From the time we walked into showroom in Henley we felt very sure this was the company to build our garden room they let us look around without feeling pressured into buying anything they seemed to understand what are needs were Tyler drew our plans up and went through every detail to make sure we were happy with everything the work men they used were all amazing did such a good job turned up when they were supposed to and left everywhere Tidy when finished the garden room is now finished and we are over the moon with it I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done

We decided that an Orangery would be a nice addition to our living space and decided to have one built off the kitchen. With many years of building experience we agreed with Heart of England that we would install the brickwork and base and they would construct the roof, and install side windows and bifolds. A Date was set and Lee and Dave turned up promptly on the day. The roof was a solid aluminium structure , factory made in heavy duty aluminium. Solidly made and full insulated , the lads hoisted all four sections with a genie lift another few days installing the rubber roof, lantern roof, windows bifolds and guttering with decorative profiles. The installation went really well an every process was on time a great work quality. next was first fix electrics by Martyn the sparky, nice tidy work. The final trades was Arnie the plasterer, two very hot days but the plaster finish was exceptional, great work. Dave and lee then back for rubbers and cleaning. i followed on myself installing single wire in screed underfloor heating, the final floor screed and paint it out with Farrow and Ball paint. we await the tiles. All in all Heart of England gave great quality service from conception to completion. Quality tradesmen, on time, respectful, and know their job inside out. As for the management, Nigel and son Taylor helpful and with great knowledge, we thoroughly recommend you and thank you for a great project. We love it 😀😀 Mark and Vicky

Really great service from Heart of England. The work was done on time and to a very high quality. All of the Heart of England team were very professional and polite. Overall cost of the project was competitive and we were delighted with the design of our new Garden room. One of the best companies we have worked with for home improvements.

We were very happy with a new orangery constructed by Heart of England. Construction commenced and completed on-time, we were kept informed throughout and the workmanship and quality is very good. We had an issue with poor ground conditions however this was resolved promptly and additional costs for this element were transparent and reasonable. All tradesmen who visited were extremely considerate and friendly and took great care to minimise mess and disruption.

Really pleased with the quality of work carried out by the installers/fitters. Work done to schedule. Cleaned up well after. Project Director made sure everything was up to a high standard.

There was a slight problem with the window manufacters which created a delay. However, we were kept up to date at all times and money returned until revised start date. The workmen were brilliant - very neat and tidy. I was perfectly happy to leave them alone in the house. I have a decorator waiting to redecorate now the windows are finished but there is very little for him to do. Fantastically neat job. Heart of England have done work for me before and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

From our initial meeting, discussions and onsite visits, we felt reassured, Nigel & Taylor were highly professional and they listened to our wishes and thoughts and made helpful suggestions. They were always available to answer any of our queries. A schedule of work was provided and once the project began all the contractors kept precisely to the plan. All were professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Work was first class throughout the project and finished on time. We had an old timber framed extension demolished and replaced with a brick building this summer. Nigel and Taylor were helpful throughout the project. They guided us through what was the best options as a replacement building. Everything was kept on schedule and lead times were always provided. All the workmen involved with the build were polite, friendly and professional.They were all very tidy in their work cleaning up at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Heart of England and would happily use them again.

We cannot fault the service provided by Nigel, Taylor and their team. All work undertaken was to the highest standard with everything starting/ finishing on time exactly as per the planning. It was so reassuring to have such a friendly and professional team including the expert attention to detail, advice and care that Nigel and Taylor provided throughout. We are absolutely delighted with our new Orangery from Heart of England Conservatories. The work was completed to a very high standard on time as detailed in the work schedule provided. The teams were very hard working, helpful, friendly and polite. Work was regularly monitored throughout by Nigel and Taylor who were very supportive to us during the whole process. The Orangery has completely transformed our house and we are really enjoying it. It certainly has the 'wow' factor and our friends and family are amazed at the difference it has made.
