High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd

We had a complete new central heating system: boiler, radiators and all pipework. The new system is wonderful - HEH advice was spot on! Every room in the house was affected, and we feared great disruption. However, the work was efficient and clean, with all the staff taking a pride in a good job. Floorboards were replaced better than they were found; bathroom fittings which had to be moved were re-fitted better than before too. We had expected to have to replace carpets and flooring, after such a big job, but this is not necessary. We are very pleased and recommend HEH wholeheartedly. Andy, Sharon, Richard, Barry & Gary, we're all great from start to finish. Andy Baxter was recommended by a friend and I'm glad to say I'm glad they did my new boiler and radiators throughout. I even added the wave controller after the quote and this was fitted and explained by Richard within the days required to do the job. In my opinion attention to customer service skills is a must and I would give the 100% rating from Sharon in the office to Andy overseeing the job. I'm so happy so far with my boiler and hope it saves me money on gas over the winter. The lads Barry and Gary were clean and efficient explaining as they went through bits of the job, taking away any rubbish, old radiators and boiler etc with them. It was nice to see them cover the carpets so they also didn't get dirty as they were coming in and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, excellent job throughout, fast, clean, friendly and efficient, and a great back up service too. What more can you ask! From the beginning Andy Baxter was very professional when came for the first survey for the quote, After which I had more questions, which Andy Baxter come around for a second time to clarify and answer all questions I had, which found the main gas pipe route (showing his years of experience), so lowering the overall price!. As I needed to move the Boiler from 1st floor to ground floor, as we did not know where the main gas pipe routed in the house. In term of the install two days, it was done by Aaron and Andy O, who were very professional, polite, understanding and very experienced! Actually during the install Aaron found a better, simpler and cleaner (in term of building work) to route for the pipes from up to down stairs. Which I was very happy with, as it ment not breaking the wall in the middle room to route pipes. So keeping my middle room as it was. So be honest they did a MUCH better and professional job than I expected! Plus they cleaned up after the work was done each day! Make sure keep the guys fitted up with coffee and biscuits :) Very much would recommended High Efficiency Heating

I was hopeful that the contractor, High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd, might be able to carry out the work needed because they had been recommended to me by friends ( I am now 83 and live alone, my husband having died last year) My concerns included: a) would they work within the costs quoted; b) would they complete the job in good time; c) would the house be left in a mess. I need not have worried. The lads who carried out the job were clearly on top of their profession. From the word go, they listened to my concerns and told me what was going to happen. True to their word in every respect they did a super job with old-fashioned courtesy and professionalism. What impressed me most was the smoothness with which the work was carried out - I hardly noticed they were there. My energy usage has, as promised, already shown a marked decline in costs and, all in all, I am extremely pleased that I listened to friends and followed their recommendation. This review is given in the same spirit: if you need work done on your central heating equipment, you really could not put your faith in a better firm than High Efficiency Heating.

My boiler broke down on bank holiday Monday they still came out and fixed it great job and a nice guy! Thank you.
