Mr Dudas the heating engineer from HEATABLE turned up on time and carried out the fitting of new replacement boiler. He was very good at his job. Clean and tidy no fuss or bother and within budget would certainly recommend HEATABLE to anybody.

So from the start, Heatable has one of the best communications with customers I've experienced. very friendly people. Dealt with any queries. Felikss, who was our Engineer, is a great guy. He arrived sharply to install the new boiler, explained what he was doing along the way. He did have a couple of problems with our outlay, but he dealt with them brilliantly; nothing was a bother for him. Once the job was completed, he explained how to work things thoroughly and call him if any problems.

Heatable provided me with a very competitive fixed-price quote to supply and install a Worcester Bosch boiler. I requested that the work was to be carried out two days later and this was fulfilled. The engineer was on time, friendly, polite and efficient. A positive result.

We needed to replace our old combi boiler and wanted to see what was available. After doing some online research l found Heatable and l am delighted l did. Easy to follow web site and competitive pricing for any number of quality boilers. It was an easy decision to choose the boiler and how we would finance the purchase. Regular updates on G99 application, rapid mobilisation once approved (1wk) and just 1wk to install - only had to be at home for the survey and the final day of install/commissioning. Paperwork all came through the next day. Only word of warning is the price isn’t as fixed as they make out. If you have any roof tiles other than cement, it will attract an extra charge for hooked tiles. Good price on large batteries and a great system when micro-inverters added.

I spent months diving into solar solutions, gathering quotes, and talking to so many suppliers. But Heatable? They were in a league of their own. We did hit a couple of bumps during the install with the system not quite working, but Phil and Joe were absolute heroes. They went above and beyond to sort everything out, and their communication was spot-on. I never once regretted choosing Heatable; I felt completely taken care of. It's only been a few weeks, and I'm already saving money and doing my bit for the planet. The Alpha ESS app is so easy to use and understand. Honestly, I couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, could not fault them. They suggested the best system for my requirements, arranged the finance, submitted the required paperwork to the power company and carried out the installation VERY efficiently and quickly. We spoke to several suppliers but was impressed with Heatables knowledge and price so went with them. Josh project managed it from start to finish keeping us informed, arranging all the paperwork with the DNO and sorting out the install team. The install team worked tirelessly over the 2 days despite the rain and wind and were clean and helpful answering our questions. Matt was an absolute star sorting out the electrics. Post install Josh continued to answer any questions, provide guidance and generally deal with my newbie thinking in a patient and courteous way, he's been great. Overall very happy despite the gifted screwdriver going missing 😀

Found this company on Google, watched their YouTube videos and checked the website. Happy with the prices and went for it. Spoke to Amanda in customer services on the Saturday who arranged everything and by Wednesday boiler was installed and up and running. Speaking of JDM Earth, they were fantastic! I checked their five-star reviews online before agreeing, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. The entire installation was seamless. The heatable.co.uk website itself made the planning stage a breeze. It was so easy to use, letting me figure out how many panels would fit on my roof, and any tailored adjustments I requested were handled perfectly by Isabel. And let's not forget their YouTube channel – it's brilliant! The videos are not only informative but also genuinely funny and incredibly well-edited. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience!

Will from Heatable went above and beyond with our boiler installation this month (May 2025). Moving from an old back boiler to a combi was a lot of work but everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly, leaving us very impressed with his expertise and dedication to every element of the job. We cannot thank Will enough for his kindness with our pets, even when one of our cats decided to use one of his work sheets as a bed.

New boiler fitted today. Absolutely excellent from beginning to end, choosing the right boiler for me and arranging to be fitted the next day. Great Customer Service from start to finish.Easy on line app for the E- Survey if required.The installation team explained the process, from the removal to the installation of the new boiler.They explained the Worcester Bosch guarantee and certification. All my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner and they left their work areas clean and tidy. Impressed with the speed they worked and left a very satisfied customer.

Right from my first contact with Heatable (I phoned them - no cold calls) they were polite and helpful. I was looking for a new boiler and they provided one and installed it within three working days. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the installer kept me informed right throughout the process. They cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I had an explanation of how the new boiler worked and a follow up call from the office to check I was happy. Not only that but they were the cheapest quote I had! A very happy experience.

Heatable recently completed my solar panel and battery installation, and overall I'm very pleased. The full turnaround time was around 5 weeks - which is very good considering all the variables involved - and the actual on-site installation was impressively completed in just one day. The contractors were polite, friendly, and professional. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience.
