I have used this firm for all my plumbing and heating needs. I had my boiler installed 9 years ago and today it was serviced for the 8th time. I get a letter informing me that I am due the annual service,and on the day of the service I get a text message telling me the engineer is on his way and the name of the engineer. The service was thorough and carried out to a high standard ,with helpful advice delivered in a pleasant friendly manner. There is always a prompt response to phone calls if you have an emergency, and I feel that as it is a local family firm you get the best.

I have recently had the pleasure of using this company to replace an old back boiler with a combi boiler and after the experience I received could not recommend them highly enough. From booking the job to completion the whole company were informative, communicative and so professional. The workmen were courteous and polite and respected my property at all times. It was a 2 day job and on the first day they left my house rubbish free and as tidy as when they found it. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

From the first phone call to the completed job I can't fault this company. Everybody I spoke to was professional and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I needed a gas fire re-fitted which involved knocking out a lot of bricks. Dave the engineer did a brilliant job, he arrived on time and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was efficient and did a great job clearing up after the job was completed. I would definitely use HEH again and would highly recommend them.

We had an old (very old) back boiler that needed to be replaced with a combi boiler. Wow what can I say Aaron and Kyle worked cleanly, effectively and quickly and got the job done to the highest quality. We are over the moon with the service we received and I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. HEH UK Ltd were recommended to me by my Gas Test Certification Engineer. The carried out a strip out of existing system and installation of new , including a new Gas supply from front to rear of house. There reaction to my request was prompt , there price very competitive, and the installation carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to my tenant. My tenant ask that I thank the team for the work they carried out. The team cleaned up each night before leaving and were tidy in the whole of the operation. I have just had my new boiler fitted by HEH UK Ltd and cannot praise the team enough. Right from the start when Andy came out to quote for the boiler through to the installation yesterday by Dylan and Kyle the whole experience was professional and stress free. Dylan and Kyle arrived exactly at the time I was given and worked right through the day until completion. They were very polite, hardworking and easy to work around. They treated my property with respect and made sure all surfaces and floors were completed covered for protection. After the installation they cleaned up everything, so much so that after they left no-one would have believed I had just had a new boiler installed! HEH were extremely professional and thorough from start to finish, cannot fault their work or the way they dealt with us. We had no doubts about them from the moment Andy first came to do the survey and that opinion was confirmed once they were on site.
