The engineer arrived promptly and installed the boiler very efficiently. The old boiler and waste was collected that morning. The electrician arrived later that day and the whole system went like clockwork. Additional work was found to be needed on an old rusty leaking radiator. This was inspected immediately, a quote given and the work expedited. All the staff were helpful. I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend this company.

Gregor heating has serviced and repaired our boiler for 18 years,they are always professional,knowledgeable and pleasant so they were our first go to when our old boiler was worn out.They gave us a survey,suggesting the best boiler for our needs at a very reasonable price,fitting was done on date agreed very professional and clean,explained the working and controls very well.The new modern boiler has made a huge difference to heating and hot water.Very pleased with both service and products,we have no problem recommending Gregor heating.

Booked our yearly boiler/gas fire service through Gregor’s heat plan cover. Welcoming and supportive office staff scheduled the visit. A new engineer, Darren P, arrived promptly and conducted the inspection and service. Both friendly and professional he explained what he was doing and as he went along. He also ensured that I was happy with how the boiler was performing and understood the controls to make sure we got the best performance. He was tidy as he worked and ensured he completed the paperwork -and sent an email of all the details before he left. Another great experience from Gregor Heating.

On moving house I had problems with the existing boiler and system (it was very old). Gregor helped keep the existing system going whilst I waited for a new system to be fitted. They were very flexible in fitting the new system by completing some pipework early so we could finish fitting our kitchen and then on full install working with the plumber fitting our new bathroom. Chris, Mark and Phil delivered a great service. This is a great business and you feel confident that the new system is professionally fitted and if there are any problems they will be sorted quickly.

Mixed feelings of Gregor Heating. Being a local company that is respected in renewables, i chose to use them to replace an existing Solar Diverter. Initial discussion with an engineer via phone, he suggested a product + I was interested in batteries too. I received a quote for both products. I decided to go with Solar Diverter only at this stage - their finance system couldn't cope with this, and all the way through and even to final payment, the invoice quoted 'battery+inverter' and not 'solar diverter' (even though price was correct for diverter). A request for 50% deposit arrived, stating "We hope you are pleased with the works you have had carried out. " and requesting a review. I hadn't had any work done at this stage, nor agreed a date for the work to be done! Eventually someone called me to book the installation for 2 months time (my request for this time). From then until electrician turned up 9.30am on the day, I wasn't sure whether they would attend i.e. no communication to follow up and check all was good for this day. Electrician was great, installed in good time and explained the product and how to use / monitor it. Product also is good and works well. So - great installation service and product, but invoice system & communication with me could have been much better, something which I'd hope would be better for a local company.

Neat and tidy job done efficiently. Plumber friendly. Could not do on first visit due to net having the appropriate fittings.

Gregor installed solar panels on the roof of our house together with a battery, car charging point and all the necessary electrical equipment in between. We invited three companies to provide prices. The three quotes were similar but specified very different equipment. Gregor stood out from the other two by their professionalism, giving sound advice on, and a choice of suitable equipment for our situation. They were also the only company to advise on and come up with a solution to issues with roof loadings. The works were undertaken on time and to the agreed budget and whilst working in the house Gregor’s technical team of installers were helpful, provided good communication and were very respectful of our property. There was one hitch along the way, but that was rectified without question and very speedily.

From start to finish Gregor Heating are a delight and pleasure to deal with. They are great value for money, the crews that come and do the actual installations are simply brilliant. You would not wish for a better experience. The boiler is exactly what we wanted, they were clean, tidy and as quiet as they could be (working office installation). On time every day and great fun to have around. I have had them install my boiler at home as well and will always go back to them in future and recommend them to everyone.

Gregor Heating were referred to us by a previous energy company in October 2023 who could not guarantee that they could replace a defunct gas boiler before Christmas 2023. Gregor quickly sent out Chris, their Sales Manager, who made a detailed inspection and, during his initial visit, gave us a design and price for a new installation. We accepted and their gas engineer, Mark installed a replacement boiler for us during the week 06.11.23 and 10.11.23. At all times he was on time, polite, friendly and worked hard. All went well and Mark explained what he was doing and why, giving us various options as he went. We had full confidence in him, and with his electrician colleagues, especially Martin, who was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave us valuable advice on our solar panel installation. In summary, we were delighted with our service from Gregor Heating.

Two professional gents worked quickly and tidily to clean out the heat pump then came indoors to test levels of antifreeze and advise me on the safest temperature to use in my hot water tank. They were pleasant and polite. I can recommend Gregor Heating .

