Annual service to Gas Boiler originally installed by Heatable 3 years ago. This was the second service arranged and carried out by them. Everything arranged with them, it is a no brainer to not have them carry on the good service they provide at all times. Gas Engineer Andy from A G Gas services very prompt, efficient, courteous and tidy. All is good for another year of worry free heating, Thanks to Heatable.

I had a new boiler installed within a few days of receiving the quote. The price on the quote is a fixed all inclusive price which is great. The engineer completing the work was fantastic and the boiler was changed within a few hours. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone thinking about a new boiler

I've had 2 combi boilers fitted over the years, none can compare with Heatable. A pure Professional company from booking to fitting. It's good to see a company that still treats the customer first. Thankyou heatable I only wish that other companies i've dealt with were as efficient as yourselves.

I recently went through the sales process for a solar PV and battery installation, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and customer-focused approach throughout. Isobel, the designer, deserves particular praise for her patience and responsiveness. She took time to address all of my questions thoroughly and never once complained about implementing the various changes I requested. Her willingness to work collaboratively meant I felt heard and confident in the final design. The G99 application process was surprisingly straightforward. Once I provided Craig with the necessary information, everything progressed smoothly with minimal friction. It's clear the team knows this process inside out and handles it efficiently. What also made a real difference was the streamlined credit application. The process was simple and hassle-free, and the option to buy now and pay in 12 months was genuinely helpful in making the decision to move forward. This flexibility removed a significant barrier and demonstrated that the company genuinely cares about making solar accessible. Throughout the entire sales journey, there was zero sales pressure. The team let the quality of their service and genuine expertise speak for itself, allowing me to make my decision in my own time without feeling rushed or manipulated.

From me answering a few questions on their website to the end of the installation of my brand new Combi Boiler Heatable were fantastic and up to £500 cheaper than other quotes I obtained. Everything happened just as explained, the logistics were all taken care of and my installation engineer Shaun was very professional and friendly. I had a 2 day installation and everything ran very smoothly I could not be happier with all work carried out. I highly recommend Heatable, keep up the excellent work guys. Painless, easy process from first contact to final commissioning of the system. From scaffolders, solar panel installers and the battery and gateway electrical installer, all were on time, courteous and professional. Really pleased with the system which is up and operating giving me clean grid free electricity.

Very impressed with Heatable for installing boiler at a very good price and their prompt responses. They sent landlord gas safety certificate after installation and they didn't charge me for it, great.

Heatable just came to install a combi boiler for me. They were half the price of British Gas, and twice as nice! ☺️ The installers/engineers were brilliant too - quick, efficient, friendly, hardworking - and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The Heatable team online/on the phone were super helpful. I was worried when I turned down the British Gas quote, but luckily for me, Heatable took my eye, and a week later (at my convenience) I have a fabulous new combi boiler. A fair price too, which I can pay in installments. Happy customer indeed 😀

I had to make an unexpected decision about a new boiler earlier than hoped. I came across Heatable and read the reviews which made me contact them for further advice. All my queries were dealt with and being more than satisfied with a very short lead time to get the job done cinched it for me. On the day logistics were communicative, the engineer rang with ETA and the job was completed and explained despite a few hurdles (overcome without complaint) in very quick time. Under 6 hours and I had heat and hot water once again after 3 weeks without. A credit

I googled for a budget boiler and began the process of deciding on make of boiler and who to install it. During this process, information from the Heatables website was very useful. Their recommendations helped no end and, with a keen? quote I decided to order from them. A relatively painless experience later and Glenn arrived at my door. He proceeded to tell me what he would be doing, and then set to and did it. Within 48 hours of pressing the "Buy Now" button I was saying "goodbye" to Glenn. He had professionally installed my new Vailant boiler, a very tidy job, and explained all of the controls. He didn't even leave much mess, just dust. The only negative aspect to my experience was with the price. This was, of course, not down to Heatables but to the state of the world and that I am still living in the 1960's.

100% recommend this company from start to finish. I've had no issues, a really friendly and helpful team of people who made my decision easy. The engineer was so helpful polite and efficient. He showed me how everything worked with the boiler. Really pleased with the whole process ☺️

Boiler broke down over the weekend. After being told it was beyond compare we checked online and confirmed a new boiler and install date within a day or two. Boiler installed and engineer explained all details of the system and controls. Very professional job

We found out on Thursday that notbing could be done for the boiler and I would have to get a new one. After panic looking for an hour we came across heatable, within 10 mins and a few questions we had the option of 3 boilers suitable for what type of house we had, it was booked in for that saturday within minutes! The boiler technician was brilliant, he came just after 8 am and had the boiler fitted, all the checks and a new flue fitted within 3 hours! He also checked for a possible gad leak as the last technician who came out was concerned about a gas smell. Cant fault the service given! I would 100% recommend!

I’m over the moon with the install of the Tesla powerwall 3. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. The initial enquiry was handled really well and gave me the confidence to trust them. They did not disappoint. I received great communication throughout the whole process. From first contact they were brilliant. The call team answered all my questions and began the journey towards off grid living. The install team were swift and thorough, with the assignment arranged and sorted within days due to my circumstances. The install was seamless and done by a great team who completed the work to the highest quality.

I chose Heatable because Which? recommended them. I had reservations because they were online only and weren’t going to do a site visit, but I trust Which?, so gave them a chance. The Heatable staff were friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The engineer was great too, he was friendly, efficient, talked through every thing with me and left the room as he found it. The service I received was faultless.

Heatable are one of those companies that do things right. Engineers are top draw. Install was done from start to finish with all the information I needed. Thanks Rob, Rob, and Callum, you’re a credit to the company thanks again.

Overall it was an excellent service. Easy to use website and very competitive prices. Email correspondence was prompt throughout keeping me informed of all details. Adam, the engineer, arrived as planned and installed the boiler and some radiator TCVs. I was very satisfied with the work carried out. On this experience I would definitely recommend Heatable.

My overall experience was a very positive one. I had a new boiler installed. My engineer Paul was really helpful, friendly and highly competent. He arrived very early and worked hard to ensure the boiler was installed and working efficiently. He's great at finding solutions if problems arise. Paul is a massive asset to Heatable.

Excellent communications, professionalism and service from initial enquiry through to install. Would highly recommend this company to all - the install team also did our EV charger too previously and did an outstanding job then as well. Only had it up and running for a day but very happy and looking forward to the scaffolding coming down at the weekend. 5 stars

I needed a new boiler so I did the usual thing and shopped about. Having spoken to numerous companies Heatable stood out from the rest . I have experienced unbelievable service my allocated engineer (Dan) turned up on time , talked me through the boiler installation process , exceptionally clean worker , patiently talked us through the operation of the boiler and didn't leave until he was sure we could operate and schedule the new boiler (Worcester green star). Engineer finished a perfect job in only one day, changing system to combi boiler. Arranged to choose a boiler model avoiding scaffolding. Engineer managed to connect to our WiFi thermostat Engineer Mindaugas Mandeika was simply perfect
