Great Customer Service from start to finish.Easy on line app for the E- Survey if required.The installation team explained the process, from the removal to the installation of the new boiler.They explained the Worcester Bosch guarantee and certification. All my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner and they left their work areas clean and tidy. Impressed with the speed they worked and left a very satisfied customer.

Right from my first contact with Heatable (I phoned them - no cold calls) they were polite and helpful. I was looking for a new boiler and they provided one and installed it within three working days. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the installer kept me informed right throughout the process. They cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I had an explanation of how the new boiler worked and a follow up call from the office to check I was happy. Not only that but they were the cheapest quote I had! A very happy experience.

Heatable recently completed my solar panel and battery installation, and overall I'm very pleased. The full turnaround time was around 5 weeks - which is very good considering all the variables involved - and the actual on-site installation was impressively completed in just one day. The contractors were polite, friendly, and professional. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I wanted to replace my old combi boiler and decided to get quote from Heatable. They were very professional throughout process of giving me a quote, suggesting combis that would suit my house, and no hard sell. I chose the day I wanted combi installed and engineer tuned up on time and fitted new boiler. He talked me through new controls and was friendly and helpful. First class service.
