HEH installed a commercial heating system at our premises in 2019. We’ve been very happy with their initial installation and annual service, that for an extended showroom development we invited HEH to undertake the works. We’ve had good advice from Richard and all of the fitters have been great.

The engineer called as planned but unfortunately my doorbell wasn't working. The office called me and said he would call back and he arrived within an hour. He assessed the problem and promptly carried out the necessary work. He had a very pleasant manner and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very efficient and I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone thinking of using this company.

I have had a boiler service and a part replacement today. The engineer was on time. Excellent service. Professional and Efficient. I have been with this company for a few years now. I am very happy with the service and my boiler. Thank you so much.

High Efficiency Heating is certainly an apt name for the company! They have been and remain an example to all businesses who want to foster and maintain a loyal customer base and attract new customers too. We have used them for many years and in that time have they undertaken a boiler replacement and a succession of annual services, all carried out to the highest standards. All the engineers during this time who have been involved, arrived promptly- yes actually arrived - and without exception carried out the work courteously and professionally. Today we had cause to contact HEH because of a central heating problem and as usual the engineer was able to call in the afternoon and swiftly rectified the issue within minutes. The whole process did not deviate in any way from the exceptional levels of service we have come to expect. Their Cover Plan is well worth a look too - it has certainly given us peace of mind. If only many other firms would take some lessons from HEH. I would unhesitatingly recommend HEH as they do what they promise.

If you want a good job doing, then this is for you. We needed a new boiler and everything, from start to finish, went exactly as requested and planned. We knew Andy Baxter from a previous contact when he had impressed with his professionalism, refusing to charge for several home visits because he had been unable to complete the work. Again, this time his prompt advice enabled us to chose the right boiler, have it fitted at our convenience and call on the company as we needed for further advice. Above and beyond was mending our kitchen tap which had responded to the new boiler by misbehaving. We are pretty sure this was not in the job description but Andy could not have been more helpful in offering to mend it. Aftercare has been minimal as everything is working well but when I did contact with a query, again the response was prompt, extremely helpful and immediately resolved. A word too about the two workers, Dylan and Ryan, who fitted the boiler: spot on time, helpful, pleasant, highly efficient and very, very clean and tidy! How reassuring it is to have such an efficient and helpful company in charge of such a vital part of the house’s fittings. We have left the erstwhile British Gas servicing and signed up with HEH, half the price and several times more efficient.

Quick trouble free service after a phone call to pre analyse the problem followed by an engineer visit to correct the fault all under warranty! Fantastic service always.

We have used High Efficiency Heating for quite a few years and they have never let us down. They are in fact, highly efficient. We had a problem with the boiler a few years ago on Boxing Day on the weather was atrocious, but we have been waiting for a part which they got in. The engineer came to fit it so that we wouldn’t be cold with the weather being so bad. Yesterday, our old boiler finally give up and we have no alternative but to replace it but instead of having to wait with the weather again being cold High Efficiency Heating came to our rescue yet again, and today we got a new boiler and your engineer was most polite and considerate. Your staff and engineers are always, helpful, friendly, and most accommodating. It’s a pleasure to do business with you. Visited to check out my boiler same day I reported the fault, got a text beforehand to let me know the engineer was on his way, he was very polite & helpful as he answered my questions. Great customer service.

This is the first time this company have serviced our gas central heating and has we had been experiencing some problems was relieved to see the young man who quickly fixed the problem and he also checked our leaky radiator and explained why we had the problem in very polite reference to said problem we will be having them service our boiler every year now .waiting for the bill to arrive now and will be paying them the same quote they give us happily

Quick response (I'm on the service plan) arrived earlier than arranged but notified in advance. Quick diagnosis and remedied the leaking part. Quick, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend HEH.

After moving to the area we chose HEH, from the Which trusted trader list, to service our boiler. We then decided to replace our radiators and received excellent advice from Richard who came to see us a couple of times. We felt really confident that we would be in very good hands and so it proved to be. Dave was in charge of the project and, with Ethan and George, managed to install some huge and very heavy radiators without any fuss or mess. The guys were professional, clean and tidy, and really friendly. Dave even managed to leave my carpets exactly as they were before the pipes were moved - impressive. His attitude was very much that he wanted to treat our house the way he would his own. The guys were a pleasure to have in the house and we are delighted with the end result. Thank you all.

Fantastic service from first survey to completion of installation. The lads couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. The system proposed by Andy is excellent and fulfilled all our requirements. Great tradesmen and engineers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Andy came out to survey my old central heating boiler, which he installed and serviced, for over 20 years. He explained which one was best for my needs. A very reasonable competitive price was agreed and installation date confirmed. A text message was sent on the arranged day to say that they were on their way. Dylan was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Before they left they explained how the boiler worked and set up the timer for me. I have always had excellent customer service from office staff to engineers. It’s good to know that this is a company that really cares about its customers, whether old or new, it just cares for you. And for most people that’s really important. Thank You all at HEH.

