Needed my gas pressure checked and a boiler service, I found Michael though a local Facebook group who recommended Glow Energy. Very polite and friendly chap. Arrived on time, checked the pressure was OK and serviced the boiler. He was very genuine and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. Looks like I've found my 'go-to' plumber.

Called Michael in for a boiler service and also to check over the kitchen hob. He was prompt and thorough. Made sure everything was running as it should be. Great friendly service would highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome job. Went above and beyond to fix my leaking toilet and wonky toilet seat. Worked into the evening and was reasonably priced for the time spent. Thoroughly recommend and will use again.

We contacted Michael to service our boiler. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Turns out he was able to to do another job in our bathroom the same day, it wasn’t a straight forward job but he managed to do it well and efficiently. Would highly recommend using Michael.

I called Michael explaining my boiler was leaking and he came out to check it promptly. I did have to have a new boiler but I cannot recommend Michael and Paula enough! Provided a professional service throughout and great workmanship. He explained what he was doing and how it would be beneficial for me in the long run and the savings i would make theoughtout the year.Michael did a excellent job and I have recommend him to family and friends.

I wasn't happy with another firm that had left my mum's toilet unusable and being told that he would have to leave it unsafe in order to flush my mums toilet. From this, I got in touch with my insurance company and reported that we know have a new issue which he had created and a poor answer of how this job should be left. After waiting a few days for his report the insurance company sent Mike from Glow Energy, who came and fixed the issue within no time on his first visit. He used no parts and explained what he had done to fix this issue. I was impressed by his attitude of he wouldn't leave until the job was complete. He spent the time to understand and explain why my mum's toilet wasn't flushing which is now perfect so thank you!

Michael came around on short notice, fixed our heating problem that we've had for 2 years on his first visit. We now have a warm home for the winter
