We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

The company installed a new boiler. They came to inspect our old boiler the same day we contacted them, and also provided a clear quote to remove the old appliance and install the new one. Work was carried out 6 days later. Very efficient and courteous and also spent time explaining the working of the boiler and thermostat. We are very happy with the result.

Gareth capped the gas fire. Done to the agreed price with option to pay on visit or later through office bill. Heh UK Ltd stood out from others as Andy visited to assess work to be carried out free of charge. First impressions from from my initial phone call to the company & visits to the house were of a friendly & helpful company. I liked the ongoing communication with a 2 hour schedule text & a text when on way. Gareth was a very courteous, tidy worker.

Dave and his mate worked brilliantly.taking out the old boiler and water tank a nd fitting the new one and then flushing out the whole system.All the rubbish was gone too. This is on a house that I have recently bought and have had several workmen in. These two were by far the best. THE perfect title for this company. HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING

Dad had water flooding his bathroom and it was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling when I called to check on him after work. We turned the water off and thought, what do we do next? It was Friday evening after 5:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend. Sharon had left the office, but she contacted Andy who was with us just after six. He made things safe for overnight and was back the next day to fix the overflowing toilet cistern. Now that is what you call fast reliable excellent service. He put the customer, my 83 year old Dad first, into and during a well deserved Bank Holiday weekend break! The fee was extremely reasonable too, thank you Andy.

A lot of thought, hard work & effort went into fixing a new styled radiator onto our living room wall. As we are all aware newer houses are not as durable, the wall had to be strengthened prior to the radiator being mounted. Well done to Andy & his guys. They even tidy up after themselves!! An efficient and friendly set up from the initial telephone call to request a home visit for an estimate to the fixing of snags after the installation. Had a new boiler and new shower fitted. Really helpful from the beginning, making sure we got what was just right for our house. Very tidy and had someone sent out really quickly everytime. Even when I gave the wrong shower measurements they were as helpful as ever making sure we got it sorted and ended up with the perfect shower and boiler for us!

I had an issue with my shower running cold occasionally, it would never happen when Andy or one of his men called, but they would always follow up my call. They were ever so patient with me, they found and fixed the issue. I know I can always rely on HEH, they will always come and call if I ring with a problem or just to get my boiler & heating serviced, which they do annually.

Except for having a lovely new Valor Gas Fire, there was no trace anyone had fitted it. Also an old gas fire was taken out in another room & the gas pipe was safely sealed off, after taking up 2 floorboards & putting everything back, very tidy workmen both called Dave. Have used HEH before and cannot fault workmanship, tidiness and knowledge. Well done lads.
