On March 13th HEH repaced our boiler and thermostat with a WAVE system. On his initial visit, Richard Perrins advised us on the best system for our needs, and explained the technical side in language that we could understand which was a great help. We agreed to have the new system fitted, and the "text alert" system was a great help in letting us know when the team would arrive. The actual fitting by Nathan Davis and his team was clean and efficient, with a minimum of mess and disruption and what mess there was was cleared up as the job progressed. The fitters were cheerful and polite throughout, and kept us informed about the progress of the job and answered any questions we had. Richard Perrins gave us a good after-sales explanation of how the WAVE system works, and nothing has been too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a boiler installation. Excellent.

I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. High Efficiency Heating installed my boiler about 1 year ago.This cold winter my boiler failed.I contacted HEH and within a few minutes the engineer came and resolved the problem. My heating was back to normal. I am very grateful to this company. Excellent service.They are very reliable and trustworthy. Later this week Andy Baxter came back to adjust my condensing pipe. I woke up to no boiler and the weather being -4c and 8 inches of snow, with 2 small children at home. Within 2 hours two friendly and polite staff attended my home and within minutes fixed my boiler. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I can’t thank them enough.

We've always had brilliant service from HEH and whether it's a big job, we had our boiler replaced last year, or a smallish job, rerouting of a pipe last month, the high standard is always maintained. The guys who come to do the job are friendly, efficient and respectful. I always feel confident they will do a top job and so far I've never been disappointed. As well as this, the ladies in the office are friendly and well informed and always keep us up to date regarding the arrival of the engineers.

I have used HEH for the past 10 years for all my plumbing, heating and gas needs. I have never been disappointed with the service or work which they provide. They offer a text alert service which means you know when your engineer visit is booked for and even when the engineer is on their way to your house. Great company, I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

Unfortunately, my boiler gave way bang in the middle of my final exams at university. After going through a bit of an ordeal with another repair man, I was relieved to come across HEH UK's number. The customer service was phenomenal and the staff were so lovely. I called about 3 times with different questions and the staff were incredibly patient and addressed all my concerns. David, the gentleman who came to repair my boiler, was prompt, courteous, and was able to repair the boiler then and there. I cannot thank your team and company enough for all your help. This company was recommended to me by the former owner of my home. I decided to have my boiler replaced and have the old water tank (immersion?) taken out. I received a visit from Andy who explained everything and the plumber and apprentice who did the job (it was quite a task at 3 days) were great. Very pleased, definitely going to carry on using this company.

HEH have recently filed a new boiler at my property, I Initially dealt with Andrew Baxter for the quotation who simplified Information so I was able to understand exactly what was required. The quotated cost was exactly what I paid and the work was completed to a very high standard, leaving the property clean and tidy. I would definitely have no doubts about using this company in the future and recommending to anybody requiring heating and plumbing services.

HEH fitted our boiler over 10 years ago and have been available when required as the boiler has aged and required some repairs. I have recently had a gas fire installed by HEH. I received a text on the day of the appointment to confirm that name of the engineer and that he was on his way. Dave Taylor was professional and his knowledge was excellent. Booked at short notice to have a hob disconnected from the gas to make way for an induction one. Andy did a fabulous job, explained everything and fully tested everything.
