Heatable were very informative and answer all my multiple questions timely, when I was ready to say let’s do it, they got me a installation date with a few days and the installers (J.Cook) arrived as planned and were equally helpful and efficient! Would had use heatable again and I’m saving up to do that (I’ve one roof still to fill with solar (just need to save up first!). 😎

This was a painless experience from buying the Boiler …….that got even better when Tony the engineer who was designated to install the Boiler arrived ……, to leaving my property …I am 100% satisfied 😊

The product arrived on time, and the engineers who installed the boiler were highly qualified. They not only set up the Wi-Fi connectivity but also performed an initial checkup of both the heating and water systems in the house. Additionally, they cleaned up the old boiler and the surrounding area after the installation.

HEATABLE system to combi conversion. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so smooth that I just had to. The installer on the day who for works on behalf of heatable has been amazing. His installation of a combi boiler conversion was nothing short of flawless. All done in a single day. The pipes, electricity, and the outside flute all done with skill and precision. He went above and beyond at being helpful, explained everything and kept the work area spottles. He has his own company - CHELU PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. So look him. Excellent service from start to finish! The team were able to make some last minute changes to ensure I received the correct products and best service. A complex boiler replacement was done within 1 day and the team were incredibly professional and proactive. I gladly leave reviews but genuinely recommend this team to anyone who is seeking an excellent service at a fair price. No complaints! I also got a free Hive system.

Can’t recommend more highly, a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to an installed boiler and Hive system. Friendly, professional and no pressure sales. Combine this with the best price we could find and interest free credit, our new boiler is only costing a fraction more to what we were paying for our old boiler maintenance plan! 10 year warranty also included. The installer was very good. Robbie did a good work. He was skilled, polite, answered questions, kept me informed. I couldn't have gotten a better installer absolutely a 5 star experience. Besides that the price for the product and installation I think was very good.

We found Heatable quotation tool online to be easy to use & understand. You could see straight away what the panels would look like on the roofs and they supplied a suggested panel quantity and value. We contacted them when we decided to proceed with several other providers, but they stood out for us. The sales person did not do a hard sale on us, but sent us various different configurations we could have and talked us through the options. We agreed to have 10 REA Power FUSION 2 REA-HD108N-C3-450 450W panels, 2 Battery Storage Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 8.0 (8.06kWh / 7.8kWh with 6kw inverter and a sigenergy gateway. We paid a deposit of 25% and was issued an insurance policy to cover this deposit. The surveyor said the house was ok to proceed. Heatable did all the application to Scottish & Southern Electric to get approval, & all the chasing, keeping us informed of progress. When we had approval they made a fitting date for the following week, the scaffolding arriving on the day before. The fitting team arrived on Wednesday morning and we were fully installed by Thursday pm. On Friday the electrician, Josh, came back and went through the installation in detail with us and has been on the end of the phone if we had any questions. We had one panel which had a scratch on it, which they changed immediately. Heatable helped us through obtaining the export numbers, providing documentation and have been there on the end of the phone anytime we’ve needed support. Cost as agreed.

Pre-sales were excellent, really helpful, and clear. Having various finance options available is great, with a third up front and the rest over 4 years, 0% was super useful for me. The installation planning was great, and the boiler arrived on time. The gas engineer, Adam, had a van breakdown on the day and called me to explain, and we worked through various options, all aimed to give me the best outcome. We arranged a new day for the installation. The installation went well, and Adam kept me informed and explained how to use my new boiler. Thanks for the great service. Would recommend.

Heatable did everything they said they would and it all happened on time and at the price quoted: no surprises, no disappointments. British gas quoted us 3k+ and was a total nightmare trying to get anywhere with. I decided to try Heatable and it was such a breath of fresh air. Super simple online with transparent prices and you can book it yourself. Our installer Stephanie was brilliant, did a perfect job and cleaned up everything afterwards. All for over 1k less than BG quoted us. Couldn't be happier.

