I’ve had my boiler serviced and maintained by these guys for the last 5 years and their service and professionalism cannot be faulted.

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

As my boiler was still under warranty I reached out for help to set my timer clock as I'd forgotten how to do since it was installed in March. Same day visit from the lovely Richard who sorted it and took time to advise me on how to maximise my heating efficiency Great service

Booked my annual service as usual, given a morning appointment. The engineer texted me when he was on his way. Thorough service completed in half an hour, no mess. Friendly and professional. Paid by card, receipt received via email within minutes.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

I had a new boiler installed by HEH a few months ago but obviously, it was not used for the central heating until about a month ago. At 5.30 this evening I went to the thermostat to turn it on and there was a message that the pressure was low. Got out the handbook which was as clear as mud and finished up phoning the out of hours number. The call was answered by Billy who explained to me what to do but as the boiler is situated in a very awkward position and I can't see underneath it he came straight round to help me. It turned out that following his instructions I had managed to increase the pressure so he just checked to make sure everything was OK. By 6.15 I had heat and Billy was on his way. A very efficient and polite young man. Thank you.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

I phoned HEH this morning to report a fault on the boiler. An engineer arrived within two hours an made a thorough check on the boiler. He replaced ignition parts and heat and hot water were quickly restored.

From the initial consultation to completion of the work HEHUK provided us with a great service. Very happy with the vertical radiator and plinth heater. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

A scheduled three day job that was carried out professionally, efficiently, on time, and considering the extent of the work, with little mess. In all, the team comprised of Dave, George, Ethan and last but by no means least, Jack. Each and everyone of them a credit to a great company. I had been anxious from the get go as it was such an undertaking but after witnessing them in action, I had confidence in their skills. I asked Richard at HEH to assess a fault on my heating system and he identified a failed control valve. I also asked for help with installing a Nest smart thermostat. Richard was helpful throughout and accommodating with the timing of the work. In my case, I sourced the equipment and Richard fitted it. I'm very happy with the service.

Another service completed without any issues. Every engineer that has visited my house has been very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend HEH.

We selected this company from 3 quotations. The difference in price was minimal but the company was recommended by family members. The quotation, given personally, was the most comprehensive, detailing fully the parts needed and the time it would take to complete the work. The workmen arrived on time. They were pleasant, polite and reassuring when we asked any questions. The boiler was in the garage and on completion, the two men cleaned up the area! The workmen clarified the boiler's workings, explained how the control panel worked-to both my husband and myself -and left us with the product pack. Obviously we were in contact with their office re payment etc. Their office staff were equally as pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Routine boiler service, got a text message to say on the way arrived within fifteen minutes, the engineer was polite, professional & gave helpful advice re boiler settings. Would highly recommend the company.

What seemed at first to be one faulty radiator turned into a much bigger job where all the pipes on the ground floor had to be replaced. HEH came out several times to get to the bottom of the problem and we're determined to sort it out. When the job was done the 2 lads arrived on time, were really friendly and completed the work on time. We went out and left them to it and when we got back you wouldn't have known they'd been; the house was so clean.

My house is 180 years old and I was anxious about possible problems when my gas boiler needed to be replaced. Especially as there was an ancient tank in the loft (which had started to leak!) I thought it would be a huge job to remove. A friend highly recommended this company to me so I duly booked an appointment for Richard, their Tech Support Manager to visit and quote for the job. I accepted their fair quotation and the work was booked to take 2 1/2 days. On the first day Dave and Chevy arrived and were so calm and competent any fears I had about the scale of the job immediately disappeared. The job was duly completed on time. They left the house clean and tidy and looking as though the job had been a doddle though I think it was quite complicated and needed experienced people to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs replacement boilers or maintenance to their heating systems.. Well done Dave and Chevy and thank you.

I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.

What can I say about HEH what a fantastic company so polite and knowledgeable, thank you guys fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling no problem no mess when other companies had stated that it couldn't be done without ripping my bathroom floor up treated our home and ourselves with respect from start to finish recommending this great company to anybody.