They did an amazing job. Craig was very professional and efficient, the house was left in a great condition. I was amazed on how well the job was done for replacing a back boiler with a new one. Chris was also very good when he did the survey, everything was clear. I would definitely recommend Gregor!

Had John Dillon come round and sort out a leak around the bath. He was polite, professional and offered a great solution. Spent about 4 hours sorting things out and left me with instructions on what to do for the next step. We also had a nice chat about steak, which is unrelated but I got some good butcher's recommendations!

The engineer Phil Boobier, turned up on time and was very helpful and friendly, and he explained everything clearly, there was a defect part which could have been potentially dangerous and after showing me why he promptly replaced it, the whole experience was great from the beginning, the pleasant manner of the office personnel when I made the appointment and as a result I have signed up for a service plan with them which is very reasonably priced. I thoroughly recommend this company.

John Dillon from Gregor came to replace a faulty toilet today. He has done a great job and was clean and tidy with his work. He also sorted out the double vanity unit Duravit drawers. They had not been installed properly and were leaning forward meaning that the top drawer did not always shut. John has sorted this out and we are very pleased with the adjustment. Thanks a lot John!

Gregor put a new boiler in for me. I chose them because I got solid advice from them on my initial enquiry. They mentioned aspects regarding gas regulations that another company just didn't mention (because it complicated things). I wanted someone to do the job right so chose Gregor. Communication was good. I'm not a plumber but they seemed to do a tidy, professional job and I'm happy with it. There were a couple of problems encountered during the install, but they resolved them quickly and without fuss. I would certainly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the solar pv and battery system installation undertaken by Gregor Heating. The whole team from first contact with sales, to the survey and installation team were all very professional, polite, tidy and friendly. When there was an issue with the first battery that was delivered being faulty this was all handled by Gregor with only impact to us being a slight delay in the completion of the install. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering similar work.

Our old combi boiler was installed by Gregor some twenty or so years ago, and also serviced by their engineers every year, who were always very proficient, tidy, knowledgeable, and helpful. So when it came to a new replacement combi boiler we looked no further, as we have always had excellent service in the past at a fair price. Our new combi boiler and controls were fitted by Mark, who arrived on time as arranged and was fantastic. He explained the procedures and invited any questions or problems we may have had before starting. He covered all the work arrears with dust sheets before proceeding. The whole job was professionally completed by the end of the day and left perfectly clean and tidy. Mark is a true professional who clearly enjoys and takes pride in his work, which when dealing with gas appliances is exactly what you need, he is a credit to his profession and Gregor. Excellent job completed on time and at the agreed price.

Sat chatting with my elderly father, I realised I could hear movement behind the fitted gas fire, and soon understood a bird must have fallen down the chimney and become stuck. Worried for the bird and knowing how upsetting this would be for my father (aged 97), I needed help. I tried a number of people but no one was able to assist until I called Gregor Heating. The call line operator was brilliant, taking all the details, finding if there was any help available and calling me back within ten minutes. An engineer called Phil and his assistant were willing to come out asap and help. Phil and his apprentice were brilliant. Reassuring, mindful of time for my father, they turned up and set to work straight away. It was not straight forward but they just kept on, eventually getting the fire out and saving a bewildered magpie! Throughout they made sure the room was protected and then cleaned up brilliantly at the end, reassuring me of the service on the fire so that it was not only fitted back but fully serviced and safe. I can't praise this team enough for fast help, excellent service and a very professional service. Excellent.

Wanted to praise all the team at Gregor Heating for looking after our and our tenants' boilers. Putting our tenants on the Heatplan cover was the best move we've done to put our minds at rest about boiler safety. I picked up a problem of a non working boiler yesterday and by 3 pm today Michelle and Jamal had very efficiently and professionally sorted the issue. And best of all I was called to tell me all was now well. Thanks Gregor.

Have used this company for years. Very reliable. Very helpful. Back up/call out service for maintenance is very good. A local company with local employees who know their clientele and their needs very well. May not be the cheapest or the dearest but certainly very competitive and reliable. Would recommend local Bristol/Bath people consider using this local company.

Fast, reliable and efficient service. Liam was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the spare part and once in stock fitted the new part. Heat Pump is working perfectly now.

Have used Gregor heating for many years, easy to book annual service and years of emergency cover. Any problem they are there for you. They have excellent knowledgeable engineers who are prompt and courteous, explaining what is required. They have several maintenance cover schemes to suit your needs at very reasonable prices. Would not want to use anyone else.

