From start to finish I can only praise Heatable for their excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable admin team, gas engineer who called me to answer any questions I had within hours of asking. The two engineers who fitted our combination boiler today were skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and left the house spotless when they finished. Would recommend to everyone looking for a new combination boiler.

I had a boiler service and it was a quick process. The engineer and his apprentice were polite and answered our questions. I had my new boiler fitted this morning and what can i say what a great job and company Heatable are cleaned up after and informed me of everything i needed to know my whole experience from first telephone call to finish of job first class thank you.

The speed is incredible. I chose my package online, applied for finance, sent some pictures, had a little further discussion over email regarding details and I had a new boiler installed within 24hrs. Half price of what British Gas were quoting for the same job!

Heatable was great for my solar installation! They have the top kit and are very responsive to emails. I got the Alpha ES system, which is affordable but looks very smart. From start to end, my 16-panel solar installation took a month. It was installed by Biotech Renewable, who were great as well. There were no shortcuts, etc. I had to use panels on a flat roof, and they absorbed any additional costs for them.

Heatable have been very easy to contact, gave good advice on the new boiler options. Installer, Kevin, was great, turned up on time and worked hard all day to get new boiler fitted and working. Would recommend Heatable and Kevin.

The ordering process was very simple and booking an appointment easy. The boiler arrived on time ready for the engineer to come and fit. The engineer was superb fitting the boiler quickly and efficiently while also taking me through ways of saving money and setting up my whole heating system better. Superb experience.

I realised, on a Saturday evening, that it was time to give up on my old boiler and my usual tired broken down suppliers!! I found Heatable on the Internet as one of the best rated suppliers in the industry. I soon found out why they are so highly rated. I discovered that Heatable could supply, install, service and repair for 5 years, a brand new boiler for less per month that I was paying my existing service supplier to maintain the rubbish boiler thay had installed!! Heatable’s online ordering system was so easy… a confirmation e-mail was received in minutes…on a Saturday night!. On the Monday a phone call confirmed arrangements and was followed by update messages advising times of delivery, details of the installer etc. I felt fully informed at every stage. The old boiler was removed and disposed of, the new boiler installed, and everything tested without fuss, and the minimum hassle. Excellent finished job, great boiler, all done and working, a full day earlier than my existing service provider were able to come and repair the old boiler!! I totally recommend Heatable to anyone who needs a new boiler or a service provider because they cannot put up with their existing supplier any more!!

The chap arrived on time. Communication was excellent. He worked quickly and cleanly, serviced my boiler and also sorted out a minor problem whilst explaining the best way to operate it. I booked and paid for the service a couple of months earlier when there was a discount available so I was extremely happy with the value.

We are very happy with the installation of our New Boiler and Steve Aston was a complete star in every respect, nothing was to much trouble and it is such a neat and tidy professional job, I myself am a Retired British Gas Inspector and I found Steve to be a gentleman in every respect, and Scott at Heatable was so helpful in making sure that we had the best deal at a very nice price, we will recommend this Trader 100% and thank you again for a good deal.

Quite glad to have chosen heatable and associated supplier Ashby Eco for their quick and efficient work even if slight issue. They resolved the issue and took full responsibility to complete the work at earliest opportunity.

Andrew, Boiler and parts arrived in good time. Andrew is clearly a very experienced gas technician as he explained the day and kept me informed periodically. Having removed the old boiler and fitted the new, the boiler was commissioned and Andrew showed me how the controls worked. I have no hesitation in recommending Heatable who offer a very competitive price and Andrew who was friendly and professional.

I recently had a new boiler installed, and my experience with Heatable was fantastic. Their support team was excellent, offering valuable advice and guidance to help me choose the right replacement. The installation process was seamless, with the engineers arriving on time and completing the job to a high standard. They were professional, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was done perfectly. From beginning to end, the customer service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a new boiler or other services they provide.

The engineer Max was probably one of the best engineers I have ever had. His skills as a heating engineer, electrician, plumber, and brick layer were top notch, coupled together with his solutions mind was outstanding. Very very happy with the person sent. I was not too happy that I may have had to get a 22mm pipe running around my house, which I had accepted I had no chow, for Max to state it wasn't needed. So things started out on a positive. To make things even more challenging I had my boiler moved from the kitchen cupboard to the garage, with boiler removal freeing up a large cupboard and now a new kitchen cupboard too. He was extremely prompt onsite and cleared up everything as he was leaving. Still impressed with his brick work and pipe work, he takes pride in what he does. Working with Heatable from start to finish has also been a joy. A modern feeling company with a huge focus on the customer service (check out their social media). Pricing was better than all the quotes I had in and they were very responsive in "all" my questions - which there were many. All in all a very very happy customer. Friends are bored of me talking about this.

Very comprehensive information provided on the system and all the components. Expansive quotation with a number of options for consideration. Very knowledgeable people to help select the right system, for the on-site survey and during the installation. People all very courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. First class installation, extremely pleased with the way the installation was carried out. Highly satisfactory to have everything demonstrated as fully functional before any of the installation team left the site. The system is fully compatible with Octopus which is helpful in exploring new tariffs. The scaffolding costs applied were incorrect as the team decided that it was not necessary to have scaffolding on both sides of the roof. After discussion the costs were reduced. The scaffolding took a few weeks to be removed, but had any problem occurred it would have enabled an easy fix.

I can strongly recommend Heatable, for New boiler installations i purchased a worcester bosch Greenstar 4000 30kw and very pleased with it. The two engineers arrived on time and as soon as the supplies arrived, they worked continuously. They were fast and professional. When they had finished they took all the items associated with the old boiler, cleaned all the areas they worked in and showed us how the boiler worked. Extremely satisfied with them and would definitely recommend.

5th boiler installed by heatable and yet again superb service. This was fitting a tenanted house and even though we didn't attend the tenant was very pleased with the way in which the work was carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I think I may have said this before but it's a shame that more companies aren't run like them.

Just had a new cobi boiler fitted and from start to finish I was very impressed, nothing was to much trouble, office staff who took my order and sent emails explaining everything that was going to happen on the day . Very impressed with fitter who was very polite and friendly and cleaned up before he left my house nothing was to much trouble and anything I asked he explained in terms that I could understand. Highly recommend heatable.
