Steve re-fitted our shower room/toilet, added a new radiator, changed our living room fireplace to make it more fitting to an old cottage, and fitted a wooden floor in the living room. He has an excellent eye for detail and carries out the work to a very high level of quality. He provides good recommendations to how to go about things and materials/fittings to use. I always found him cheerful, polite and easy to work with. He also showed flexibility where things changed during the job.

Bathroom flooring - removing previous old materials, sorting a levelling issue and relaying new vinyl. Raising the sink - the adjustment to the level of the floor required a slight raising of the sink & pedestal, including replacing the water inlet pipes. Hallway flooring - laying laminate in a tricky shaped space. Creating a new cupboard front to house the electric meter & fuse box. Repairing concrete window sills. Painting walls, along the stairs from hallway up to landing, where there are high ceilings.

Complete New bathroom and separate toilet..Removal and disposal of the old and complete clearance of everything in and outside including sweeping and cleaning. Had discussed with me best way forward and good advice given. Great consideration for my personal requirements and none stop help and advice regarding flooring ,tiling ,radiators and underfloor heating. Honest work carried out efficiently and cheerfully at a standard not always found easily in tradesmen..WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS
