GreenGen UK have recently installed an air source heating system in our property. Their organisation and planning was excellent, and their on site team of plumbers and electricians were superb. Project management on site was fantastic. They worked extremely efficiently and were polite, helpful and courteous throughout...we will definitely use GreenGen again for future project work on our house.

GreenGen UK are a very professional company starting with the first on-site survey through to the design, installation and final hand over of my new heating system. I met a number of their employees throughout the project and they were all courteous, carrying out their various tasks to a very high standard. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

My solar system was underperforming, I contacted a couple of local firms and only GreenGen replied. They quoted their call-out fee and hourly charge beyond this. Their engineer was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. He managed to repair the system without the need for costly replacement parts. A more unscrupulous firm wouldn’t have done this, I would have been none the wiser and would have taken the advice given. I thoroughly recommend them to others and will use them again when needed.

I initially contacted this form for advice, they were clear, speedy in the response and put me under no pressure to proceed further. After further research, I decided to go with GreenGen. Their service was efficient, professional, and timely, with clear costings which were competitive and maintained, especially as this was retrofit with existing radiators. Follow up has been helpful and the whole experience has been stress-free.

Excellent work in preparation and installation of the pipe work radiators and complete heat pump system. GreenGen were sensitive to the building and the positioning of heat pump with regard to the proximity my neighbour, thus creating extra work for the team. I was given notice by the plumber beforehand of each day’s schedule and he was systematic, methodical, considerate of my living conditions during the installation. The electrician was also excellent and very helpful. The disruption was kept to a minimum. The works were completed ahead of the original deadline and apart from one or two minor problems, which were easily resolved, the system has worked perfectly. I could not be more pleased!

We were very impressed with proprietor Rob Carey who demonstrated a great deal of knowledge of alternative technologies as well as honesty and integrity. These qualities were important since we were relying on him to educate us into what kind of system might actually work for us. Greengen's quotations were entirely reasonable so we went ahead with the installation, which happened slightly ahead of schedule. We were equally impressed by the quality of the tradespeople who carried out the work. They were a pleasure to be around. Greengen employs its own tradespersons and only used a subcontractor for putting up the scaffold for the PV installation. The system works very well indeed and we have no issues with it. We have recommended the company to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

I had a couple of quotes for installation of solar panels and there wasn't much to choose between them but I opted for GreenGen as they had recently installed for a neighbour who was pleased with them. The installation was done sooner than I'd expected (good) and was very straightforward in that I was able to go out and leave the engineers to get on with it. Time taken was about what they had told me to expect. Engineers were friendly and tidy. Everything is monitored from an app that gives me a clear idea of how much the panels are producing and how much I'm consuming. Installation was in mid-winter and at first the panels were generating very little but now in April they are typically generating between 50% and 90% of my electricity. I'd have preferred for the scaffolding to be removed sooner, but apart from that I'm very pleased with GreenGen's installation.

We have had solar panels installed by Greengen uk. Because of some shading they installed Solar Edge. Because of the rain at that time of the year, it made it very difficult for them to install them. However, once there was a dry day, they were back and worked very efficiently. A very pleasant company to deal with and very transparent with what we can and cannot achieve from the installation. They were recommended to us and we recommend them highly.

GreenGen installed a air source heat pump. This was completed to the timetable they gave us. Very helpful fitters who were very tidy and the sales/office staff we have found also helpful with RHI payments. Completely satisfied.

Following a quote from a 'dodgy' company, our experience of GreenGen UK left us feeling 100% satisfied. From the initial meeting to quote for an Air Source Heat Pump, through ensuring correct specification, installation and follow-up, everyone we have met from GreenGen UK have proven to be very professional. They answered all of our questions, both technical and with regards to aesthetics (it has to look good!!), leaving us in no doubt as to what they were doing, the benefits of the installation and even dealt with the RHI on out behalf effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner . The quoted costs were adhered to throughout and final payment not taken until we were satisfied and even given a week to ensure we were more than happy. We had several quotes for a solar PV installation from local companies and companies further afield. GreenGenUK were well informed and used their knowledge well in guiding us on our installation. They bettered previous quotes on a like for like basis and always added value. Having decided to use GreenGenUK for our installation we found dealing with the office team and the installing team to be not only efficient but also pleasant. The timetable set out at the beginning of the process was the timetable that was followed. After the installation GreenGenUK dealt with our FIT application and have followed up with courtesy calls to check how things are going. We are more than happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend GreenGenUK.

My Air to Air Heat Pump is doing what Greengen said on the box. It is economic, is quicker to heat my rooms and keeps me warmer than my previous system. Installation was easy and efficient with no disruptions. Thank you all.

From survey through quote and into installation we have been very impressed with GreenGen and the ASHP system. The plumbers that came to us were knowledgeable and worked cleanly and efficiently despite several challenges outside their control. We now have a full handover pack and service plan and are benefitting from both regular and reliable hot water and heating, as required, plus saving money on our fuel costs. A professional job from survey, receiving quotes ,right through to installation .Everyone was very approachable and helpful i had plenty of questions which were answered in a efficient manner.The installation was done in a day with little disruption and in a clean and tidy manner with all rubbish removed.A job well done!
