Michael was prompt on arrival and got straight to work. The quality of the installation was excellent and the product looks good.

We have used Homeglaze before and have experienced their fantastic post-installation customer service. When we needed our bedroom sash window replaced (poorly installed 8 years ago by local cowboys with terrible customer service), there was no question that we would use Homeglaze again. And of course, it was a great experience. Chris came when he said he would come, worked hard and hey presto, a beautiful new sash window, perfectly functioning (so smooth, I keep wanting to open and close it). He made sure I knew how to use it, cleaned up after himself and very kindly even re-installed the blind fixings and helped me with a stuck lock on another window (installed by the aforementioned cowboys). I know that if there were any issues with the new window, Homeglaze would be round fast and reliably to sort it all out. Will never use anyone else.

I got quotes and visits from three vendors including homeglaze and a big name company that operates nationally. What stood out about homeglaze was the personal interactions of the staff. I gather it is a small operation of people who care about service, quality and delivering what the customer needs if not more. I dealt with Jay initially who is very personable and took my request and discussed what I was trying to achieve. At no point did I feel any pressure nor like he was trying to oversell things I didn’t need. The quote ended up being cheaper than the big-name company - the latter of whom tried to convince me we needed scaffolding to install on our first-floor windows. Jay told me this was rubbish and it could all be done from inside. The sales pitches were also night and day - e.g. Jay learned what I was expecting and talked me through the childproofing hinges and added at no additional cost. Chris was the installer - what a stand up guy. If only all tradesmen were this professional. Fantastic workmanship and left the place so tidy it was as if he was never there. The frames look fantastic and well sealed. They were a right mess before. And it wasn’t till after he left I realised he replaced my kitchen sill which was falling to bits! And he re-caulked my kitchen countertop 😂 love this person. The surveyor and admin staff were very good as well - calls always returned and my additional requests were accommodated Worth the price, highly recommend it!

My mother was targeted by rogue window installers who tried to hard sell her windows. I was determined to find installers who were Which traders, who are competent, professional with good business ethics and who could provide a great service without hard sell. We contacted Homeglaze as I was initially dubious of all the good reviews they had and spoke to George who provided me with the assurances they would not disappoint. From my initial meeting with Dave the salesman who wore a great aftershave. I’m sure that’s what changed my mind. To being kept informed by customer service team Dean on the whole process from start to finish and providing assurances of when delivery will be made and who the window installers will be attending my mothers home. To Dave the window installer who did a fantastic job with installing the windows twenty years experience ( apart from the glass breakage on site which was a small issue but quickly resolved by Dean) is a lover of soul music, and Justin who did a fantastic job ensuring the house was left spotless. My mother is very happy with the final finish as you can tell the difference as the house is much warmer without the heating on which is a bonus, as previously you could feel the draft coming from the windows. My mother only had the front of the house done, but we will be contacting the company again to have the Patio doors changed later in the year. I would highly recommend Homeglaze as you will not be disappointed.

Ten windows were replaced in a three storey townhouse. Gutters were also cleared. The price included scaffolding. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, not pushy and gave good advice on what should be replaced first and what could be left for a later date. Quotes were given the same day and different options were discussed. Surveyor was booked in for the next day to measure up. Office staff were helpful and answered any queries the same day. Installers, were friendly, competent and efficient, completing the job before schedule. Homeglaze was recommended to me by my neighbours who recently had work completed. Since the windows have been done, there has been no condensation at all.

Employed Homeglaze to replace an old side return door with a new flush pvc model. Very good customer service, friendly and responsive at all moments. George was our lead contact and was very helpful and informative. The team on day of installation were nice and efficient, and pointed out a very small mark on one of the handles which I have been given the option to have changed if I decide to in future. Generally a very positive experience.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserve one! I am delighted I chose Homeglaze. It was the first time I used them. The salesman was not pushy but professional. The fitters were top notch. And my after-sales experience (which is so important to me) has been first class. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend this company. My windows are excellent. I am a very satisfied customer. Well done to everyone concerned for providing such exemplary standards.

The whole process was great, the team from Homeglaze were extremely polite, professional and made me feel very comfortable with my choice. Michael the fitter was exceptional with his whole attitude and approach to work. He kept me informed of progress and was always tidy at the end of each day. The standard of the product and his work would make it easy for me to recommend them to all family and friends.

HomeGlaze have been a great company to deal with. Installed the windows very quickly and without mess or disruption and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. They even sourced and fitted some decorative items I requested after the fitting free of charge. Can't recommend them highly enough for that. Their fittings manager Dean has been incredibly helpful.

Very pleased with my windows and door. The actual windows and door are really nice and look like they are high quaility. The workmanship of all the fitters is outstanding, I cannot fault it. The communication from the office and customer care has been great.

