Since 1928 Hadley & Ottaway has been a household name for removals, and in particular removals in Norwich. With 90 years experience, carrying out careful shipping, removals and storage services for some of the most discerning clients. No job is too big or too small for our team of expert removals staff.
At Hadley & Ottaway, everyone cares about your move. Many of the removals and office staff have been with the company for years and really understand just how important it is for removal companies to make sure that everything goes smoothly with your relocation. Our experience means that we can make moving home or office as seamless as possible, relieving you of any stress or worry during the moving period.
Our head office is based in the East Anglia region - this is the centre of operations as there is a dedicated training room, where new recruits and 'old hands' learn to pack delicate porcelain, barometers, grandfather clocks and pianos.

The team arrived promptly in livery. They gave us their utmost and were organised and thorough. Precious items were bubble-wrapped. Not one item from any of the boxes was chipped, damaged or scratched. Timing was perfect thanks to extreme vigilance and hard work of all concerned. A well organised two day packing and move, used one day for prepacking boxes. Arrived the next day, departed fully loaded (6 bed property) , 2 packers day one and four on day two, all very professional, pleasant personalities, smoothly executed throughout. Highly recommended and will certainly use again.

They came and loaded our property on 26.09.17. The van was then driven, unloading took place the next day. Everything was done in a professional manner by a team of two who could not have been more helpful, careful, and considerate. This has been the second time we have used them and that tells you everything.

This firm is the most professional we have ever used. We moved from Suffolk to West Yorkshire, with five lorries and access was difficult in the Pennines.
