An outstanding company whose customer service is second to none, in addition to skilled and knowledgeable engineers who can be trusted to do a first class job. They really stepped up in fitting in a replacement boiler the week before Christmas as an emergency response for my elderly mum. All my dealings with the company at every point, were met with care and sensitivity. All the personnel have the same ethos and I have to say from the off I was filled with confidence and trust in the company and they certainly delivered!

I’ve used HEH for years and I cannot fault Andy and his team. From the first call to the office to the visit and sign-off, first class service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

We had the annual boiler service done by High Efficiency Heating. The engineer spent some time thoroughly checking the system. He was punctual, polite, and happy to answer our questions. I'd just like to add that we've been using High Efficiency Heating for over 5 years, they're definitely the best company, and the customer service is second to none. I'm more than happy to keep using them for all our gas boiler needs. They get a 10/10 from me.

Service is part of the annual service/breakdown cover which HeH provides. We were contacted to say engineer was on his way. Engineer was polite and informative in respect of the service. Clean and tidy very efficient. Informed about the parts being replaced as part of the service. Left feeling very confident in the work carried out.

Phoned HEH out of hours service got great response. Andy (the boss) came on line to talk through potential fixes. They diagnosed control system failure. Engineer called out even earlier than planned. Friendly, fast and efficient. Had parts in van. All fixed within ½ hour. Excellent coordination and communication from Sharron, Andy and Richard (job engineer).

I have used HEH (UK) for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Their engineer came this morning on time. He was very friendly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Many thanks.

We rang because our heating was not getting up to temperature. Andy came & rebooted the boiler. Explained some of the old radiators were causing problems with need to flush out - to be done . Excellent response/service as usual and advice given.

Richard came to design and quote for our new system - our old system was completely broken. The boiler leaked, no control over the underfloor heating and the upstairs radiators were not working. We had asked other engineers to try and fix it but no one appeared to know what to do. Richard explained what the problem was and how it could be solved. The quote was detailed a came quickly. The office staff were friendly, professional and efficient. It was booked in with no drama and all on time. The engineers Ethan and Jack who came to do the work were fantastic - Very professional and extremely tidy. The workmanship was excellent and in a relatively small space. Pipework is a work of art! Richard came to install the controls and spent time going through this as well. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending HEH.

Had no heating nor water over the weekend. Sam arrived today. Lovely young man. Polite, clean and tidy and very respectful. He took the time out to explain the system and how we may continue to operate the heating during this current problem. Very efficient. I can highly recommend.

Richard came out and assessed need for a power wash or chemical wash . He was excellent and explained in detail why neither of these options were needed or indeed appropriate at this time. I was sorry to have wasted his time but he saved me upwards £700 . 😊

Had my boiler replaced today, two lads came, think one was an apprentice, sorry I forgot the lads name who did the job. But he was very nice and kept me informed of what he was doing, he explained the new app I had with the boiler, he was very patient when I asked him to explain things again to me, you could see it was very important to him that he did everything properly, he wanted to make sure I was happy and that nothing would be too much trouble. Thanks again to the HEH for another great job.

Called regarding no hot water or heating, engineer arrived within the hour, problem fixed. Can’t recommend enough.

We were having a new gas smart meter installed and the installer detected a gas leak so would not switch the gas supply back on. This was an unexpected shock and we called high efficiency heating. They were fantastic and an engineer was with us within the hour to detect the leak. Within 48 hours our leak was fixed and our gas back on. Amazing service from the office staff to the engineer who was polite friendly and efficient. We can’t rate our experience highly enough.

Called for assistance and they were able to send an engineer within 48hrs. Engineer arrived on time identified the issue quickly and provided cost. Work was completed quickly without any problems. Young man cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend this company

Unfortunately the radiator has been leaking at the thermostat valve for some time and has gone undetected and blackened wooden floor. HEH UK Ltd to the rescue. Arrived promptly and sorted within an hour. Tidy, efficient, polite and well presented. Brilliant company to have on your mobile phone list!

This company is polite and efficient throughout, the support staff at their office are as good as the engineers, they seem to resolve the problem without giving us a long commentary on why the last engineer from another company were poor. HEH installed and have serviced my house boiler over last 10 years. and I have breakdown cover with them. They have always been excellent. Returned from holidays late Friday to discover no hot water or heating. Tried everything then rang the emergency number at 8.30pm. Plumber rang me back within minutes and talked me through various tests. Could not resolve the problem so he came at 8.40 am on Saturday. Immediately diagnosed that the pump had failed - left to pick one up - returned fitted and all working by 10.30am. Brilliant - outstanding service. Thank you HEH