From the decision being made that we needed a new boiler the team supported unwell. The assessment and quote was helpful, informed and professional. The installation was as described. It was done efficiently and professionally to an extremely high standard. There were no surprises. All of the team who we met or communicated with were polite, friendly and professional. Our oil boiler stopped working leaving us without heating or hot water with a cold spell on the way which was extremely worrying. The whole team at Gregor were incredibly efficient and we had our boiler working again extremely quickly including ordering the spare parts required for what is a very old oil boiler. I can't recommend their service enough. The team were all very friendly to deal with and knowledgeable in their work. They were on time and kept me informed of arrival times. We have subsequently had our boiler serviced with Gregor too and received the same excellent service. Thank you to the team and it was such a relief to have the boiler back up and running again so quickly.

Phil Boobier attended to fix and issue with my boiler, it was a pleasure to meet him. He was helpful and a very good communicator, he explained to me exactly what the issues were and how he would troubleshoot the issue. Having someone take the time to explain what he was doing was very refreshing, he was very good at explaining everything in lay terms. He fixed the problem very quickly.

I experienced a leak from a soldered joint in my central heating system. Fortunately I was covered by Gregor’s heat plan two insurance. I phoned the Gregor help line and the very pleasant receptionist arranged a prompt service engineers visit. The engineer Phil attended on time and carried out the repair (which was in a very awkward spot) in a very friendly and competent manner. Well done Gregor and thank you Phil.

Just had an annual service of my boiler and my sons boiler this morning. Engineer was Phil Boobier, did a fantastic job at both locations, came to my house first and then my sons after, took his time to explain to me what had been done and the results both boilers had against levels required. Very nice man even took his shoes off when he came in, a great representative for the company.

My mother's backboiler broke down. A tricky problem as l live one hundred and thirty miles away. Recommended by a neighbour, Gregor heating promptly came to the rescue. The repair was helpfully and pleasantly organised by Darby, Kate, and Michelle and the engineer Trevor collected a new part and did the repair. We were delighted and of course relieved - many thanks.

We had a back boiler which we wanted to be replaced urgently. During the quotation survey Chris Cox talked us through the various options, taking into account what would work best for our house. His information was very helpful for us to understand what our options were and the works included removing the back boiler, installing a gas combi boiler, and replacing all the pipework and radiators. He also recommended a smart thermostat and I'm very grateful he did because I find myself enjoying it immensely now that I'm using it daily. Amazingly, he managed to book us in for the following week and the entire job was completed in 3 days, for which we are extremely grateful. The installers Mark and his colleagues were super friendly, professional and took great care whilst working in our home. Given the major job they had to do, I'm very impressed with how tidy they left everything.

We had our annual boiler service today and was again impressed by the time and care taken to do a thorough service. Phil, the engineer, arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He explained as necessary the tests he was undertaking, and the results obtained. All gave me great confidence that the boiler was continuing to work efficiently. Very pleased with the support provided by Gregor and recommend their services.

We met three key people from Gregor Heating and Renewables. They were all extremely efficient, knowledgeable and highly capable - and they were really good at their trade. The surveyor who oversaw the installation, the planner who worked out the detailed specs and applied for all the paperwork, building regulations and government grant, and the engineer who fitted it all in our home. Everyone was really friendly too and went to great lengths to explain how we control our new heating system. Gregor installed a Daikin air source heat pump, a new high pressure tank and new radiators and pipes throughout the house. We are delighted with their work and very happy with the end product.

Rob and his colleague did an excellent job in identifying problems and getting our neglected system back in order. One identified electrical fault remains but this rectification work is promised soon.

We have a new build house on an estate where Gregor Heating has been the main plumbing and heating contractor. We have had a number of snagging issues and have experienced ongoing prevarication from Gregor's tradespeople attending to address the problems. The worst is a washbasin problem for which we have had four visits to our house without a satisfactory resolution, and even following the complaints procedure has so far failed to resolve it. The manager from the estate development company supports us and agrees the problem requires fixing - perhaps the fifth attempt may bring and end to this sorry saga. It is not an isolated incident as a previous engineer attended when we reported a problem with stiff shower valves. He informed us that the problem was insufficiently serious to meet the manufacturers' threshold for a complaint. So we went direct to the manufacturers with support from the estate development company. The manufacturers' engineer came out quickly and replaced two faulty valves without question.

