say that the fitters were brilliant. Gary was extremely polite discussed with me what I needed and explained what he would be doing. Sent me an email with the price to do the work and when the job was completed I received the invoice with no added extras to pay. Very tidy and I would definitely use then again.

I contacted Gary to replace and move my existing boiler from the middle of the house to the utility room. His workmanship was very professional and the pipework was neat and tidy. He removed the old flue and sorted the roof out. All of the rubbish was removed, and the house left clean and tidy, definitely recommended.

After my old boiler decided to give up, I looked for someone to help and Gary came with great reviews. Which he didn't fail to live up to! I liked the fact you could use whatsapp to message him, I found it convenient. I had a feeling my boiler was old, but didn't have much information on it, as it was already here when I moved in. Gary came to the rescue! the whole process was easy and straight forward. He came to look and explained everything to me, I could of fixed the issue at hand, but as i'd already thought there was no point with it being so old. So Gary went through options of new boilers and the best one for me. He was down to earth, polite, friendly, dressed smart, punctual, explained it all to me really easily and kept me up to date as well. He was realistic with times of when he could come, with other jobs he had on as well. So I went ahead and had a new boiler installed and I can't fault him on how hard working, efficient, and diligent he was. Gary and his apprentice came on time, were respectful, professional and kept me informed. As the property was renovated and someone had built the cupboard around the boiler, he had a bit of a challenge to get the old one out, which he achieved with no issues caused to the cupboard. Once finished he tidied up after himself and explained how it all worked and how to use the easycontrol app. Honestly my home has never felt so warm, even when the old one worked! Everyone needs Gary for their boilers and heating, he's the best!!

We contacted Gary after using the internet to search for a Worcester Bosch recommended company. He had great reviews and was easily contactable, we used his facebook page. We had a problem with our Greenstar 35 CDI boiler, Gary arrived at the arranged time and was very thorough in checking the boiler, he then had to order the required parts, he kept in touch with us to let us know when they arrived and made arrangements to come back to fit them. His service is exceptional, he was professional and yet friendly at all times and we were very happy with the final outcome including the cost. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again.

As usual, a brilliant job done by Gary. A really thorough job talked us through any issues and how to resolve them. Polite, friendly and takes great pride in the work he does. Have used Gary before today and wouldn’t hesitate to use Gary again or recommend him.

After years of being a British Gas customer and paying a service agreement every year, I thought I would have a change, reduce my bill substantially, and give someone local the work. Gary agreed to come and do my boiler service, and the date fitted in with my requirements, he expected to be with me at about 11:00, and it was. He was very thorough and explained what he had done, in a professional and friendly way. I was very impressed with the service and would, and will be, recommending Gary to everyone I know.

Gary has just completed the installation of some new radiators & valves as part of some building work in my house. He even helped to resolve a separate issue we had with our cistern. It's refreshing to be able to work with a tradesman who clearly takes pride in his work, is professional, polite and his pricing was reasonable which is always a bonus!
