I paid gold control £400 for 4 visits over 2 months .In that time they failed to kill a single rat . ,they completed 3 visits and laid some traps randomly in the attic .they clearly had no idea where to put them ,they should have been put on their runs .They didn't use any poisen .previous pest controllers have access to poisen stronger then I can buy to be sure of killing them ,the poisen also petrifies the bodies should the rat die in wall cavities .They also failed to give me any indication as to how the rats were gaining access to my lift

Dear Reviewer We're truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the work done at your property. We take pride in our work and are genuinely sorry for any disappointment you've experienced. Regarding your concerns, we completed all four visits as scheduled. We used snap traps to prevent rats from dying in wall cavities, which could cause unpleasant smells and potential infestations. We resorted to using poison on the second visit as part of our standard procedure when dealing with rats that are hesitant to approach traps due to neurophobia. Our team members are highly experienced and qualified in dealing with rodent infestations, and we believe the placement of traps was appropriate. Regarding the issue of how the rats were gaining access, we suggested a CCTV drain survey as a potential solution, although this recommendation was not followed. We genuinely regret any disappointment you've experienced, and we're more than willing to assist further in resolving the situation if the problem persists. However, it's essential to follow our recommendations for a successful outcome. Warm regards, Oliver

I had a infestation of insects which just wouldn't go away. I asked Gold Pest Control to deal with the situation which they did. They also gave a full explanation of the reasons for treating all the areas in my office and did the follow up visits at a time that caused minimum disruption to my work activity. They are also up to date on using the most appropriate chemicals in their treatment. Polite, courteous and efficient.
