We wanted converted loft windows replaced and also the window in the en-suite (velux). Salesman quoted for all this but surveyor said velux couldn't be done. Having advised a 1:00pm start, early morning call changed this to 10:00am but then fitters didn't arrive till 11:00am. One pane of glass cracked on arrival. Two subsequent visits required to replace (wrong size first time). Final beading still unfinished.
