We’ve used Homeglaze before and been happy with thei, so went back to them again. Sales guy Rob was easy to deal with and listened to what we wanted. From order to installation was quick and the windows were installed in a single day. The measure of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong. A small mistake meant the windows that arrived were mis-configured, but the install team noticed straight away - new glass arrived by lunchtime and hinge fittings swapped for the correct ones two working days after. They kept us informed the whole time. Happy customer.

We had our whole house fitted with windows and doors. Jay, Designer for Homeglaze ran through all the things that we required and gave us ideas to improve the look of the house. The price was agreed during his visit which we viewed to be competitive. When the fitters arrived everything went well and we were told it would take 3 days. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and they cleared up after each day. We are very pleased with all the work they did and would certainly recommend Homeglaze.

Delighted with the two doors I had installed by Homeglaze. The initial sales and subsequent surveyors appointments were attended punctually and our conversations were detailed and friendly. The installers arrived on time and git straight to work, being very careful when removing and disposing of the old doors. The new doors look wonderful and the finish, both internal and external, is first class. I feel so much more secure with the toughened glass and the locking mechanism. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The project was to replace all the windows in a four bedroom house. There was a quick response to my initial call. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, without any fake deals and reductions. He gave me some interesting ideas for some of the windows. The estimate was within my budget and an early start date was agreed. Detailed measurements were done quickly and work was soon underway. Although the weather was very cold, and bit wet, my house was kept clean and the men all worked quickly. A lovely job was completed in 3 days. I identified a snag soon after completion but it was rectified the same day. THe best experience of double glazing I have had.

We contacted Homeglaze to replace all the windows at the front of the house as well as the porch. The company representative was very thorough with understanding our requirements and his recommendations. The work started in late January and carried over four days. The installers, Adam and Chris, were very professional, efficient, helpful and as unobtrusive as possible. They completed the work to the highest standard and with very little disruption. We are very happy with the result.

We needed to replace two old sash windows on the first floor of a Victorian house. The quote from Homeglaze seemed reasonable and Jay, the sales rep, was pleasant and professional so I didn't bother looking for further quotes. The job wasn't straightforward due to difficulties accessing the back of the property but the team worked around that and found a way. Everything was left neat and tidy, the windows look great and we're very happy.

From initial sales visit, site survey to the installation of our new door the process was really easy. The only hiccup was the installation was delayed by a day due to staff sickness, this can’t be helped. The team turned at 8 am this morning (19/12/24), it took them about two hours to remove the old door and install the new one. Once they were finished you wouldn’t even know we had had any work done. The guys were really nice and respectful of our property. They tidied up after themselves, they took away the old door and whatever rubbish they had. Our new door looks lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze.

I returned home to find my kitchen window completely crazed. I contacted Homeglaze (on a friend's recommendation) and Jay was very helpful, explaining the different ways to deal with the window and that a glass unit replacement business (rather than double glazing) would probably be the quickest. He then helped me, over the phone, by trying the best Google searches to list these businesses. As I was worried about what might have damaged the window, Jay agreed to visit the next day. Jay was knowledgeable with a friendly manner but, most importantly, genuine and honest. As an attempted break-in was possible, we agreed that glass replacement was an urgent priority. To my great relief, he then contacted a glazier on my behalf and booked a visit for the next day. I felt Jay went above and beyond to help and he acted in my best interest. He explained helping people was an important part of the Homeglaze ethos. I am extremely impressed by Jay and the Homeglaze values. My experience shows they are genuine, honest and trustworthy.

We had new windows in most of the house and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, they did a very professional careful job and we are really pleased. The salesman who came to quote was thorough and very pleasant without being pushy, much appreciated. We received our quote on the same visit and this did not change. All the fitters were very professional and the windows were fitted in the time scale given. Thanks to all involved.

Considering this market doesn't have the best reputation, Homeglaze is a breath of fresh air. I had all my windows and doors replaced and am very happy with the final result especially my lovely new front door, which has had many compliments from neighbours! Great experience from start to finish, would highly recommend this company.

We needed replacement double glazing including patio doors to our kitchen extension. Having made an online enquiry, I received prompt courteous advice with no sales pressure, all my options were fully explained. Having agreed the work only a 30% deposit was required with full payment on satisfactory completion, this is rare in my experience. Prompt follow up survey and fitting date agreed within two weeks. The installation team were great, very professional and hard workers, all the work was of a high standard, we could not be more pleased with the final outcome. Everybody we encountered at this company, including office staff were professional, courteous and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Everyone we dealt with from sales through to the final payment were professional and easy to talk to. The work was all done quickly and well, and minor snags were sorted quickly and without question, including touching up some paint imperfections we hadn't even noticed. We needed to replace a crumbling door step, which made things more complicated than just a standard door fitting, but appreciated that options were clear, problems encountered were solved without fuss, and Homeglaze completed the whole job for us.

