Turned up on time, and were very polite and friendly. They got to work straight away and were very competent. Overall, both the work and materials were good quality and quite tidy. Where they could improve is to wipe down the doors afterwards, and to take more time with the plastering.

Having used Homeglaze for three previous projects, I had no hesitation in using them again. They replaced 14 double glazed windows which were 25 years old with their latest A+12 rated "Signature" windows. This included replacing 2 large five section bay windows. The installers were friendly, tidy hard-working and professional and completed the work within the allotted time. I am very pleased with appearance of the new windows which made the house noticeably warmer than it was with the old windows. The Yale Blade locking system on the fanlights and casements locks very secure. The casements can be slid sideways when open, allowing easy cleaning of the outside glass from the inside.