We have a service plan with Gregor Heating & have also had a boiler from them in the past at a previous property which we were very happy with, so naturally when our old boiler needed replacing we turned to Gregor for help. They looked after us from start to finish; we had the boiler area surveyed to ensure we had a compatible boiler replacement and kept us within budget without compromising on boiler efficiency. On the day, the engineers were so kind & helpful. They did the job with care & attention with minimal disruption & nothing was too much trouble. We changed our mind on which wall controllers we wanted on the day of install - from battery operated to electric - the engineer rang the office & a member of the Gregor team drove over especially to deliver them. The job was finished on time. The engineers showed me how to operate the boiler and wall switches before they left & didn't leave until they were happy I understood the process. The day couldn't have gone any smoother. The boiler comes with a 10 year Guarantee and we have peace of mind that Gregor will be there to assist with the maintenance/should we need to call them out.

The heating system in our new house was old inefficient and, frankly, a dog’s dinner. Those who came to quote huffed and puffed when they realised it was not a straightforward job. Not so Gregors and, as we had used them in our old house, we used them again. We were not disappointed. Craig, their engineer, did a great job. His installations were straight and neat and old holes filled in. Everything was left tidy and the remnants of the old system taken away before he left site. He kept us informed of progress and answered our questions, otherwise he worked without fuss. My one complaint is the Home Owner’s Gas Safety Certificate sent later. It reads as if a dangerous appliance is present. I phoned Gregors and was told that everything is fine and if we sell the house, a solicitor would know how to read the certificate; well, it will never get the Crystal Mark for plain English. Twice I have asked for a quick email for my records confirming all is fine, but over a month later still no email.

Having originally contacted Gregor Heating in early February and received a quotation for work as requested, I then accepted the quotation and paid a 50% deposit with an agreed start date of 17 March. Thereafter, the Installation engineers arrived at 7.15 am and on discovering the previously visited site and utility room installation location promptly walked off site! Over the next 4 weeks, following the departure of 2 Gregor works quotation personnel! ,who had been dealing with my work request, and zero response to several emails I eventually got through to Gregor Heating personnel whose response and knowledge of this accepted work was bordering on incompetent. After a threat of job cancellation and demand of my deposit back I was quickly contacted by a Gregor Heating manager. A short and frank exchange was had and thereafter a 3rd visit was made to the property and a start date of 25 April was agreed. The work then proceeded on time however, the Engineer did apologise on the 1st day for not having all the correct items for installation due to an order mix-up. The work was completed over 2 days as originally quoted. Finally, the epitome of the total lack of customer service shown by the company is that not once have they got my name correct on any piece of paperwork and I have told them on 4 separate occasions...this continues with the Worcester-Bosch boiler Guarantee arriving by email today with my name wrong yet again!

Looking for a policy, checked Gregor website and looked okay so decided to contact them. First contact Monday seventeenth of January, mid-morning, spoke to a lady, explained the reason for my call she said "the person I need to speak to is busy, I will get her to call you. " All details given. At three thirty pm I contacted again but got the answer machine, "all our operators are busy" after a couple of minutes I left my details for a callback. Tuesday mid-afternoon I called again, spoke to same lady who said: "the lady I need to speak is busy on another call, I will get her to phone you." No contact Wednesday, or rest of week. Review being written seven days after initial contact. If they cannot respond to a basic phone call within a week, how can you trust with more serious issues? The worse thing a company can do is ignore a potential customer, especially when they promise to call back twice then don't. Obviously, I can't comment on the engineers never got that far. Since contacted another company and all sorted in fifteen mins. How simple is that?

The Gregor team, Craig (plumber/gas engineer) Lee (electrician) and the builder were great. They were punctual, polite, friendly, hardworking, and answered all of the many questions I had. They were very professional and their work is of a very high standard. At the end of each day they made sure my property was left clean, tidy and ready for our use. They instructed me as to the use of the boiler and thermostats as necessary and left all the necessary paperwork/manuals and instructions. I recommend them.

We had a new boiler fitted to replace our ancient one. Adam initially explained all of the options really well to us and was really responsive whenever we had any questions. Mark who installed the boiler for us was really professional and courteous. Everything was always left tidy and he explained the process to me clearly. All looks great, was finished on time and is working well. The electrician and builder were also really friendly and professional. Overall a really great service.

My family and I are extremely pleased with the recent boiler install by Gregor Heating. The whole process from site inspection to quotation to installation went without a hitch. All questions answered and no problem insurmountable. Connor, the engineer, was a pleasure to have in our home; friendly, courteous, knowledgable and professional. Gas engineer George came to repair a DIY error in which we had damaged our pipe. He was professional, calm and reassuring. His demeanor was most welcome in a stressful situation. Equally the person we spoke to on the phone was marvelous. Another fabulous experience with Gregor Heating.

