With the need to replace an ageing heating system, I spoke with and had price and time quotations from 4 companies. Before even seeing the quotations offered, my telephone conversation with Mike Marsh, of Heat Efficient, was the most rewarding. He clearly understood my needs, explaining the options available, leaving me with a feeling of confidence with his professional knowledge and approach to the project. After reviewing his quotation, not the least expensive, but not by very much, he paid a visit to the site to confirm there were not other issues that needed attention. The quotation was confirmed and accepted. Mike, and his team, were on site within the week, arriving promptly at 8:00am as promised. The old boiler, immersion tank, loft storage tanks and a great assortment of unneeded plumbing were removed, being replaced by a Worcester 8000 combination boiler. The job was completed by 4:00pm the same day. The work area was left clean and tidy, with great care being taken to make sure all my carpeting was well protected. Mike, and his team, worked quietly and efficiently without the typical load music usually heard on a worksite. They were polite, friendly, informative at the work progressed, even my dog remained calm. You can see Mike's attention to detail in the quality of his work. The symmetry of the finished plumbing is positively artistic. Mike will be well referred to friends and family, hopefully not making him too busy for the next time I need him.

Our 20-year-old boiler and 30-year-old immersion heater failed. We got 3 quotes. Heat Efficient gave expert advice (I have done plumbing so I know what to ask). They replaced the boiler, hot cylinder and immersion within 3 days, though they quoted 7 days. They were recommended to us and I am so glad we chose them. High quality work, courteous, considerate and swift. The changes they had to make to the pipework are very good: it all looks so much better now. The invoice was exactly what they quoted.

After obtaining several quotations from local boiler installers, I decided to give the contract to Heat Efficient Limited. I was very impressed by Mike Marsh's knowledge and experience. He explained clearly how an old boiler would be removed and a new one installed in a different location within the house. Mike and his partner worked really hard to remove the old cast iron boiler and associated pipework. The new installation went like clockwork. I am very impressed by their workmanship. The working area was left clean and tidy, and the new installation thoroughly tested. Excellent work.

Back boiler and gas fire removed and replaced with new combi boiler with the addition of 2 new radiators in rooms that previously had no heating. Efficient and friendly service from quote to install and all done within a day. Highly recommended with many thanks.
