From start to finish, the team at Highfields made me feel like a valued customer and both listened to my ideas as well as make suggestions on how to make the best use of the space we had. We were shown around the showroom, had a meeting with the designer there and then followed that up with a visit to the granite supplier and finally a design and measure visit at home. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, and got a real feeling of confidence from everyone we met. The installation process was just the same. Every member of staff we met was polite, knowledgeable and approachable. They turned up exactly when they said they would, cleaned the room at the end of each day, and stuck 100% to the installation schedule. The finished product is immaculate, of very high quality and, I can honestly say, has transformed the home, my only regret is not calling Highfields sooner. I needed a couple of jobs doing quite quite quickly and choose this firm from a personal recommendation to me. I had had several pieces of work done prior over the years to my property with somewhat variable experiences and so wanted a firm that someone knew and could recommend. I needed some outside cement work and work doing on two patio windows. Highfields were amazing to deal with, quick to respond to communication and very transparent to deal with and stepping through what would need looking at with my wife and I. The quote / costs, looked fair to me given the work involved and they came out within ~1 week to do it. We're very happy with the results and also particularly the way in which they operate. All of the staff were personable and good at explaining what was being done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

In October we contacted Highfields (amongst other local traders) to get a quote to convert the back half of a tandem garage into an ensuite bedroom. Whilst Highfields was the most expensive quote, this doesn't deter from the value that came with the services they provided. Highfields had an immediate opening; having used their services in the past their tradesmen are usually busy on short notice. They commenced their work in late October/early November. We decided to proceed with Highfields over the other traders, as they engaged in discussions with us from the get go as to what to do creatively with the space, offered alternative solutions to the problems we were trying to fix, and never really said 'No' to anything we wanted; they either offered multiple ways to achieve our creative vision, or were enthusiastic about the ideas we put forward. We agreed a price, on the basis that this was the final quote and this was the amount that would be paid at the end. The project manager for our job was Mike. He was responsive, friendly, passionate about the work of his team and passionate about the project itself; it felt like he was invested in the conversion as much as we were. Throughout the initial few days, we realised that the initial concept/design may not work how we initially wanted, but Mike was extremely flexible and worked around the issue with new solutions. The end result of the conversion is more than we ever expected, and we eventually paid the quoted price.

I had some house renovations done by Highfields just before Christmas, I had some room layout changes, wall taken down, garage converted and a bathroom fitted. From start to finish, every part of the process was excellent! Mike worked patiently through my plans and suggested improvements and compromises to make sure I got what I wanted for my limited budget. Work started earlier than planned and progressed quickly and efficiently. As a single mum, I was worried about how we were going to be able to live at home whilst the work was happening. I needn't have worried one bit. Every day, the guys made sure I could feed the children and stay warm. They all really went the extra mile for me and I'm so grateful. The work they've done is to an excellent standard, even with extra bits and details that I love. All the way through the work, I had Mikes's contact details for any concerns, which was so reassuring. They always turned up when they said they would and did everything they said they would. Plus all the guys were hard working, pleasant and friendly. All the work is done now and I'm slowly getting the decorating done, and my house is so much nicer to be in. So glad I found Highfields and wound 100% use them again. One last thing, apologies to the other staff, but Stu was my favourite and he is an absolute genius and great guy!

Highfields have recently built a bespoke TV media unit and then installed Bi-fold doors to replace the tiny French doors. I couldn't recommend Highfields any higher, they were exceptional from start to finish. All the tradesmen arrived when they said they would, worked hard and tidied up each day before they left and the workmanship was of the highest quality. I will defiantly be using Highfields for any future work. I am thrilled to bits with the media unit and the Bi-folds have completely changed the house. Thank you very much Paul, Jade and all the guys.

We have had a second integrated dishwasher retrofitted into out kitchen this was done quickly, with no mess and looks great. I would highly recommend Highfield Property Services

Highfields have completed a garage conversion and some electrical work on my property and all work has been completed to an excellent standard. Their pricing is very competitive and was competed to budget and in the agreed timeframes. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I was impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable and professional all the team members are. They are very easy to work with and I will definitely be using them for future projects - can’t recommend enough.

We purchased a garden office and employed Highfields to lay the concrete base, construct the office, complete the finish inside, provide all the electricals and internet connections, and finish the exterior with decking around a hot tub. It was quite a big project with lots of different elements and quite daunting, Highfields were superb and managed the whole build really well and kept us informed at every stage. The final result was much better than we imagined and lived up to everything we expected. We were so pleased we have since had them back to complete other works in our house and recommended them to neighbours. It’s reassuring nowadays to find a reliable company like Highfields that you can trust especially when it is a bigger project and a large expense is involved. I can highly recommend their quality of work, their professional manner and their timely delivery.

After searching for the right kitchen type & contractor I was referred to Highfields. They came and provided honest advice, innovative ideas and very competitive pricing. We proceeded with them and were so impressed with the quality of work, finish and attention to detail that we had them back later last year to replace our boiler. One of their Directors even came to check the progress and to make certain we were satisfied. I highly recommended their services, and will definitely use them in the future.

The Highfields team built an extension to the kitchen for additional space that can be used as a family room and a great entertaining area. Work included the full structural work/approvals, kitchen fitting, electrics inside and outside. And fitted matching cupboard units in the utility room. Also prepared and supplied/laid new flooring through the kitchen, hallway, porch and toilet. They worked with us on parts of the build which we were not sure of how to finish such as heating and roof options, guidance was given with the options available and price guidance given. Additionally to the kitchen, the Highfields team converted the integral garage into a snug/office room with access from inside the house. Very nicely done, reused the windows/bricks that were removed from the kitchen extension and managed install them to match the the rest of the house. All the Highfields team were experience, friendly, hard working and tidied up each day so we could continue to live as normally as possible during the work. The initial schedule and budget were met to expectation. I would recommend and consider them for future projects.

Great service from quote to installation. Mike came to quote and gave honest advise on windows, openings and what he felt would suit my needs best. No hard sell, excellent value and brilliant customer service. All contact was professionally and friendly and all questions answered quickly.
