I reported a non-urgent problem with the inflow pipe in my toilet cistern at 9.15am. By 11.15am the same day the pipe had been repaired and was fully functional.

Mick was very professional and his knowledge came through well. Identified some issues with boiler and inverted cylinder in another cupboard (unrelated) and gave me some valuable advice and even contacted third party out of concern for our wellbeing (Gas mains concern which was thankfully okay) Hope to use his services again to resolve boiler issues.
