Sales process explained everything and all questions were answered. No pressure sales - I was left to consider the quote in peace. Installation was very good. Clean, polite installers who also answered all my questions. After sales were of the same high standard. I would highly recommend.

Pleased with the work completed. Carried out to our request and specification. The gas engineer, Ivan, was friendly and polite; the same for the builder Dennis. All paperwork was received in a timely fashion (Gas Safe Certificate & warranty documents).

We have been impressed by all the staff we have encountered: the surveyors were friendly and informative. Mark who installed the system was tidy, meticulous and helpful as was Martin, the electrician. A very slight drip form a valve was dealt with the same day that we phoned. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company based on our experience thus far.