Over the new year holiday period my Mums heating stopped working. Having used HEHUK previously I contacted Andy Baxter who attended her address over the BH period. He quickly identified the fault, but required a new boiler installing. Recognising her age and vulnerability, Andy prioritised the obtaining of the boiler within a couple of days. Mums assessment of the installing staff of HEHUK, was they were courteous, clean and quiet - really excelling and exceeding her expectations. HEHUK, are local, reliable, trustworthy. Andy is honest, straightforward and balanced in his recommendations. An excellent service, by a local reputable tradesman, who if can satisfy the high standards of my Mum, then I recommend him without hesitation.

Sent a text from HEH to tell me engineer in way so that was good. Came in the time frame given. Lovely polite young man came and did a good thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy. HEH fitted our boiler a few years ago. We have a 10-10-10 plan which we pay monthly for and any problems will be covered by this. We just pay extra for the fire to be serviced. Always happy to know there is cover there if needed for the next 10 years from boiler being fitted.

We asked HEH to install a heated towel rail after the bathroom had been renovated a couple of years previously. They found the hidden pipes and fitted the rail without leaving any sign of disturbance (we had expected to have to redecorate). Very pleased with the service, price and the care taken to clear everything up. Would highly recommend..

Very reliable company, arrived on time work carried out and explained and at a very reasonable price, have used them for a few years and would not use any other company, you will not be disappointed with them.

HEH advised on installation of an Air-Source-Heat-Pump -to-radiator system, for eco-friendly heating, and when that proved technically impossible due to peculiarities of the site, advised on an air-pump alternative, and sourced a contractor; They then advised and installed efficiently an appropriate water-heating system, removing the old gas boiler and making good - going the extra mile in doing so. The initial stages were a long process (involving the DNO/local national grid), and they stayed the course. Excellent. No hesitation in recommending them!

Called HEH to repair radiator valve. Within twenty four hours of call to them an engineer called and repaired the fault with a new valve. We have always had excellent service from HEH over the past twenty years and have recommended them to several friends.

Arrived back from holiday on 15/12/22 to house at 5 deg, heating off and all pipes frozen. Thought there must be fault with Honeywell but thanks to advice got heating on , next day and defrosted pipes. Engineer came on 22/12 and advised on use of Honeywell so that it would work more effectively. Great service. Thanks

We have used HEH for over 20years. Just had our annual service done a couple of weeks ago, we were adviced we need a warranty part fitted and engineer has been and completed work today. As always HEH engineer was polite and completed the installation efficiently and left no mess. Can't recommend HEH high enough. Brilliant service.

Having previously used this company for smaller gas fire servicing jobs for my elderly mother, I have always been impressed by their promptness, professionalism and very reasonable costs, so it was only natural that I would go to them when I needed a new boiler installing for myself. They provided a very prompt survey of what was required to replace an old floor standing boiler with a compact Worcester Bosch combi-boiler. The costs quoted were very reasonable when factoring in several new radiators. Throughout they provided a highly professional service and even accommodated a late change requested on my part as to the positioning of the actual boiler. The installation team were friendly and worked cleanly and with apparent pride in their work. All in High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd provided five star service and one which I would have no hesitation on recommending. Top marks.

Arrived same day as breakdown call out. Very pleasant engineers who were polite and friendly and got on with work immediately. Problem was initially puzzling but they sought telephone backup and system was running again within about 30 minutes of their arrival. Great service in difficult circumstances due to inclement weather conditions.

Had a new boiler fitted. 2 engineers arrived on time. Friendly, well mannered. Very efficient. Found a leak in original pipe which they resolved with no problem. Checked all pipes, radiators & gas fire. Installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors where I wanted them. Cleaned up very thoroughly leaving no mess at all. Overall they were super efficient. They even considered my nervy dog, making sure she was ok with them.

Once again the instructions provided by Worcester were not very clear. Thank you to Richard for a masterclass on how to set the thermostat controls.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

We had 4 radiators replaced yesterday. Andy came to do the quote and Dave and Ethan came to remove the old ones and fit the new. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy - there was absolutely no trace of anyone having been in the house after they'd left. Very pleased with the work done. One of the radiators was leaking which happened on a Sunday morning. My call was answered straight away, I received a text message when the engineer was on his way and he arrived within 50min after the call. He fixed the issue, checked the other radiators and answered all of my questions. He also communicated clearly what information he would feed back to the letting agent. I'm very happy with HEH and their level of service.
