Leaking boiler, called them yesterday and they came today as requested. We always use them to service our boiler and they were just as efficient fixing the leak. Great service at a reasonable price.

Reported our boiler with a fault Friday morning before a bank holiday weekend. Knowing we had 2 young kids and not wanting us to have to go until Tuesday without hot water, this kind, friendly, efficient, professional and amazing team, had the part sourced, engineer back out to fit it and the boiler back up and running before the end of the day. Simply the best. Thanks to you all and especially Louise for going above and beyond as always. Highly recommended to all.

I had an old boiler and tank and had an upgrade to a combi bolier. I received the quote straight away no chasing, full details of installation, boiler model and payment options. On the day they came on time and finished the job earlier so I was lucky. Excellent job and friendly service, they was mindful as I working from home. They also fixed a tiny leak in my bathroom straight away. I would definitely recommend.

We started using HEH A few years ago, after problems with the ignition on our gas fire. The issue was sorted out then, and since then we have use them annually for our boiler and gas fire service. Customer service is very efficient and the engineer always arrives on time, usually sending a text to say he’s on his way. All the staff we have dealt with have been very friendly and efficient and the engineers always clean up afterwards.

Engineer arrived on time. Extremely polite young man. Serviced the boiler and a gas fire. Very conscientious about cleaning up. Would definitely recommend HEH.

I've used HEH for years, and they've provided my plumbing and heating for 15 plus years. I called them this morning as my 15 year old boiler is leaking again. They sent someone this afternoon, and I've decided to renew my boiler. If I agree the price it can be fitted in a few days. Great service, always use them. Professional and friendly engineers, who know what they're doing, which gives customers confidence in their work.

I have used HEH a few times in two properties. The excellent service starts from the wonderful reception staff. Always polite and very professional. Details taken and a date given. Text when plumbers on their way, very prompt and work completed to the highest standard. Would highly recommend.

I have used HEH for my gas boiler heating system for the past 6 years and I have found them to be exelent in their servicing ,especially when I had my 15 year old boiler. I changed the boiler 3 years ago and HEH supplied the boiler and fitting and no problems todate. Just had it's anual service and all OK. All the engineers are professional.and good to deal with. I can.thorouly recomend them.

I have just had a very old heating system replaced with a combi boiler. The company sent Jack and Ethan to install the system. I cannot praise their work and work ethic highly enough. They were on time and worked diligently . They were so respectful of my property and everywhere was sheeted up and protected. The lads were an absolute pleasure to have in my home and they are two fantastic ambassadors for this company. I chose the company because they completed work for my elderly parents last year . I was so impressed by the company, it’s communication and standard of work I didn’t bother to approach any other company when I wanted my heating system changed. Thank you so much for such a brilliant experience I am over the moon with the work and how well the guys treated my home . They were such lovely lads and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a first rate service!!

Our CH boiler broke down, I called HEH, they sent an engineer within 3 hours and diagnosed the fault, then temporarily fixed the boiler. They sent a quote for the job the same day, booked them in for the week after, job completed on time, at the price quoted and the lads were great. No mess, no hassle, they just did what they had to. 10 out of 10. Very good prices too.

My old French boiler broke down on 29 December 2023, after supplying 2 kitchens, two shower rooms, and 7 circuits of underfloor heating for 17 years. A local engineer had struggled for a year to keep it going, but it was now dead. My only hot water was a kettle. My only heating was an electric convector heater. For the whole of January I was in communication with the 12 Trusted Traders near my home, but none gave me confidence that they would be able to replace the entire system of gas boiler, thermostats and underfloor heating controls. In desperation I phoned the 13th nearest Trusted Trader: High Efficiency Heating. The Receptionist was so friendly, and she understood exactly what I needed. She made an appointment for Richard, the Technical Support Manager, to visit me a few days later. By the end of the week, I received a very thorough 9-page report, with exact details and costs of the entire project. I was very happy to pay the deposit, and the work was scheduled for the four days before Easter. Dylan and his apprentices were so friendly and efficient. They finished most of the work in 3 days, then came back after Easter to make some adjustments. The boiler was making an unusual intermittent humming noise, so HEH arranged a visit from Worcester Bosch at no charge, and the boiler was silenced within an hour. Everyone in HEH is genuinely friendly and efficient, and they are quick to respond when anything needs to be adjusted. They are simply the best!

I contacted HEH after being recommended by a neighbour and having been let down previously by someone else. It was my first time using this company and they were brilliant. The engineer and his apprentice were polite, knowledgable and explained everything to me. Happy I’ve finally found a decent company to use for servicing and repairs on our heating system.

We had a leak in our boiler, rang up on Monday morning and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. Incredible service. We’ve been happy with HEH before for fitting radiators/boiler services but they really outdid themselves this time. Thank you so much.

Found the boiler to be leaking Saturday morning and called out the Engineer who came round within the hour. He diagnosed a faulty manifold and replaced it there and then. In total it took less than two hours from call out to repair. The Engineer was polite, professional and competent. When we found the fault we had visions of being without heating and hot water over the weekend but we needn’t have worried, HEH made it a thoroughly pain free experience. We have a maintenance contract with HEH and their service is second to none.

HEH completed a service of our Worcester Bosch boiler at church. The work was done extremely efficiently.

We bought our ATAG boiler from HEH three years ago. It has just had its regular annual service. Engineer notified us he was on his way and arrived at the arranged time. Very pleasant, polite and efficient engineer.

Woke up at 6am to discover a leak under the boiler. Left a message with the office and Sharon rang me back once they were open. Engineer arrived just before 1pm and now has finished tidied up and told me the boiler is good to go. All covered on my annual maintenance plan.

