It's a very quick process compared to a brick build. They kept a very tidy site and it build gave minimal disruption for us. HoE have a very slick set up to dovetail each trade so there was no waiting around for each stage. The initial consultation and design process was through and easy to work through. We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden room by Heart of England. We first contacted them after receiving information about their conservatory makeover service, and from the very first visit we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach. Their experience gave us confidence in every decision we made, and the whole process was extremely well organised. The team worked efficiently and stages of the build were even completed ahead of schedule. Nigel and Taylor personally came to oversee the work, which gave us real reassurance that everything was being managed to the highest standard. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was completed to budget and any small niggles that arose were dealt with without hesitation. The quality of products is outstanding, and the finished garden room has completely transformed how we use our home. It’s a bright, comfortable space that we now enjoy every day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heart of England to anyone considering a similar project — they were reliable, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the build from the initial meeting to the finish of the project. Nigel and Taylor came and completed a survey and gave advice as to what was best. Both came regularly to oversee how the project was proceeding. They have a great team working for them, very skilful, professional and tidy, everything went exactly to plan. We were very surprised how quickly it all came together. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We visited the showroom on a Saturday morning and loved one of the display garden rooms called a HUP building. We saw the price which was well over what we anticipated spending but once we had seen it we kept coming back to it so we decided to get a quote. Nigel, the MD came out and took measurements and we went back to the showroom a week later to have a look. We decided to go for it and Nigel offered us a date to start the work about two weeks ahead as another job was waiting for planning permission. A few days later we were emailed a schedule telling us the start date along with a spreadsheet showing who was coming on each day of the build and also a schedule of all deliveries such as skips, the building itself and other materials that were being delivered. First came Tommy and Thomas who took down the old conservatory and dug the footings for the new one and also laid the slab. Then came Lee and Roger who built the garden room. Then came Martyn the electrician who did the first fix followed by Arnie who did the plastering and then Rich who did the tiling. Martin came back for the second fix and then Lee and Roger came back to clean up. Everything went as planned and on schedule and it was all completed within five weeks. Taylor the Project Manager called in every few days and rang us regularly to check everything was okay. Nigel also came back at the end to sign it off. We are delighted with the end result and could not recommend Heart of England enough.

We first contacted Nigel at Heart of England back in March this year. We found him to be very helpful, and he clearly explained the products they sell. We arranged to have a conservatory built, and from the very first day the work started, all of the tradesmen were extremely professional and courteous. Nigel and his son, Taylor, visited our home on a regular basis to make sure we were happy with the progression of the work being carried out. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and all communication was friendly and timely. This has to be one of the best companies out there in the country right now, delivering what Nigel and his team are delivering. I would highly recommend this company. The planning from the outset was immaculate, and we were given a date tracker which was followed to the letter. Even when we had a small problem, Nigel and his team remedied this with minimal effort or fuss. All the work was carried out with surprisingly little disruption to our family home. I really cannot speak highly enough about this company. Nigel and Taylor, thank you and your team so much for our new build, which, by the way, is of exceptional quality. If there were a six-star rating, I would definitely give it.

We had a large orangery built as an extension to the house. It was built to building regs following planning permission. Nigel presented various designs before we settled on one and he was quite patient with us! All the work was done to a high standard and finished on time. All the trades and workmen involved were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nigel and Taylor did regular site visits and kept in touch to discuss progress. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The whole project was well organised by HOE, with a range of excellent work people turning up when stated and work completed to a very high standard - nothing was too much of a problem. They even organised a plumber and, at short notice, a decorator for us. The workmanship was of a very high standard and Lee was excellent. There were regular visits and calls from either Nigel or Taylor to check on progress. The overall product is of a very high standard, from the materials used (HUP) to the plastering, tiling and electrical work. Could not speak more highly of the whole team.

So impressed with HoE from start to finish...totally professional no hidden extras and completely stuck to the schedule given. The team were all fabulous very professional and skilled and have given us the most stunning orangery! The best company for Orangeries by far!
