Two friendly Hestia engineers installed a living-room gas-fire for me, coming at the time appointed, and carrying out the work with efficiency, skill, attention to detail, and consideration. Made sure I understood how to operate the fire and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I have just had a Worcester Bosch boiler, new radiators and gas fire installed by this company. They installed my previous system 20 years ago and have given me tremendous service all those years. I didn't bother getting another estimate as I had total confidence. Any mess is kept to a minimum and they are always there to answer any queries I may have. First introduced to the company 21 years ago when they fitted back boiler and fire which they have serviced each year and last year due to fitting a new kitchen we needed a new boiler and fire we had no hesitation in having them do the work. Trevor and Ian removed our old back boiler and fire. Fitted a new Worcester Compact Condensing boiler. Alsoa new stove fire and stone fire surround. Very pleased with work carried out by Hestia. We have used this company previously and they have always done a good job and nothing was too much trouble to them. They arrived on time and carried out the work as stated in the time and price quoted. They came across unforseen work which they overcame without extra cost. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Arrived spot on time as advised, the job was to remove a conventional boiler system and replace with a new Combi boiler. My main concern was wanting the pipes in the kitchen to be hidden without huge holes in the wall or the granite worktops hindering the installation. This was no bother to Trever and Steve, all pipes were hidden, no huge holes under the boiler, the installation was completed on time to an extremely high quality. A fantastic job, could not be happier. Nothing was a problem, both extremely knowledgeable and just nice guys. Installation was completed on time at the price quoted with minimal disruption and no mess. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Replacement boiler Responded to initial contact quickly, showed up on time to quote and was informative and friendly. On the day they showed up on time, did everything that was quoted for without issue, then the next day they collected the old boiler. Would happily recommend.

New viessman boiler installed and abit of pipe work for central heating system needed replacing , plus thermostats added to rads..could not be happier, everything now working as it should. Ian came out and gave a very copetitive quote and a fitting time. Job done on time and to a very high standard( new it would be) as i have had a new gas fire & surround fitted in the past by these guys..would highly reccomend to anyone who wants a quality job done with no fuss , if i need anything done in the future i know who 1st to call.

Trevor and Ian came to install full gas central heating in my home. They took out the old central heating, electric storage heaters and installed brand new radiators and a new boiler. Still getting used to the new system but overall am absolutely thrilled with the result. When Ian came out to give me a quote and told me it would take 2 days I thought, I'm sure it will take longer, but it was all installed in 2 days! Trevor was brilliant and explained everything in a simple manner. Couldn't fault Hestia, will definitely get them out again, should I need too.

We asked Hestia to quote for our new boiler and hot water system after seeing their reviews on Which Trusted Traders site. We also wanted a Which Best Buy recommended boiler and Hestia are approved Worcester Bosch fitters (as well as other makes). Ian arrived very promptly at the arranged time to give us advice and a subsequent price. We were impressed with his knowledge and thought it was a fair price for quality products and so we decided to go with them. A date for the installation was agreed at a time convenient to us and we found Ian and Trevor to be very hard working, personable and professional at all times. There was a small unexpected problem linking our existing power shower into the new system but that was resolved very quickly. We have agreed for Hestia to return for our annual service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I found Ian and Trevor to be reliable, professional and friendly. The price was reasonable and communication was good with any calls or e mails being responded to quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hestia and I would definitely use them again.

My Viessmann boiler was installed in November 2024 and has worked flawlessly since. Site visit was promptly carried out prior to the install. Ian gave good advice and outlined the different options available to me re siting of the flue, use of existing 3rd party Open Therm boiler programmer/stat and rating of the boiler needed. An estimate was given and I gave the go-ahead a few weeks later after having exchanged emails relating to the technical details of the boiler. The installation itself caused no issues for Ian and Trevor and the end result was a neat and tidy job with a working boiler replacing a much older combi. As Hestia was a Viessmann-approved installer my total warranty is 12 years for this boiler. In summary, this Viessmann is one of the best modulating boilers and was fitted efficiently by a friendly family firm.

Outstanding company!! Full boiler change. From first contact to completion outstanding throughout We had no hot water no heating boiler from the 90s not even a few days later we had a brand new boiler and at last water and heating!! Workmanship - couldn’t have asked for better. team was on time. full boiler replacement done same day everything cleaned after, full communication throughout. Highly recommend to anyone! We moved into a new house with an old back boiler which had no hot water. Ian attended and got it away but the circuit board was gone. With it being such an old boiler we decided to have a new one fitted. Ian and Nathan fitted the boiler in 2 days including rerouting all of the pipework and installing a new flue. Great job and 2 really good people. Thanks again for sorting! 😀
