I have recently helped my Aunt with the purchase of a replacement conservatory with a warm roof. Heart of England Conservatories from start to finish have been exemplary, mindful of an elderly lady they took care to confirm things with me prior to ordering and as the building commenced. From the first day of our contact with the company we met Andy in the showroom who was very helpful and Nigel and Taylor have continued going above and beyond compared to many other companies I have dealt with. All of the fitters have been of a very high standard with a great sense of detail. Also the kindness and patience they have all shown to an elderly lady explaining everything has been first class, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Heart Of England. The end result looks amazing and I’m sure she will have many happy years sitting her lovely new conservatory. Thank you Nigel and Taylor.

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Heart of England from initial meeting through to completion of our beautiful orangery. Nigel and Taylor listened to our requirements and were very flexible as we worked together to change elements and tailor things to a design we wanted that would fit with our property, style and needs. The on site team were profressional hardworking and friendly. We’ve already recommended heart of England to others and will continue to do so!

We used Heart of England for our garden room extension. The owners (father and son) were very helpful whilst we were making our choices and extremely responsive to any queries. A few weeks before the work started, we had a spreadsheet which laid out, day by day, who would be on-site and what work would be done, and this schedule was followed exactly. All of the tradespeople used were competent and friendly and everyone ensured that all the mess was cleared away at the end of the day. We got regular updates on proposed times of arrival each day which made it easier for us to carry on with our daily routines in spite of the work going on. There was one minor snag during the work, but this was dealt with very promptly and effectively. We are delighted with the end result and with the service received.

We visited Heart of England show room in Henley where there was a good selection of different styles of garden rooms. We met Taylor and Nigel who were both very helpful and professional. Once we agreed what we wanted, the work started in a timely manner. We were given a build plan of all the different trades people to come. They were all equally as professional and conscientious. We are very pleased with the finished result and could not praise the team more highly.

The team from Heart of England have just managed to complete what we thought wasn’t going to be possible - a new room built in time for Christmas so we could host dinner for all the family. This was amazing as we only contacted them in October but using the latest “Hup!” construction technology the work was completed absolutely when promised, and gave us enough time to decorate and prepare for Christmas. Dealing with Heart of England was a pleasure throughout, starting with Andy who showed us around the various example buildings on their Showsite (which was invaluable in being able to visualise the finished product) Nigel and Taylor kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, often calling in to see how work was progressing. We must also sincerely thank the entire team of contractors who Heart of England use to actually carry out the work as every one of them was friendly, courteous and professional - a real credit to the Heart of England ethos. We would recommend them without hesitation. In these days when lacklustre service is the norm, it’s been a refreshing change to find a team who truly care about their product. Thank you all for making Christmas happen!

When the time came to replace our conservatory there was really only one contender. As H.of E. had done a first-rate job 25 years ago, and had provided willing back-up ever since, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. With Taylor now on board, management is now stronger than ever and Nigel's capacity to deliver on all that is promised was demonstrated once again. Our garden room was built according to schedule over the course of two wintry weeks. We owe hearty thanks to H.of E.'s excellent team of Lee (fitter), Arny (plasterer), Martyn (electrician) and Pat (decorator) who were wholly reliable and efficient - and a pleasure to have on site. We could not have been more pleased. Everything was to our great satisfaction.

It's a very quick process compared to a brick build. They kept a very tidy site and it build gave minimal disruption for us. HoE have a very slick set up to dovetail each trade so there was no waiting around for each stage. The initial consultation and design process was through and easy to work through. We had a very straightforward visualisation of the proposed build

We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden room by Heart of England. We first contacted them after receiving information about their conservatory makeover service, and from the very first visit we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach. Their experience gave us confidence in every decision we made, and the whole process was extremely well organised. The team worked efficiently and stages of the build were even completed ahead of schedule. Nigel and Taylor personally came to oversee the work, which gave us real reassurance that everything was being managed to the highest standard. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was completed to budget and any small niggles that arose were dealt with without hesitation. The quality of products is outstanding, and the finished garden room has completely transformed how we use our home. It’s a bright, comfortable space that we now enjoy every day.
