Jordan and Justin turned up at 1pm as arranged to fit a new window. They were both friendly and inspired confidence. They got to work straight away and told me how long they expected to be so that I could give them the correct parking permit. There was no huffing and puffing that they had to carry everything to the next road since they couldn't park outside the house. They both worked very well as a team and the finished window looks excellent. All the rubbish was carried away and everything was left absolutely clean. I'm very pleased with the result. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by Homeglaze as they did a brilliant job. Their fitters were friendly, courteous and got on with their work efficiently. They completed the work - fitting two patio doors and a bay window within the time limit. The work looks amazing and has made such a difference to our house. Really pleased. The guys in the office were extremely helpful especially with dealing with me at a distance (I'm currently living in Bristol), my property is in London, which was no mean feat! The fitters also did a brilliant job, replaced 6 sash Windows and 2 casement windows. I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the product and the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend Homeglaze. My only suggestion for improvement is tightening the communication between the staff in the office and the fitters out on site. The fitters fitted a wooden window sill in the bathroom when it should have been PVC, but given all of this was done at a distance it was amazing that was the only hitch! The guys in the office resolved it very quickly and it was clad the next week in PVC. All in all very happy. I would definitely recommend Homeglaze over larger firms like Anglian!

I had already seen various reps from window firms and had decided upon a firm when my friend said how pleased she was with the work that Homeglaze had done for her and recommended, before finally deciding, that I should contact Homeglaze. The rep came the following evening and I am really pleased I took her advice. I had the windows , back , front and sides, and porch done initially and were delighted with them. I have since had exterior and interior doors done. Their after sales service is very good and they make you feel very 'comfortable' if you ask them to adjust something. The workmen were all clean and tidy, and left the premises spotless. Do not hesitate in asking Homeglaze for a quote. Although they are not the cheapest on the market, their products are excellent and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