The representative arrived on time, knowledgeable on the product offered with a no hard sell attitude and provided a full sized model of the window type I had chosen for viewing. The installation of the bathroom windows was delayed by approximately 4 days due to the manufacturing process and the fitting of the windows delayed by 2 days due to a mix-up with the fitters work schedule. However, credit to Dean for his excellent Customer Service skills updating me every step of the way and to Chris for his expertise installing the product. The work was neat and tidy and the builders on site confirmed a job well done. The price agreed was the price I paid. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend with no hesitation.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, it has been exemplary. My house is a council orlit built house. With getting permission to add patio doors, Homeglaze had an unusual house to work with. I was informed throughout, of the plans to create my wish for a garden view for my very sick husband. Every member of the team were wonderful. Excellent work, clean and tidy. Also respectful working around a bedridden person in the same room. The finished patio doors are beautiful. Very happy with what I paid. Sadly, my husband passed away 2 weeks after competition, never to sit by the doors, my only regret. I have recently had my patio bay door replaced. From Ryan knocking to ask if I needed any work doing to the finished job everything was great. Customer service from everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. The job was done at the expected time by 2 very good hard working guys whom treated my home with care. Overall experience was 10 out of 10. Very happy.

New windows in one room. So, not a very long job. Sales rep gave a fair and knowledgeable assessment of the overall picture, explaining technicalities and could answer questions of detail. Looks good. Mostly went ok. Just a week or so beyond the anticipated date time but not a big delay. Installers worked well together.

I had an old sliding door replaced with French doors. The work was completely promptly after I decide to proceed. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Old doors were removed and everything was left tidy. New doors great quality, look very nice and are very secure. Noticed a small scratch on one of the handles and it was immediately replaced a few days later.

Very satisfied with the our new front door. The one we selected goes well with the type of house and its age ie late Victorian The Homeglaze sales rep took an interest in what we wanted and the reasons for doing it, and suggested alternatives. We discussed it for at least 45 minutes. This was in direct contrast to a sales rep from Anglian who seemed only interested in getting us to sign a contract as soon as possible, and showed little interest in our particular needs The door was ready promptly and It only took a morning to fit the new door. Our fitter was obviously skilled in fitting new doors. He was also able to reposition a previously fitted front door security light so that its night time motion sensor still operated correctly. He also refitted a door pull so that it was fixed to the door far more securely than as supplied by the manufacturer. The company also provided a door knob that had not been included in the original order. Overall, it was a very good service from a family firm who were not worried about providing service in West London, when their normal territory was East London and Essex.

I needed a sliding patio door replaced rather urgently. I rang Homeglaze late on a Friday afternoon and by the Monday morning a lovely gentleman came round to assess the job and explained the different options available and then quoted a price. A week later a surveyor visited to take measurements and advised what will happen when the fitters visited and how long they would take and it was spot on. I was rather surprised how quickly the work could be carried out after ordering the door. The fitters arrived with dust sheets in hand which showed the respect for my home. When the job was completed, there was no mess and I was very happy with my new sliding patio door. There was a minor issue which they returned and rectified, no fuss, just helpfulness and keeping me happy. Homeglaze are a very professional, pleasant, helpful and accommodating team. I would recommend them highly.

Completed 3 exterior doors with two windows attached. I met with a few different companies for quotes on this work, but HomeGlaze really blew the others out the water. The professionalism of everyone was really appreciated, and they've really earned the amazing reputation they have. The most important aspect for me, was honesty and transparency. Rob visit the house at short notice, and gave us a good breakdown of the costs, job, and timeline, and everything was stuck to. He didn't come across all sales-y and aggressive like some of the other companies, but spoke to us honestly, and professionally. There's no hidden costs, or delays in delivery, everything was smooth, and Dean at the office was always available to help. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but I really appreciate how the team went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Everyone was kind, polite, and easy to talk to. I had an excellent experience with Homeglaze. From the initial phone call to the post-fitting follow up, all team members have been professional and courteous. While not the cheapest quote I revived, I am so glad I went with this company. They took time to talk me through my options, the installation team finished in a few hours and fired up after themselves, the fitted door and window look fantastic, and they even fitted a cat flap I had purchased for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
