I had a great experience with this company throughout the process. From my initial inquiry to the fitting of the worktops, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It is very reassuring to only have to pay a deposit with the balance due on completion of the fitting. This shows that they are confident in their product and service. They were very accommodating when I added to my order at the time of templating. The fitters were excellent and I am delighted with the finished worktops.

Excellent product and service provided. I could not travel to the store to see the product, therefore I was provided with a video of the worktop from their store and sent out a sample via post. Which made the decision process easier. I was amazed at how quickly the installation was done after templating. Everyone who I spoke to at the company was extremely friendly and helpful, and always happy to provide advice when required. The worktop I brought was Gris concrete.

I just used Granite Zone for the first time recently. From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for more they came out measured up I picked my quartz they gave me an install date the lads turned up no messing about everything was done exactly as we wanted it. So overall a very good reliable service from start to finish cheers guys.

I searched ever available company i could find and granitzone came out on top. The salesman was great and offered good advice and even helped me choose my worktop. He was accommodating when changed my order. The fitters arrived when they should have and I relied heavily on their advice which has worked amazingly. I was impressed with how fast and precise they fitted it! The aftercare is great for piece of mind but honestly i don’t think i will need it! Would recommend to anybody! Thanks Granite zone.

Really pleased with the service and product from start to finish. Don’t use this company
Although the quartz itself is lovely, I would not recommend this company. After seven weeks it still isn’t finished. Twice they have arranged to return and finish it, and both times not turned up and no call to say why. When I call the company no one answers, so I leave a message and no one calls back. Their customer service is abysmal!
