Top firm, Professional, Good job and fair price, can't ask for more. I work in an area of construction and know what is good and what is a shortcut. I contacted several Which Traders as their vetting is head and shoulders above the other who just want the subscription. Permacote came out at a good price and I liked their thoroughness, specification and detailed work breakdown that is understandable. The workman turned up on time, was polite, did a great job cleaning up and the most important thing did a by the book roof re-surface. Might wasn't easy. multi-level, chimneys tricky junctions for an EPDM warm roof, various re-pointing and not skimping as had all the official edges, battens, layering, overlaps. When we looked at the roof we found more work required, cement badly broken away and the additional works were again well priced and everything was clearly explained, regulations followed. No heavy sales tactics or sneaky extras. During and after the job I got to follow up calls to check I was happy and if I had any questions. Very professional.