Would highly recommend HEH. From the initial call to get a quote to the new boiler being installed was about 3 and a half weeks and everyone I have dealt with at HEH has been so helpful and super friendly. A big shout out to Richard who came to provide the quote. He was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me decide whether to go ahead or not, and put my mind at ease when we discovered an issue with the gas pipe that was feeding the existing boiler, that would need to be replaced before the new boiler was fitted. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what work was going to be done including the gas pipe replacement and what I was getting as part of the boiler package. Both Ethan and Jack who came on the day to carry out the work and to fit the new boiler were incredibly professional and so lovely. They made me feel at ease from the moment they arrived. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Richard arrived, having let me know his ETA. Assessed the problem and next step, to agree schedule and budget. Richard fully understood my problems and explained the possibilities for correction. At the same time I am having a gas service of my appliances.

Dylan and Jack did an excellent job on a tricky flue installation. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleared up extremely well and were a pleasure to have in our apartment. It was a first class job.

I had never heard of plinth heaters but it was the perfect solution if my pipework had enough access. They did a pre fit,it was, so we now knew which radiator to get. They came back and fitted it Polite, helpful and tidy.

Great fire and boiler service. Came on time with handy text to let us know engineer on their way. Put mind at rest after discovering rubble behind fire, explained it could be chimney collapse, but thankfully after rubble removal (which they took away) and fire bomb test transpires chimney is fine. This job was a routine boiler service, but also included a gas safety check on a property which my daughter has recently purchased. I have used HEH since they fitted my boiler 10 years ago. As usual, booking my service was straight forward. The girls in the office are always very helpful. Our engineer arrived on time, and I really appreciate the text service, so I know exactly when he will arrive in my given time slot. The work was done without fuss, in a professional manner. He gave me good advice on issues with the gas supply earth bonding. While he had to isolate the gas fire, probably due to debris falling down the chimney and settling on the burners, he explained that a service would resolve the problem and this could be done by HEH. All the work was completed and documented and for a reasonable price. I always feel happy and safe with the work done by this friendly, professional and efficient firm. I have since asked HEH to do further work at my daughters home, to improve heating control and management for her. The price quoted should pay for itself within a couple of years, in reduced heating costs. Thank you Andy and your team.

HEH replaced my boiler and radiators in my home 2 years ago. The job was done at a very reasonable price and the installation team were superb. They provided with me a fully detailed quotation and explained everything clearly. During the installation itself, they kept me informed of all the work as they were doing it, keeping the work areas (and my carpets!) clean. They finished ahead of time and everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. January 2023 was the first annual boiler service, which went equally efficiently. In December 2023 I received a text message to remind me that my next boiler service was due in January 2024. I rang the office to make my booking and was given a choice of dates and times from which I could pick the most convenient. Immediately afterwards I received a text message confirming all the details of the booking. On the day itself, I received another text message confirming the booked time slot again, and another text message advising when the engineer was actually on his way to my house. When the engineer arrived, he was extremely professional & polite, asked if I had any problems or questions he could help with. Once he had completed the service and left, within a few minutes I received a final text message thanking me for using HEH. All my dealings with HEH have been a positive experience, with everyone including the owner, the engineers and the office team all being extremely helpful and courteous.

Late yesterday afternoon, we had no hot water and central heating. The HEH office line was closed, so I rang the emergency mobile number. I spoke to George, who was brilliant, a credit to both himself and HEH. He asked questions, explained what to check for and said he would come round in the next hour. George was superb, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, very patient with us seniors, as it was all our fault, we had accidentally turned off the fuse switch! Thank you and Well Done George.

From our old boiler packing up on Tuesday, receiving a quote from Andy and booking an appointment with Louise, to our new boiler being fitted on Friday the same week we can not be more pleased with HEH for the service received. Definitely a ten out of ten. We received a text to say the engineer was on his way he arrived minutes later before 8.00 am, the engineer Ethan was so lovely and polite and such a hard worker, he never stopped all day until 6.00 pm. He did a fantastic job, we are so pleased, he is a credit to the company.

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company high enough. After our old boiler thought Boxing day was a good day to fail, I contacted these guys. Their surveyor called on Thursday 4th Jan 2024 at the time agreed. After explaining all our options, without trying to push us down any particular path, we opted to go down the combi-boiler route. As promised, his quotation arrived later in the day. I called the office the following morning to accept the quote and they gave an installation date later in the month (We had other means of heating and hot water, so we were not completely desperate). Later in the day, I received a call to say they could fit the system starting Monday 8th Jan, due to a cancellation. The outcome? .... old system ripped out, including all tanks, pumps and valves and a new boiler and associated pipework changes installed and fully working by Wednesday 10th Jan. Oh, and they replaced three radiators in the bedroom that had seen better days! All in less than a week, from start to finish. First class service from a first class team.

I have been with HEH for a good many years and the service has always been excellent. But when my old boiler needed repair/renewal - well HEH really did pull out all the stops and they were absolutely brilliant not only did they fit a new boiler but had to replace 15mm pipe with 22mm pipe from one corner of the house to the diagonal opposite corner (no mean achievement) All done in a day from about 8-00am till 6-30pm and in a rainy cold day. The engineers deserved a gold medal for their work and dedication. Would recommend HEH without hesitation.

Once again with this company EVERYTHING is done correctly. From the time they turn up “ON TIME”, to the work they carrry out it’s always done to a very professional standard. The guy who served our boiler was excellent cared about his job and about my home. Our boiler was fitted with this company and I can’t praise them enough. Thank You. Mr Derek Comer