For some bizarre reason term professional is not normally a term used with a heating engineer and tradesmen.However on this occasion I honestly think this word best describes the gentleman that visited me yesterday. Andy the engineer was prompt and extremely professional and in truth his advice and genuine experience in his trade has probably saved me thousands of pounds.The way he systematically diagnosed a fault in my heating system was truly remarkable. Other companies had diagnosed all sorts of weird and wonderful issues that would have required all sorts of work to be carried out but fortunately for me Andy from HEH found a fault in the system that was a due to the manufacturer. This has enabled me to get the problem resolved at very little cost. This kind of professional is very rare and I can’t recommend Andy and his company highly enough. 👍👍👍

The engineer attended promptly and was cheerful and informative. He carried out the replacement with all diligence and took all waste when he left and left everything clean and tidy. We are completely satisfied with the work and would hesitate to recommend HEH.

Honeywell Wi-Fi (smart thermostat system) stopped working intermittently. Arranged a mutually convenient time to sort and they arrived punctually and changed it. A reliable and highly efficient company who I recommend for installing and maintaining central heating systems.

This was the first time that we have used High Efficiency Heating UK and we will definitely be using them again! We had a boiler service (including chemical flush, drain, and balancing of system) and also had some piping work done. All the team have been extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite. Fantastic service. It has been nice to have the experience of being treated well and feeling that the company is going above and beyond to do their best for you. I engaged HEH to convert my old central heating system to a worcester bosch combi system, they came and gave a very fair price for the work, which I excepted, they arrived on time and finished on time ,left no mess, and the two Dylans did a great job, would highly recommend this company, thank you.

Had an ageing central heating system replaced with an up-to-date Worcester Bosch combi. What a difference! Like walking into a different home! Reasonably-priced and fitted to the highest standards by friendly, professional engineers. I simply cannot praise them highly enough!

I have been with this company for a while and can honestly say that they have always been excellent. The latest job was the annual service, they contacted me to say it was due and arrange a time and date suitable for me. On the day, they contacted me with the time they were arriving (no waiting in all day) came on time did the service,the chap was polite cleaned up and assured me as to what had been done and that everything was fine. I cannot fault H-E-H.

Could not get much better. Online quote gave a good indicator of the price. Survey engineer came on time and was great at explaining options and what was required. Installation engineer was brilliant, on time, helpful, no mess and works a treat Prices were not significantly above above average but the service on the whole thing from start to finish was outstanding !

Lovely H.E.H. came out to fix our leaking boiler. They always ring and let you know when the engineer is on route. Lovely genuine engineers. Would always recommend their customer service and quality work . A pleasure to be one of their customers.

The work was fitting two radiators. Booking was easy and following an assessment the work was done efficiently. The plumbers were here on time and the work was done to a high standard. They were so polite too and took care around the house e.g. clearing up packaging, taking old radiators, putting sheets down where they were working. I do not have one negative thing to say - absolute perfection. Thank you so much. HEH will always be our first port of call for help now.

I have had a new boiler fitted today and I am also extremely pleased with the work that has been carried out. First time I've used these guys, they were quick, prompt, and told me exactly what was wrong with my boiler, and fixed my boiler same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and recommend them to my friends and family, first class job from the engineers. Can't fault them.

I had a new boiler fitted and a very old boiler removed. As it was an old back oiler being taken out it wasn't the simplest of jobs. The team from High Efficiency Heating have done an excellent job. They have completed as expected and on time and have left my home clean and tidy. I would happily recommend them for any heating, plumbing and servicing jobs.

Got my boiler serviced, fast polite service. Came, serviced at the boiler, checked the gas, wrote up the service on the log book. Payment by card was much easier too.

Had a new boiler installed on the 13th April 2022 and the service and installation was absolutely first class. From the moment of first contact for a quote it was seamless, I was told exactly what I needed and what would be done on installation, I wasn’t put under any pressure to go with the quote and I felt like I could ring with any questions I may have had. The installation was brilliant engineers arrived exactly on time, the installation was perfect, both the engineers were friendly and polite and they were so neat and tidy. Also, Louise in the office was fantastic helped with any questions I had I would highly recommend this local company, absolutely brilliant.

Great work to cap off a gas hob, completed work fast, checked boiler once gas was turned back on. And got a great price.

I have used HEH for many years to both routinely service my gas boiler as and carry out occasional repairs. I’ve always found them to be helpful and able to visit in a reasonable amount of time.
