Really great service, start to finish. Quick quote, great price, really helpful and professional staff. Connor was brilliant fitting he worked really hard and was very professional, friendly and clean. He also explained everything really well. Michelle in the office answered all my questions and was really helpful as well. Great company and great service, would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent service from start to finish, staff were very helpful. The engineer was helpful, the mess was cleaned up everyday he was very polite and took extra time to explain in simple terms what he was going to do and how everything worked. Thank you for excellent quick service.

7/11/19 - Visit by Adam Cole, Domestic Sales Manager to discuss new boiler. Everything explained by him in detail. 28/11/19 - New boiler installed by Connor. Very neat & tidy removal & old boiler and installation of new boiler. New pipework fitted. Connor was very polite and did a very good installation in the agreed time slot.

Brilliant! all stars! Friendly from problem reported to home visit and fix. All covered by our existing home heating plan cover. Could only recommend more staff to reduce time between initial reporting and fix, but that would probably increase costs. So never mind.