From the competitive quote by Adam to the completion of the job within the estimated time. The installation was carried out to a very high standard. Conor arrived on time and covered all carpets and proceeded to discuss the procedure in a courteous and efficient manner. He overcame problems caused by our 40 year old system and obviously took great pride in his job. He kept the disturbance down to a minimum showing great care .John the builder made good the changes to the kitchen and the electrician was very efficient and patiently explained the room thermostat .On completion the . house was vacuumed and all waste removed within hours .We would not hesitate to recommend Gregor Heating to to anyone. Quote was given on day Adam called to do survey. Although not the cheapest quote we received we liked the service and attitude of Adam so agreed to work being carried out by Gregor. An administration error on the date of work commencing meant Craig arrived a day earlier than we expected. This was all sorted and from then on we had absolutely no problems or cause for complaint. Craige arrived with John and in no time at all old tanks were removed repair work carried out and rubbish removed from our property. Craige was very polite and a good clean worker. He worked very hard and explained everything very well. Several engineers arrived to help Craige so the job was sorted and finished on time. Even had my stairs vacuumed. An electrician arrived to fit the Hive, he explained how it works so all good. ( I’ve yet to try it!). All paperwork arrived and we were very happy to settle our account knowing our first service is included. We later had a problem with a leak on the hot water pipe leading to our shower. We realised this was not a problem with boiler installation but on contacting Adam desperate for advice he arranged for Conner one of their engineers to call. He found the problem and he was able to stop the leak. So many thanks this service was over and above. We can highly recommend Gregor Heating from start to finish we are very happy with every aspect of our experience.

Had a new combi boiler installed to replace my 30 year old one. Initial survey and guidance excellent. Price and terms competitive. Engineer turned up on time and from the start was highly knowledgeable and skilled. Very tidy and considerate and the few small issues he came across he consulted with me as to my options to overcome them. Done within the timescale promised and was very happy to answer all my questions regarding what was going on. Old boiler, tanks etc removed and sent to recycling. After care includes free service and plan for a year. Would very highly recommend them.

Excellent service from first visit to final clear up. Craige was first class, very polite helpful and professional. The coordination of staff, equipment delivery and scrap removal was well planned. Work was carried out to time with slight changes to the plan that made the installation plan more suited to the layout of the property. Would recommend Gregor to all.

From quotation to instillation Gregor heating were professional, courteous and responsive. The quotation was comprehensive and easy to understand and during the process Adam clearly explained the various options and choices that we needed to make. The installation then went very smoothly with Craig taking genuine care to make sure the job was completed on time and to a high standard despite a some unforeseen problems with our existing plumbing.

Great experience with Gregor heating. Installer (Craig) arrived on time. Friendly, helpful and arrived with electric heaters to see me through the one night without heat. He worked an extremely long day, got everything done promptly and I arrived back from work on day 2 to warm house, everything set up and the house cleaned/hoovered with the only evidence he had been there a brand new boiler. Cannot praise highly enough.

Really good, from quote to finish. Very informative initial appraisal and quote. All the team were very courteous. Craig M the main installer deserves special credit. He persevered to find a solution to an awkward pre-existing pipe arrangement. We’d resigned ourselves to losing bathroom tiles at a minimum. However, Craig found a clever way around this. Also when a minor communication problem (wrong tel number on record) transpired after he’d finished he went out of his way to sort it out. Lee and John were timely and friendly too. Quote was a bit higher than others but the assured quality made it worth it.

Engineer (Ivan) turned up at the specified time (which I understand isn't always the industry norm!!) and he did a great job - very courteous and happy to provide verbal updates during the day. Following an old boiler breaking down and having no hot-water or heating, wanted a good reliable installer to provide and fit a new boiler as soon as possible for my elderly mother. Through her insurance my mother was given details of another company to complete the works. I wanted to have a look around to ensure my mother had an installation that was value for money and a company that was reliable and trustworthy. After looking at all the positive reviews for Gregor Heating on the Which Trusted Traders website it was a no brainer and by deciding to have the works completed by Gregor Heating was not disappointed. Right from the start, the experience with the whole team from the administration staff and surveyor Adam, right through to the installation team was First Class. On the day of installation the installer Craige M arrived first thing and worked through to early evening until the job was completed, even fixing a previous blockage in a radiator pipe that was not part of the works (that other private individual plumbers couldn't fix even though they charged my mother) so that radiator would work too. Craige was brilliant, he was cheerful, respectful of the Covid rules, very knowledgeable and professional in what he was doing and he got on with the job, cleanly & tidily ensuring my mother had heating and hot water again that day. I can not praise Gregor Heating enough and will definitely be recommending them. Thank you Craige & Gregor Heating for coming to my mums rescue.