Heatable & E-Verve were great! I had some challenges we faced such as changes to number of panels as we couldn't reliable tell until the date of installation how many panels would fit, but communication between the two parties was great. And they did their best to fit as many as possible. The installation was great and the team completed it in one day, they were super friendly and left no mess. I had some issues with Alpha & their software but the team at Heatable were quick to resolve this for me, even on a Friday! And when I had many questions they were happy and quick to answer them. They might be a more premium quote, but you get what you pay for, support from multiple teams, high quality kit installed and helpful aftercare! I would absolutely recommend.

From online purchase to almost immediately customer care reply it was quick and efficient to get an installation date of only 2 days. Engineers was on time and polite. The work was immaculate with pipework straight and lines parallel to one another. He explained the functions and helped me set up the Hive App. The price was the best of several quotes I got and overall I am a happy customer

From the outset the team were fantastic. We were not sure we could have the unit where we wanted but Jon took all the details and photos , spoke to the engineer and called us back promptly. The whole process was super easy and Paul even called to move the date as he wanted to make sure an engineer who is used to our type of house could do the installation. He even responded to my 10pm email asking to make sure they are here by 9am the next day as we had appointments we had forgotten about. Installation was done really well and we are very pleased with the unit. Thank you!

Replacement boiler. From start to finish they operated above all expectations. Their team on the phones had all the relevant information to hand, and could elay the worries I had over all aspects of the work. The people that did the work were very professional and courteous. Heatable is an easy choice for a new boiler, straight forward online website with easy to navigate information. Picked and ordered after some research and decided to buy a Viessmann 050 boiler. Order was placed on Monday and it was delivered on installation day Wednesday morning. Robbie texted me to let me know that he was on his way, a really nice guy. Very friendly and did a great job with my boiler installation. Everything was done so smoothly and with care and attention to detail. Will be using Heatable and recommend to anyone that is looking to upgrade/service their boiler. Great service

I used Heatable to replace a 1980’s conventional boiler and cylinder and header tank with a combi, moving boiler to airing cupboard. Heatable do what they say on the website. Online booking was easy. You need to upload some photos which helps if you have a smart phone. Pricing was competitive and there are a few discounts if you ask. The online price was the price charged - there were no extras. The only additional expense was for a replacement insert for a hot water tap in the bathroom, which could not cope with the increased pressure. I did this myself. Before the installation, Heatable contacted me to run through the details and make sure enough parts were ordered in especially for the flue to give flexibility for the install. The engineer, Shaun, arrived as planned and completed all the work in two days. He removed old lead pipework, cyclinder, an old steel tank, the header tank, and even made a new access in the downstairs floor so he could remove the old pump which was under the floorboards. The new boiler was fitted in the old airing cupboard and flue installed through loft and roof. All pipework was neat and walls and roof sealed. He was very thorough and I was amazed at the amount done in two days. It’s early days but the boiler, Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 30kw, is performing well - much better than the old system

The whole process, from selecting a boiler online to fitting, was as easy as 1,2,3. Ordered on Saturday completed on Tuesday. Matt, the engineer, called the day before to clarify a few details. He arrived early on the day and talked me through the fitting. The boiler arrived by courier an hour later. All done by mid afternoon and he left the place clean and tidy. Communication with Heatable was swift and clear and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. A seamless, painless process. Excellent.

Booked a boiler conversion online on the Friday afternoon, sent the pictures they needed, and spoke to a member of the team who called not long after the order was booked. The boiler was installed on the following Monday & Tuesday. Engineers were great and kept me up to date. Can't fault the service.

Through the process of initially contacting Heatable, at all stages I have had good communications with the team at Heatable and then their selected partners for the actual installation and commissioning. I selected Heatable for a GivEnergy AIO with Gateway for my home. I already had Solar PV with its own inverter and a FiT meter and a Ohme ePod EV Charger which is integrated with Intelligent Octopus Go. The time taken by the DNO to approve the design and issue the G99 took only slightly less than stated, but during that wait, Heatable kept me informed. We exchanged information about my setup including photos and that made the whole process including the installation very smooth. Heatable answered my questions and the estimated time to install (half-a-day) was accurate.
