The fab 2 replaced my Baxi back boiler which they fitted about 20 years ago, with a new Worcester Bosch , all done in a day and a bit. Managed to keep all my existing fittings in the cupboard where the boiler is sited, pipes are fitted invisibly, very fair prices even for servicing, can I give 10 stars ?

I had a boiler which needed replacing in a hurry - Hestia removed an ancient Oil boiler and replaced it with a modern LPG Gas Combi boiler with internet-connected thermostat within a few days, at a price which was several hundred pounds cheaper than our competing quote. The guys were a delight to deal with, and also came back to resolve a (very) minor issue without further cost or complaint. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

Trevor and Ian came to install full gas central heating in my home. They took out the old central heating, electric storage heaters and installed brand new radiators and a new boiler. Still getting used to the new system but overall am absolutely thrilled with the result. When Ian came out to give me a quote and told me it would take 2 days I thought, I'm sure it will take longer, but it was all installed in 2 days! Trevor was brilliant and explained everything in a simple manner. Couldn't fault Hestia, will definitely get them out again, should I need too.

Required a boiler replacement. Quote was competitive and accurate, installation date very rapid and work carried out in exemplary fashion. Communications were excellent throughout. I shall most definitively do business with them in the future. Highly recommended

Knologable and experienced trades people that answered all our questions, great budget and warrenty for our new Worcester Bosh combi boiler. Clean and tidy installation in just over half a day, would highly recommend, no fuss and straight forward, very pleased. New viessman boiler installed and abit of pipe work for central heating system needed replacing , plus thermostats added to rads..could not be happier, everything now working as it should. Ian came out and gave a very copetitive quote and a fitting time. Job done on time and to a very high standard( new it would be) as i have had a new gas fire & surround fitted in the past by these guys..would highly reccomend to anyone who wants a quality job done with no fuss , if i need anything done in the future i know who 1st to call.

After spending months looking for a company to carry out and removal of a old fire and fita new boiler and system into my home and woodburning stove, I spoke with Trevor on a Saturday afternoon and he explained few options to me and kept everything very simple so i could understand the full system in question, When the work started Trevor and Ian was on site at the arranged time, there carried out the work over few days which was need to be done, also kept me updated on the work and if there was any problems, the full system was tested and I was showing how to use it, I found Trevor and Ian very polite and friendly people to chat with and I kept asking questions about different things to which there took time to explain fully. After the work was completed Trevor and Ian are on the end of the phone to give you really good support and help if needed, I would like to say I work with a lot of trades over the last 24 years and found them to be in the top 2 of all time for everything you could wish for.........

I have used Hestia North East for over 15 years when they installed & serviced my previous back boiler & Fire This month I have had a new Combi boiler, radiators & a log style gas fire fitted. The work was completed without any hassle & disruption was kept to a minimum within the timescale quoted. They arrived on Monday morning 30/04/2018 and removed the old boiler and associated pipework in a clean and tide manner. They then installed and tested the new boiler with minimal disruption within the same day. I found them to be an extremely professional and efficient team.

I have just had a Worcester Bosch boiler, new radiators and gas fire installed by this company. They installed my previous system 20 years ago and have given me tremendous service all those years. I didn't bother getting another estimate as I had total confidence. Any mess is kept to a minimum and they are always there to answer any queries I may have.