We woke up on Thursday morning to a house warmed by an oil boiler and by early evening our brand new gas boiler was up and running. What more could we ask for? Craige pulled out all the stops and continued working until early evening to ensure we had a warm house on a winter's evening even after rain during the day. The remaining parts of the installation were completed the following day. Wales and West Utilities brought gas to our property on the Wednesday and Utility Warehouse installed a meter whilst Craige got on with his jobs. Well done all round, and full marks to Craige.

Work carried out by Craige, what a gem! He was really meticulous and courteous we hardly knew he was there, he just got on with the job and kept us informed every step of the way. When he finished he went through ‘how to use’ and answered all my questions. Thank you, Craige, you’re the best. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gregor Heating to all friends and family.

We contacted Gregor Heating shortly after our boiler failed during a very cold snap in February. Initially we were given a surveyors appointment which was a couple of weeks away due to workload with the supplier, however, we did explain our position and an hour or so later Gregor phoned back with a cancellation. Adam the surveyor arrived the next day and gave us an inclusive price before he left which was followed up within an hour by email. We already had quotes from 2 local heating engineers. Gregor's were marginally less expensive, but their price included a first year complimentary service. We accepted their online quote and Craig our installation engineer arrived at 0800 to start work. His work was clean and tidy and he explained what he was doing throughout. A little later in the day Martin the ‘Sparky’ came the complete the Hive installation and explain its operation. The only job to be completed the next day was the installation of a soak away for the condense pipe. Job done. Thought all the visitors to our house were very aware of the COVID requirements Invoice for balance and registration of boiler arrived in email the very next day😉. I initially had a poor experience with Gregor Heating when the install of a new cylinder and conversion of system from vented to unvented system due to some unfortunate install issues. However, they resolved the issues and I came back to them to replace our failed boiler at short notice. Gregors worked really hard to turn everything around and my view has taken a complete U-turn. My experience with their sales team and the installer was very positive and I am very happy with the install of the new boiler and service. I would recommend Gregor Heating.

We self built 10 years ago but our original air source pump often gave us trouble and we have now had to replace it. From the start of this process, everyone at Gregor has been excellent. The initial advice and support instilled confidence and the week of the replacement was faultless. All the team were prompt, Covid aware and punctual. They worked efficiently and left the site clean and tidy each evening. The level of professionalism was impressive and they were all cheerful and friendly, working extremely well together. We have now decided to commission some more work from them to fit an electric vehicle charger and solar panels and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in alternative energy.

Adam, arrived on the Wednesday, prompt, smart and courteous, following all covid protocol and most importantly listened. Listened to my requirements on a replacement combi boiler, and gave me a quote that suited my needs. A quick turnaround appointment was made. B. Builder John had the graft of lifting up garden slab outside to accommodate excess boiler water. He done this without breaking it, and a professional job makes it look like his work has been there forever. C. Craige M was the front of shop... first in, last out main contact and installer we all hope to wish for. Punctual, polite, professional, quiet, respectful of my antique animals, and handy to answer all my silly questions. Also, really explained well to me, a dinosaur, thermostat options. Summary. After the Gregor advert board caught my eye at The Mem, from start to finish I am impressed with the service I received. What I found best was the no hard sale, I was a customer with knowledge of what I wanted and Gregor fitted in and around that. All delivered with respecting covid restrictions and confidence in their product, and installed by their own (rather sub contracted) team. If Gregor ever wanted to get into the dating game, can they deliver just as good old boiler as the new one I've received?!

Right from the quote and on the day of installation, Gregor provided a friendly and professional service throughout with our boiler replacement. The work was completed in a day with consultation on what was going to happen and communication throughout. The area was tidied up after completion and everything made good to a high standard.

From the first call to book a quotation to the final fitting of the boiler I experienced professional, timely and warm service. I never felt pressurised to go for a more expensive boiler, I felt their feedback was honest. When the boiler was fitted the technician Craig was fantastic and showed great attention to detail, he had a few problems but he worked through them to get the job done in a day. Only problem I had was trying to pay the final invoice, getting through on the telephone and the online payment option not working.

