We needed to replace our old combi boiler and wanted to see what was available. After doing some online research l found Heatable and l am delighted l did. Easy to follow web site and competitive pricing for any number of quality boilers. It was an easy decision to choose the boiler and how we would finance the purchase. Heatable were excellent and it was a smooth process from contact to purchase to fitting. Delighted with the professional manner Heatable arranged everything and the new boiler was installed without any hitches. All in all, delighted with service and would not hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone. Thank you.

Regular updates on G99 application, rapid mobilisation once approved (1wk) and just 1wk to install - only had to be at home for the survey and the final day of install/commissioning. Paperwork all came through the next day. Only word of warning is the price isn’t as fixed as they make out. If you have any roof tiles other than cement, it will attract an extra charge for hooked tiles. Good price on large batteries and a great system when micro-inverters added.

I spent months diving into solar solutions, gathering quotes, and talking to so many suppliers. But Heatable? They were in a league of their own. My first chat was with Paul, and he was amazing. He patiently answered my gazillion questions and shared so much great advice. And the installers? Heatable uses these incredible third-party teams, and they did such a brilliant job, all to a super high standard. We did hit a couple of bumps during the install with the system not quite working, but Phil and Joe were absolute heroes. They went above and beyond to sort everything out, and their communication was spot-on. I never once regretted choosing Heatable; I felt completely taken care of. It's only been a few weeks, and I'm already saving money and doing my bit for the planet. The Alpha ESS app is so easy to use and understand. Honestly, I couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, could not fault them. They suggested the best system for my requirements, arranged the finance, submitted the required paperwork to the power company and carried out the installation VERY efficiently and quickly. They even cleaned up better than it was before the came lol. Excellent service .... thank you!

We spoke to several suppliers but was impressed with Heatables knowledge and price so went with them. Josh project managed it from start to finish keeping us informed, arranging all the paperwork with the DNO and sorting out the install team. The install team worked tirelessly over the 2 days despite the rain and wind and were clean and helpful answering our questions. Matt was an absolute star sorting out the electrics. Post install Josh continued to answer any questions, provide guidance and generally deal with my newbie thinking in a patient and courteous way, he's been great. Overall very happy despite the gifted screwdriver going missing 😀

Found this company on Google, watched their YouTube videos and checked the website. Happy with the prices and went for it. Spoke to Amanda in customer services on the Saturday who arranged everything and by Wednesday boiler was installed and up and running. Kevin the engineer or installer was professional, prompt and patient, he did not hesitate to answer questions and explained everything simply. Thanks Heatable, very happy customer

I couldn't be happier with heatable.co.uk for my solar and battery system installation! From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. A huge shout-out to Isabel who was an absolute star – she responded to all my emails super quickly, even after months of my various questions. She was consistently friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to deal with. Hannah also deserves a special mention for efficiently arranging JDM Earth to carry out the installation. Speaking of JDM Earth, they were fantastic! I checked their five-star reviews online before agreeing, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. The entire installation was seamless. The heatable.co.uk website itself made the planning stage a breeze. It was so easy to use, letting me figure out how many panels would fit on my roof, and any tailored adjustments I requested were handled perfectly by Isabel. And let's not forget their YouTube channel – it's brilliant! The videos are not only informative but also genuinely funny and incredibly well-edited. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience!

Moving from an old back boiler to a combi was a lot of work but everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly, leaving us very impressed with his expertise and dedication to every element of the job. New boiler fitted today. Absolutely excellent from beginning to end, choosing the right boiler for me and arranging to be fitted the next day. Great Customer Service from start to finish.Easy on line app for the E- Survey if required.The installation team explained the process, from the removal to the installation of the new boiler.They explained the Worcester Bosch guarantee and certification. All my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner and they left their work areas clean and tidy. Impressed with the speed they worked and left a very satisfied customer.

The team arrived on time, The install of the Powerwall 3 battery and gateway was a smooth operation from start to finish. I'm very happy with the work that was carried out.

Right from my first contact with Heatable (I phoned them - no cold calls) they were polite and helpful. I was looking for a new boiler and they provided one and installed it within three working days. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the installer kept me informed right throughout the process. They cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I had an explanation of how the new boiler worked and a follow up call from the office to check I was happy. Not only that but they were the cheapest quote I had! A very happy experience.

Heatable recently completed my solar panel and battery installation, and overall I'm very pleased. The full turnaround time was around 5 weeks - which is very good considering all the variables involved - and the actual on-site installation was impressively completed in just one day. The contractors were polite, friendly, and professional. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. They were very professional throughout process of giving me a quote, suggesting combis that would suit my house, and no hard sell. I chose the day I wanted combi installed and engineer tuned up on time and fitted new boiler. He talked me through new controls and was friendly and helpful. First class service. Booked a new boiler and install for the following day when out boiler broke. Technician was very helpful, tidy and installed without any fuss.

Very competitive quote and any concerns I had with the proposed installation were discussed and explained to myself. On the day the new boiler arrived exactly to time and the fitter worked incredibly hard to install the boiler, complete the system cleanse and a few extra bits and pieces I had requested. It was all balanced and tested before he left. Very pleased!

Heatable were always very easy to deal with, from start to finish. When they gave the quote, they talked me through the different options, explaining the details. I appreciated that they sent through photos and videos showing installations (including on a slate roof) so we knew what to expect. They then installed 12 panels and a battery very efficiently in a single day - in time for the lovely sunny weather we've had this spring. We're generating lots of free electricity and I'm very happy!

Needed an old standard boiler upgraded with a new combi boiler, and moved as the old one vented through the chimney. I found the website very easy to use, and it came up with a surprisingly cheap quote! As part of the process you need to upload photos of the property and current installation, this was easy to do but it became clear the job may be a little awkward due to rerouting of pipework and the vent. Cue a fair bit of taking more photos and then discussing my options, which I thought was excellent - I was aware there may be problems so would much rather make sure in advance that the work could be done rather than find out when the engineer turned up. I was left with two options as to where the new boiler could go, one option was about £800 more, but at no point was any pressure put on me to go for the more expensive one, in fact I would say the opposite. I booked for the next day but was phoned about an hour later to say it would probably be a two day job so would need to start the day after - no problem for me. Engineer turned up as expected, worked none stop for nearly two days in the hottest May weather ever and never stopped smiling! The job was completed to spec and all seems to work well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatable - price, simplicity, and quality of work were all fantastic, as was their customer service when I was trying to work out what needed to be done.

Super happy with Heatable! John came to fit our new boiler and was absolutely brilliant – friendly, on time, and clearly knew his stuff. He got everything set up quickly, explained how it all works, and left the place spotless. The whole process was easy and stress-free.