We needed to replace the old wooden doors and windows in our lean to conservatory which were rotting and some new guttering. We have been very happy with the service we have had from Homeglaze who were recommended by a friend. The sales team was very helpful and the quote was very reasonable. There was a visit from their surveyor to measure up and the work has been done very efficiently in just one day. We are very happy with how it looks now. Hopefully we won't need to take them up on their offer for ongoing support, too soon to say yet.

Homeglaze replaced all the windows and doors of my 3 bedroom house. They gave me a fair price, without the game playing that you get with other big double glazing companies. The quality of the product and fitting is great. Everyone I met and interacted with from the team has been amazing - customer service has been consistently outstanding - polite, respectful and timely calls to keep you up to date. There have been some snagging/outstanding issues, but they are being resolved with no fuss. I have full confidence that they will resolve the final few bits. A shout out to Dean in customer services who is brilliant, even when he is under pressure he always has time to help. George, Jimmy and Trevor (sales) have also all been great nothing is too much for them and their customer service is the best I have experienced. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Absolutely the best you could hope for. From initial site visit to discuss a possible quote (no pushy hard sell, but plenty of passion and belief in the quality of their products) through to the survey visit, then the actual day of installation, and the final call for payment of balance, the people working for this company are superb. First impressions: this company is professional, trustworthy and guided by high standards. Very good workmanship and a great work ethic among the men putting the windows in. They worked efficiently, with care, and were always polite. Even when they hit snags they worked well together to resolve them. There was a slight hiccup with the booking but they were deeply apologetic when it was brought to their attention and sorted it out immediately. They also looked into it to understand where the issue arose so they could improve their process.

Homeglaze are replacing my windows & door in January but my elderly parents had a problem with their back door so I contacted Dean & George to see if they could help us out.The problem was the handle & they couldn't open the door. I sent a photo of the handle as the double glazing is quite old. Dean phoned back to say they had an old handle that would probably fit. Such good service, Chris came out the following day at the arranged time & fitted the new handle. Homeglaze didn't charge my parents which I thought was very kind of them.

From consultation to installation, Homeglaze have been excellent. The customer service and communications we received from Dean were always very helpful, professional, friendly, clear and prompt. Chris and the team who installed our windows did an amazing job, with a beautiful and excellent finish, which we are very happy with, as well as being very professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Homeglaze Home Improvements and would book the team again for work in our home.

This was an unusual order as the door was completely bespoke with many aspects changed to suit my request. It took quite a while getting there as some parts were difficult to get hold of but Homebase rose to the challenge and tried everything they could to achieve my goal. Many thanks to George, Dean and the fitters for all the efforts. It looks fantastic so I'm really happy now.

The mark of an excellent company is its willingness to correct a problem. With our installation incorrect manufacture occurred that wasn't Homeglaze's fault. They did everything you could expect of them to resolve the issue. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We used Homeglaze to install a number of different windows and were very happy with our experience. Chris arrived promptly in the morning and did a fantastic job, with no residual mess - which is greatly appreciated with a toddler rampaging around the house! The only downside was a number of delays with the fitting date, however, this was due to supply issues and we were kept informed of the situation throughout.

Great installation by Chris! Hardworking and arrived on time. There was a hiccup when unwrapping the door (no letterbox installed) but Chris was on the case. Letterbox delivered and installed by him. Dean came by to reassure us that all would be well and he also switched a lock for us. Great customer service all round! Many thanks!

Finding Homeglaze online we telephoned the company and found ourselves chatting to George whom we found to be most polite, informative and not at all pushy so we decided immediately to go ahead with an installation. A few days later we had visits from Trevor and Ross to measure all of our windows and doors another two lovely men who gave very good tips and sound advice. On the day of installation unfortunately we could not be at home to meet the team on arrival, "No worries" said George "I will come over and wait for the guys " When we got home we met Wayne and Dave our two installers again such polite, diligent and careful hard workers, we felt very at ease with these two superheroes as they worked through the 4 days ensuring all was cleared up by the end of each day. We have been so pleased with the entire installation and communications by Homeglaze from beginning to end, they have all gone the extra mile and given exceptional service and strongly recommend this company if you are looking for new windows and doors Amazing!

We had windows replaced in the bathroom and the bedroom. The workers come on time, and did the job very well. They cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased with our new windows.

We were looking to fit a new front door and we chose this company as we were positively impressed with the excellent customer service and their high levels of professionalism. Everyone was supportive throughout the whole process and the installation went smoothly. We are very happy with our new front door to the point that we are sure to use their services again in the future. Great value for money as well. Highly recommended.

Work scheduled for 18th but the weather was atrocious so we quite expected a delay but the two guys arrived at 8.30 am and got straight on with the job. They worked very quickly, removing the old door and frame and fitting the new, the work was carried out within 21/2-3 hours, very tidy, polite, efficient! We expected there would be some “making good” to be done but it was extremely minimal. The company telephoned later in the day to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.