Gregor heating removed my broken back boiler and fitted a combi boiler. From quote through installation their service was very professional. I was pleased they insured on scaffolding for roof work for safety of the fitter. Other companies could take a risk On that aspect. They arrived on the date booked and completed on time. The fitter was tidy and informative. There was an issue with scaffolding breaking a roof tile but the team ensured it was fixed. Very pleased.

We asked Gregor - and two other local companies - to quote for a replacement for our 25 year old boiler. Adam visited and talked us through the pros and cons of various options - type of boiler, site of boiler, routes of new water and gas pipes, etc. He explained things clearly and left a detailed, itemised quotation. On the day the project was handled by Conor. He was very professional too. He laid protective sheets throughout the house and worked tidily and quickly. He also smoothly coordinated timings so that others came in to do their part at just the right time - for example, electrician. Conor was very impressive - hard working, personable and happy to explain what he was doing at each stage. I also need to mention John, who did an excellent job in making good the wall around the flue taking great care to match the bricks. I would be very happy to use Gregor again and to recommend them to others. I was left with the impression that they care about their work and take pride in doing a job to a standard that they would want if it was their own home.

New boiler fitted over 3 days. Fitter worked really hard making as little disruption as possible. Excellent quote compared with British Gas. Replacement boiler was not like for like but all potential problems were anticipated and addressed before work started and all our questions fully answered. Would definitely recommend

Gregor have installed a complete central heating system for us this week. From the survey and quote with Adam to completing the work on Friday, it was outstanding. Adam knew exactly what we needed and gave a reasonable quote within our budget. Conor the engineer arrived on Monday and explained everything that he was going to do that day. He has been polite, respectful and very easy going considering we have a chaotic house with a brand new puppy arriving that day! He worked so hard to get everything finished on time and was cheery and happily singing all week. He works to a high standard and was clean and tidy throughout protecting carpets, furniture and keeping doors closed for puppy safety! I was dreading this installation as I knew how much work there was to do but thanks to Conor its been great and we now have heating that works well. I was recommended Gregor heating by a friend having had a boiler leak. Due to the age of my boiler I decided to purchase a new one. Adam, who came to give us the quote arrived on time, did all the necessary checks and tests to be able to advise us of the most suitable boiler for our needs. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive boiler, the quote was very reasonable, unlike a local tradesman who gave us a quote. The fitter Craig turned up promptly on the installation day, he was professional, efficient, clean and tidy. The electrician arrived later in the day and set up the Hive for us. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend Gregor Heating. I now have the peace of mind that I have a new boiler but that later down line I can have a maintenance contract with them.

I have had my old boiler replaced and have been very impressed with the standard of work right from the visit for a quotation until the work was completed a few weeks later. Craig arrived at the time arranged and worked consistently and quietly all day, preparing the house with sheeting and leaving everywhere clean and tidy, a pleasure to have in my home. Everything was explained to me clearly and everything is working well. My only problem is with the manual for the thermostat which may as well be in Greek for all I can understand it!! I've found a more user friendly version on line so no problem! I shall have no hesitation in recommending Gregor to anyone needing a boiler.

We had Gregor Heating replace an old boiler in a house we had recently moved into. We also asked them to shut off the Aga hot water and add a couple of electric sockets as well. All the required PPE kit was used, and completely clean at the end of each of the three days. Gregor heating did a very efficient job on Tuesday 17th March 2020 when they removed an old boiler and put in a new one. And not only the job on the day but in the organisation beforehand to book us in and prepare for the installation. My tenants were very impressed at the operation to remove the old boiler and install the new and are delighted with their new one. Your installation team were considerate and careful not to inconvenience my tenants, upstairs and down. And in the middle of the breaking news and chaos surrounding the Corona virus they all kept a sense of humour and an obvious ability to work as a team. I will be more than happy to use Gregor again.

Really good customer service - there was an issue with gas pressure for the new boiler but the fitter got the gas people in really quickly. Kept informed throughout and a really neat tidy job done. Also good value. They were also happy to help go over the instructions for operation. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent and prompt response to our phone call, for an Engineer to call and sort out the problem we were having with the old back boiler. Adam the Engineer said that the boiler had finally reached the stage where any replacements were costly and hard to obtain, so we decided to go for a combi boiler, and Adam gave us a quote for the installation, which was well below another quote that we had. We accepted the quote, and on the 6th of February, Mark the Engineer arrived early and we were amazed how quickly he had got out the tanks from the attic and also the immersion heater.we had to go out and by the time we got back all the old equipment had been removed from the front garden. Certainly, a hard days work by Mark, who came the next day and by early afternoon had completed the work and said that an Electrician would call shortly to install all the Electrics. Lee arrived and promptly finished off the control system and then explained how the system worked before departing. We struggled a bit with the system for a few days and decided to call Gregor for an Engineer to call and give us further advice with the control settings. A short time later Adam called and gave us more information on how best to use our new system, which we now can control quite easily. This is the second time the church has used this organisation and they maintained their professional standards. The work was to install a replacement boiler in the church hall and this was carried out in a timely manner on the day agreed by us. The work was carried out professionally and the work area left spotless. An excellent job, I would recommend them to anybody looking for this type of work to be carried out.

