We needed to replace a draughty wooden single-glazed front door and side panels with modern composite materials to improve insulation and also replace a first-floor window only accessible from the outside and therefore not a straightforward job. All of the work was completed in just over a month from the date of the order and to a high standard at a reasonable cost. We found this company to be efficient, professional and friendly and highly recommend them.

We had four windows and a door fitted. The initial visit for a quote was pleasant and mostly non-pressuring. The price, as far as we can judge, was competitive and the materials later supplied are of good quality. The surveyor's visit was also efficient and quickly followed our confirmation of the work. The installation happened more quickly after order confirman]tion than expected and was carried out in a trouble-free, professional and skilled manner. Extras, such as the need to remove and replace old catflap and install a new one, were carried out as we wished. The new windows were made to match our already-installed windows in style and appearance. As far as we can judge one day after the installation, everything looks good and has improved the insulation in the house. Everyone involved from Headway have been polite, friendly, efficient, left everything clean.

We recently had 2 UPVC doors and 2 windows replaced by Headway. From start to finish their customer service and work was excellent. Vicky came around to do the initial quote, explained their way of working, showed us the full range of options on windows and doors and the security profiles. She also talked us through their guarantees. Fensa, etc. All very thorough. Then on installation day a young chap called Scott appeared right on the dot at 8.30am and started work. He was incredibly organised, tidy and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble and the final results speak for themselves. Scott and everyone at Headway were brilliant. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Great company, great product, great customer service.

I recently used Headway Doors and Windows Ltd to replace the doors on either-side of my porch and to brick-up a third, unwanted doorway as well. External shiplap door

Headway were able to supply and fit a non-standard size external door. No glass was required in the door and a shiplap finish was agreed as the door provides access to under house storage. The time from ordering to installation was around 5 weeks with Christmas and New Year in that period. Chris the installer was courteous and professional.

We required two replacements windows and contacted several local companies, Only four of these were willing to give a quote over the phone. Headway had one of the best quotes so we asked them to come out and confirm. They came to see us and explained very clearly what we would get and the price all with no pressure. We ordered and the turn round was very quick. The fitter arrived as arranged and fitted with no fuss and no mess he even sorted out a problem with our front door while he was here. Would recommend every time.
