About
Established in 2014, we are a small family firm capable to undertake all forms of jobs from tap repairs and boiler services, to full bathroom installations, refurbishments and boiler installations. Based in Northampton, we have a wealth of experience in plumbing and heating from general plumbing and heating maintenance, to whole house refurbishments.
We have worked all over the country, starting in Dorset in 2006 for a well established family company, Buglass Plumbing and Heating Limited, to branching out Northampton in 2014 to create High Acre Developments Limited. We have continued to work in all varieties of spaces and locations, from factories to multi-million pound homes and projects in London.
We pride ourselves on our ability to complete projects on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Our goals are to grow and to continue to push the boundaries of what we know possible.

John fitted a new boiler and controls after a flood damaged my old boiler. He was great from the start of the quote to signing off the finished job,extremely punctual,very easy to get along with,and very hard working,and has the highest standards of both working practices and the way everything looks,the new pipework is so neat and tidy,and John also made great efforts to leave the working area clean and in good order. I would thoroughly recommend him for any plumbing/heating work,and will be having him put a heated towel rail in my bathroom in due course.

John fitted our bathroom in June, he had visited prior to this and discussed options on what to fit, when and how and gave some really good advice to opt for a shower tray as opposed to a wet room. Very pleased with his ideas. John was given a key for the house and fitted the bathroom whilst we were on holiday, he even watered my garden for me as it was the only two hot weeks of summer! John had given us a very good price and the invoice reflected the same quote. We are so pleased with the work and would highly recommend John for any plumbing work. He had fitted three radiators prior to the bathroom and every time left the areas spotlessly clean and tidy. Very professional at all times.

John was thoroughly professional in all aspects of our bathroom design and refit. All additional elements of work were also carried out in a timely manner. Bathroom refurbishment. John from High Acre came across to discuss the job and gave various options for us to consider including brochures etc. We then communicated by email and phone to arrange the finer detail including changes (suggested by us) and dates. The work started on time as agreed. John completed the work in a tidy organised fashion, consulted where he needed to with an absolute minimum of disturbance. We were delighted with the result and the invoice was sent soon afterwards and it was as agreed. We would have no hesitation about using High Acre again and would also recommend. Reliable, trustworthy and a very high level of professionalism.

John switched our heating source from oil tank to mains gas and updated the heating throughout the house to a zonal setup. This entailed installing 2 new boilers with all the corresponding pipe work, and installing and setting a Honeywell technology system for the zoned heating

High Acres Plumbers renovated my bathroom, fitting a stand-alone shower in place of a bath, hand basin with cabinet and loo, also flooring. Tiling was also organised. In the downstairs cloakroom, a loo and hand basin with fitted cabinet were also replaced. In the kitchen, the sink was replaced and the boiler serviced. The work has been carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner. John was polite and personable at all times. Best of all his communication was excellent. He always let me know when and what was happening and arrived when promised. His rates are appropriate.

John fitted my hair studio with radiators, new exposed pipework and plumped in backwashes and other white goods. He was punctual and efficient, maintaining a high standard of communication and customer service throughout. My clients often comment on how beautiful and precise the work is and many ask for the details of who completed the work.