Following the failure of by elderly boiler I sought competitive tendors for a replacement including Gregor following a recommendation from a neighbour which turned out to be the best in all respects. The proposal for replacement which included the update of the heating and hot water system was expertly assessed and the subsequent work was undertaken in a professional manner with due regard to the upheaval involved. At ll times due regard was paid to cleanliness and protection of floors and carpets and a full test of the revised system undertaken and demonstrated on completion. Unfortunately subsequently to completion the original radiator valves which were retained failed involving a return visit and the further necessary work which was once again undertaken with care and and consideration to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Gregor as a first class organisation for excellence in all respects.

A competitive and clear quotation was left with me to decide in my own time. The office staff I spoke to were helpful and efficient. The installer was polite and obviously knew what he was doing. He arrived earlier than I expected the first day, but explained that it was to avoid commuter traffic, so I knew when to expect him on day 2. The installation was done in a very neat and tidy way and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Three new radiators supplied by me were also installed and the installer checked with me at each stage as to the positioning of each one. The electrician also checked with me as to where the switches should be positioned. Thorough post-installation testing revealed that he had inadvertently crossed the hot and cold pipes, but this was quickly corrected! When subsequently a problem cropped up with the flue, rendering the boiler unusuable in an unseasonably cold and wet June, everyone moved fast to ensure that the problem was corrected as quickly as possible and I also received a follow-up call after that. So all in all I am happy with the service I received.

Oh dear where to start? Connor arrived on time and was very polite and explained what was going to happen. All went well until Connor went out to fit a soakaway for the condensation pipe. He found that under the gravel was solid concrete we are having John come round with jack hammer on Friday to finish the work there, he was very nice and polite too. What seemed like a simple new combi boiler for old went downhill rapidly when doing the testing Connor found we weren't getting enough gas to the boiler. He explained all this to us and went above and beyond to get it all sorted today. So having lifted numerous floorboards to find our gas pipe was too narrow and he did say he could walk away but said it wasn't the right thing to do. He replaced it with wider pipe and put all boards and carpeting back down. We are so glad we went with Gregor and would highly recommend them. They didn't do a hale arsed job.

Had Mark from Gregor arrive to remove our old boiler and replace it with a new one along with new radiator thermostats. We were in need of a replacement boiler and duly obtained 3 quotes. I run my own business so I am generally keen to place my business with independents if they come up to the mark. To be quite honest, they were brilliant. All of our contact with the company and their workers and representatives has been great. The price quoted was very good and he guarantee on the boiler wasn't matched by any other company (even though they were quoting for the identical boiler). We arranged a formal survey once we had accepted their quote and agreed an install date. Mark, our engineer, turned up when promised (7.30am) and immediately got the job underway. There was little disruption and the electrician and builder arrived as planned to fulfil their parts in the job and by the end of the day all rubbish etc had been collected by another man! By 4.30pm our boiler was up and running and hopefully starting to save us some money on our gas bills! All the people involved were professional and courteous and I really couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Removed old gas back boiler and replaced with an electric boiler, hot water cylinder and associated plumbing. The work was completed to the agreed schedule with the minimum of disruption. The tradesmen were punctual, polite and professional with good communication about progress etc. The work, particularly the plumbing in of the new boiler was skilfully done. The new boiler and its plumbing is like a work of art. There was a slight hiccup with the supply of materials but this was easily overcome. I would highly recommend Gregor for this work.

We had a Worcester combi boiler installed by Craig on the 17th Jan 19 - including controls and power flush. Excellent service from the initial quote by Adam through the follow up visit and then finally the install by Craig. I have to say I was surprised when he turned up to do the job on his own - but I shouldn't have been. He was professional, friendly and obviously very good at his job - completing the whole process before 5pm, solo! The installed boiler looks great - much neater job then we had on the old boiler (installed long before we got the place). Cannot recommend Gregor Heating enough. Don't bother looking anywhere else - their follow up plans are far better value then BG to!
