I contacted Harris Refrigeration when the fridge freezer was making a terrible noise, and a visit was arranged the same day. The guy who came was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - he identified the problem quickly and fixed it. We took everything out of the freezer and were able to put it back without anything defrosting. The price came in more or less as quoted. Highly recommended and I will be using Harris refrigeration for my future fridge repairs.

When our fridge-freezer had a problem and was threatening to spoil the contents I was lucky enough to find this company. I spoke to Gary and explained the problem and he was able to re-arrange his day, turned up within a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour saving the freezer contents. He is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help us. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I thought my aged fridge freezer had reached the end of its useful life but when I rang Gary for advice he diagnosed a few issues which he confirmed on his visit just the next day. Half an hour's expert work revived the fridge freezer which he confidently predicted would be around for a few more years. Great service and immense knowledge, very reassuring and very helpful.

My fifteen year old Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer decided to die on me in the middle of a heatwave. Found Gary at Harris Refrigeration Services through Which Trusted Traders and he identified the problem immediately, it was a faulty motherboard. Unfortunately, this part is no longer available from Whirlpool, but he managed to get my existing one repaired/rebuilt. Fitted the repaired part within a few days and all is now well. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Late one evening the freezer started to trip the electrical RCD. I called Harris Refrigeration in the morning and the engineer came at about 3pm. He had anticipated finding one fault and had brought spares for that. In fact, it turned out to be a different fault (in the icemaker) for which spares are only available on order and with difficulty. He was able to isolate the icemaker meanwhile, and confirmed that the remaining systems were working well. A very quick, competent and pleasant experience.

I was very pleased to find this chap at Harris Refrigeration Service - he restored my faith in workmen! We spoke when my freezer began to fail, and he agreed to come the next day and gave an idea of price. He was held up, but courteously rang and advised he'd be late. Gary diagnosed the issue with our freezer over the phone. We arranged a date and he called when he was delayed. He did the work quickly , was friendly (and very tolerant of our vocal toddler) and neat - tidying after he finished. Before going he told us what he had done and tested that the temperature was dropping.

I called HRS at 5 pm when my integrated Bosch fridge freezer stopped working. Gary said that he would come the next day about noon. He came and after checking, told me that the PCB was the problem and the Bosch part would be about £150 but that he could fix it by fitting another part that was a fraction of the cost. He installed the part very quickly and efficiently, so I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
