Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

We engaged High Efficiency Heating to completely rip out our old heating and water system and replace with a new one. Richard's advice on what was needed for the size and age of the property and where we should spend money and where we didn't need to, was spot on. This made it a no-brainer to choose them to carry out the work. On the install, Dylan was very professional indeed and his team completed this complex job exactly in the time frame stated and under pressure of the other trades working around them. The new system is a work of art! The team's communication and accommodation to changes in timings due to other work going on the house really stood out too. We now have a state-of-the-art heating and water system in our old house, complete with underfloor heating in places and everything is fully controllable from the internet and a central screen. I would thoroughly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone looking for a professional and competent company to see to their heating needs. The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. Gareth of HEH (UK) Ltd installers of the boiler carried out the annual service at the same time serviced our gas fire. He arrived on time introduced himself in a very pleasant manner and commenced the service. He was very thorough and efficient and answered all my queries regarding the operation of the various heating and hot water options. These had of course been explained at installation but I needed a refresher. He then completed a full service of the gas fire which although old still does an excellent job for us. Gareth realiy went the extra mile in checking whether we had a carbon monoxide alarm and then checked it to confirm that it was working satisfactorily. Gareth was a typical example of an HEH employee all very pleasant and efficient. I sleep easy with this firm we know if we ever have any heating problems I only have to ring and they will in the shortest of time send some out to help us.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler and radiator fitted. Great quote with superb knowledge from the boss. No salesman just honest tradesmen. Explained how things would be fitted and notified me water pressure was low and who to contact to rectify situation. Fitters were prompt with much appreciated text to say on way. Great job completed in timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and went through appropriate paperwork. Couldn't ask for better. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them,they really know their stuff.

We initially had HEH out to look at our existing boiler which was in the house when we moved here. We eventually decided to replace the existing boiler with a new one as it was apparent it had multiple faults due to its age and asked HEH for a survey and quote. This decision was based off advice from HEH but also from the manufacturer of our current boiler who agreed with the advice from HEH. HEH booked a survey and Richard arrived early on the Monday to take a look. He provided us with great advice which allowed us to make a decision on the boiler and accessories that we wanted and opted for an ATAG boiler. As our existing boiler wasn't working and we had no hot water or heating we were classed as urgent and booked in promptly for the work to be carried out in a reasonable time frame. The installers, Adam and his colleague were very professional and polite. They completed the work with minimal disruption to myself and I was able to carry on working in the house as they meticulously fitted the boiler. Adam also showed me how to setup our new WiFi thermostat and talked me through the app. Before they left they invited me into the loft to look at the boiler and be talked through the settings. I am the kind of person that likes things to be neat and tidy even if out of sight and the installation met my expectations. The wiring was very tidy and there was no mess left around the boiler or house. I would 100% recommend HEH for any work they offer.

Used HEH to install the boiler about 3 years ago, the install was excellent as well actually. Have annual boiler check by HEH which has been excellent every time. Great company, great staff.

I have used high efficiency heating for a many years, they are professional, honest and reliable, i have had occasions where ive had to call Andy on a saturday evening or a sunday morning and his response is always the same, he, says its no trouble im here to help at anytime, he never makes you feel like its an inconvience to contact him at these times, he is always there when i need him on those cold days when my heating breaks down. Always good quality work and a friendly service from all the staff including the girls in the office. Please dont hesitate to use this company, they will not let you down.

I've been a customer of HEH for a few years and when a recent repair report highlighted the agedness of my boiler, I considered a replacement but put if off until later. Needless to say, the boiler failed on the coldest week of the year. Andy at HEH was brilliant. He scoured several suppliers for the (now defunct) replacement part, but it was clear that a new boiler was needed. HEH quoted a price which was unbeatable by other suppliers, and the new boiler was installed within 48 hours! They even came round with portable heaters whilst the boiler was on order. I would not consider any other business, as HEH has customer service which is second to none.

First used HEH 2 to 3 years ago at old house. So impressed with service we've used for all our heating problems and requirements, including a new Worcester Boiler. I can honestly say the service is 1st class. From the ladies in the office to all the engineers who have undertaken work for us. Everything is explained fully and in an easy to understand way. Called this morning about a radiator with a small leak. They said they would contact one of their engineers and ring me back with a time. They rang back and the engineer arrived within two hours The leak was solved quickly.

Upstairs radiators fitted. Received text that engineer was on his way. Arrived promptly despite the snow. Job completed to the highest standard (as always). Boiler also serviced. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

From start to finish; all work carried out by HEHUK Ltd is professional and fit for purpose. I particularly like the SMS updates telling you when the appointment was booked; giving a reminder; and telling you the name of the engineer who will be turning up at your property.

Early morning call to HEH due to a leaking boiler. immediate response and engineers visit within 2 hours. Identified problem and agreed worth contacting Worcester Bosch due to guarantee. Helpful advice and as discussed Worcester Bosch engineer arranged for next day to address under the guarantee. I couldn't fault the service provided by HEH from the initial telephone call to the engineers visit both helpful and informative. As a result we were left feeling confident in the service provided;

The wonderful engineers that fitted our boiler were punctual, courteous and friendly. They updated us as the work went on, answered all the questions we had and did not leave until they we were happy we really knew how to use the boiler.
