I recently used Heatable for a new boiler installation as my existing boiler broke down. I was really impressed with how easy there online system was and I could easily get a new boiler installation booked in with a highly trained installation team for the next day. I found the prices to be very competitive compared to the rest of the market and the Technical team even reached out to ensure everything was prepared prior to installation. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard on the day with my property left tidy, all waste removed and new boiler controls etc explained to me. I would definitely recommend Heatable to others!

The whole process was painless from getting my own quote online to speaking to a designer there was no pushy sales. Everything was well detailed and communication was always very good keeping me updated where the G99 application was. Once it was approved the local installer even offered to bring the install forward a week if that suited me so all round very good service and quick install without any drama or issues.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS SERVICE. Had a boiler leaking and not repairable. Got quotes from elsewhere, then I came across Heatable boilers. Their prices were what you would expect for a boiler replacement and they had slots available on my day off. I booked a slot on Friday and by Tuesday it has been fitted in and running. Their installer Ashley was a top rate engineer and completed the job flawlessly. He answered any questions I had and demonstrated how to used everything. He was very friendly and professional. The engineer was punctual and professional. He did whatever was included in the quotation that I have purchase. He installed the new boiler based on manufacturer specifications, nice and tidy. Overall, I am very happy with the service the Heatable company had delivered. Thumbs up!!!

Heatble installed 31 in-roof trays and solar panels, with a Tesla Gateway and 2x PowerWll 3's. Work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. The team were amazing on the day. Explained what they would be doing, answered any questions we had. They got on with our trades people working on our new build. It was a fun couple of days where everyone was working but also enjoying it as the sane time. Ben at Heatable we met at a show and he was our main point of contact all the way through, and he gave us a lot of advise and assistance. His knowledge and nature was a key reason to go ahead and we are delighted.

The whole process was easy and efficient from initial quote to installation. Any questions were answered quickly and installation was done the following day. Installers were courteous and professional, explaining what they were doing and the features of new boiler. New boiler/controls a vast improvement on previous setup.

John used all his own dust cloths. left the site in a very clean condition, and explained the system before he left. Clean efficient friendly and informative. Finished when he said and very pleasant. All running smoothly.

They phoned at time of arrival and said they would be a little late.(30 mins). When they arrived they started immediately worked all day for a very long day neatly and quietly. At the end of the day (8 pm) every thing was in and working and every thing cleared away. There was a lot to clear away. They instructed me on the boiler, working fine. Then they left quietly. Almost a anti climax. Which is exactly what you need. Thanks very much.

A trouble free purchase and installation. A very helpful installer who checked with me every step of the way, and left with the installation set up ready to use. The 3 year interest free credit payment plan was an added bonus.

This was a fantastic installation. I had an old Potterton floor standing boiler. The contractor was on time. He and his assistant, stripped out all of the old system, old tanks, immersion tank, which seemed in double quick time. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. Making me feel confident that they where doing a good job. They cleaned up after the job and explained the working of the new boiler and the control unit. I was impressed. The whole installation only took one fay. The cost of the installation was great and to budget.

Heatable were great! Great customer service and great installation! My boiler was failing, and it was quite stressful to make a decision. Then I finally looked at Hestable. Excellent support and advice throughout! By Monday evening I had decided and paid, by Thursday the boiler was fully installed! The technicians came at 7.50am and by 1pm they had fitted the boiler, flushed all my old radiators, explained everything and that's it - sorted!

We had a new central heating system with Hive controls installed this week. Heatable’s engineers were absolutely excellent, bang on time, very professional, extremely polite and the quality of the work and installations is superb. Price and quality are great. Office backup staff were very hands-on and made sure everything went to plan. All in all, a five-star company.

Boiler replacement - Worcester Bosch Greenstar 2000 24 kW. The website was easy to use, and the communication and support offered via email were excellent. After choosing the right boiler, the work was scheduled and completed within days. The engineer was excellent - would definitely use again. The boiler works well.

I had a new Vaillant boiler fitted. The website was easy to use to ensure the correct boiler was selected. No pushy salesman and a fixed price with no sneaky extras. Engineer, Johnny, was punctual, polite and respected my property. He worked solidly for 7 hours. Kept me informed of issues with sludge from old system, showing me the evidence. He ensured whole system was working perfectly and took time to show me the new controls. I cannot fault anything with my experience of heatable and their engineer Johnny.

I had my Alpha boiler installed by Jonny, what a great guy and very professional in his work. Jonny was busy the whole day and everything change he made or something he thought I should be aware of he took the time to take a photo and explain what he had done. So all in all I am really happy with the boiler so thank you Heatable and Jonny for the great work.

Cannot recommend these guys high enough. I was looking for a boiler for a tenant property; everyone was charging ridiculous prices, and then I stumbled upon Heatable. I placed the order, picked the date, everything was so seamless, the gentleman who fitted the boiler on behalf of Heatable, an absolute gentleman, my tenant told me.

Heatable did an excellent job at upgrading my old boiler to a new Worcester Bosch Combi. The whole process was very easy via their website. The workmanship was top-class and professional. The price was also very reasonable. No dealing with multiple quotes from different plumbers with vastly differing numbers!!

Battery and EV charger. Everything was smooth and straightforward from the quote to install. The website had well-laid-out and relevant information with which to be informed. I appreciated speaking with knowledgeable staff for the quote and sales process. Price appeared to be fair, although that’s not really the point of this review. (I had another quote which was lower, but they would not meet my needs, as in how/where the battery would be installed). Scheduling and coordination with UK Power Network were streamlined. The actual install was contracted out, I believe, but they were a good selection by Heatable; these guys knew their stuff and were a pleasure to have working in my house.
