We had a new boiler fitted. Service was excellent, efficient and Martin went above and beyond to ensure everything was well fitted, near, tidy and working well.

I was looking for a trustworthy trader to replace a leaking radiator and Heatfire Ltd was shortlisted. I had ordered the radiator but had ordered the incorrect measurements. Martin realised my mistake when he opened the packaging and helped me to repackage the item then he left without charging me for his time, which is highly commendable. He came back when I had the new and correct radiator and did a brilliant job. I asked him whether he was doing annual checks on boilers. The response being in the affirmative, I contacted his secretary who gave me an appointment. It was last year (2022). Now I am (or my boiler) is on the books of Heatfire Ltd and I would not go anywhere else. Martin is working very well, and we are extremely satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone. We have found him very thorough when working, very approachable, very knowledgeable. When the work has been done, we receive the invoice which we pay promptly the same day. If we were to give stars to Martin from 1 to 5 we would not hesitate in giving him 5.

Heatfire have fitted 3 boilers for me at various premises and have been very professional in the service offered and extremely courteous and informative of all works required .
