What can I say? I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They rescued my very elderly parents who had no heating. They are professionals who really know their stuff. They are always courteous, clean, and conscientious. The office staff are equally as kind and helpful. They are highly recommended.

I contacted HEH on Tuesday to request a visit to assess a leaking radiator thermostatic valve. I arranged for a call out for Friday morning, between 08:00 and 09:00. I was informed of the call out charge. Today, Friday, I received a text message at 07:36 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at exactly 08:00 and, after having inspected the valve, explained what the problem was and that the valve needed replacing; he gave me an idea of the cost. He further said that he might be able to return later in the day to fit a new valve. I received a text at about 11:15 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at about 11:45 and started the job of replacing the faulty valve. It took about half an hour to complete the job. There was no mess made and the valve works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending HEH.

Boiler service done today They installed it 9 years ago, and have maintained it ever since. The one time I had a problem they sorted it out quickly

I have used High Efficiency Heating Ltd from Ashton for servicing and repair of my combi boiler for the last 8 years. Although they are not local to me they have always provided a prompt and efficient service, they are reliable and value for money. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful - this applies to engineers and office staff alike. Old- fashioned, good customer service.

Two Guys arrived on time at 9.00am they replaced a very Complicated piece of Equipment worth over £6k in our boiler room within the time that was suggested and a little below budget. Its a great Company Roy

As usual absolutely prompt and efficient. Pump failed on our system and they supplied and fitted a new one in super quick time.

We had an Air Source Heat pump installed by this company in our new build property in 2022. The pre-planning advise from Andy was really helpful and when it came to installation the fitting team were on time and everything was fitted to a very high standard.

From survey to completion of a boiler replacement for my elderly mother I cannot praise this company enough. The work needed doing very quickly and they managed to squeeze us in to complete the work to a very high standard.

Andy's crew were back, after 17 years, to replace their previously installed Worcester Bosch boiler with a newer model. I first met Andy in 2006 for the installation and have had the boiler servicing done by HEH since then. Always polite and efficient, with a very detailed estimate and ease of contact for any amendments or clarifications. HEH have been my first port of call for replacement radiators, radiator thermostats and other heating related jobs. The team are always friendly and happy to discuss and explain the work that they are about to do. All of the unwanted materials, appliances and packaging are taken away at the end of the job, without fuss, before cleaning up. When I book in a visit I know that they will attend. Text messages keep me informed. Louise in the office is most helpful too, promptly dealing with any queries. I can certainly recommend this company, and did so in the previous manifestation of Which? Local.

A neighbour recommended High Efficiency to us and we are so glad they did. We had our entire heating system replaced, boiler, all new piping and some radiators. Even though it was a tricky job in an old house involving lifting floorboards and two tiled bathroom floors, everything was restored back to it's original state and they left the house spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave and the team who were courteous, efficient and kept us informed on the progress through the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

We had a new Bosch boiler and new radiators throughout a number of years ago. HEH have serviced the boiler each year since and completed our log book for any warranty issues. These services are carried out at our convenience by a fully trained engineer. Everything is explained, the work is completed in a clean and professional manner and left spotless on completion. We used to be with British Gas. Not anymore.

The company High Efficiency Heating is a family-run company. The family who owns it and the staff who works there are knowledgeable, very professional and highly efficient and experienced. Boiler annual service booked in several weeks ago, was offered am or pm appointment, elected afternoon received a text at lunch time stating engineers were on their way they arrived promptly afterwards, polite and Curtios when they arrived. Boiler serviced engineer explained what had been done as part of service. Took no time at all very happy with service from having boiler installed to yearly service can’t fault them 😀

HEH arrived when they said the would arrive, texting a message to say they were on their way. A very polite, easy to speak to engineer carried out the service in a very professional and efficient way. Rang HEH mid afternoon after finding a leak from the boiler in the loft running into the bedroom below, carpet soaking water coming through the light fitting, we told what we thought was the problem, an engineer could come out 1st thing the following morning incurring a call out charge of which was very reasonable. The engineer had the spare part with him a really nice guy and the job was completed within half hr. We use this company every year for the annual service and satisfaction is above and beyond. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

High Efficiency Heating made a visit to replace a valve in our gas CH boiler. Dave and Josh were extremely efficient and completed the work within an hour. They also gave us advice on an issue with our boiler. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Had a radiator removed and a new one fitted. Have used HEH numerous times and they have always been professional, reliable, courteous and respectful. They give you a proposed time and always text before arrival. The work carried out is always too and excellent standard, prompt and extremely clean. Very pleasant staff from admin to the plumbers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've had High Efficiency Heating servicing my old boiler for some years now. I'm so pleased I stuck with them when I needed a new boiler and I wasn't persuaded by others to go elsewhere. The fitting team they sent were excellent. Highly professional as well as neat and tidy. Mine was not an easy fit but they coped admirably despite having to negotiate behind three kitchen cupboards. I would recommend High Efficiency Heating for all gas appliances work.
