Homeglaze are replacing my windows & door in January but my elderly parents had a problem with their back door so I contacted Dean & George to see if they could help us out.The problem was the handle & they couldn't open the door. I sent a photo of the handle as the double glazing is quite old. Dean phoned back to say they had an old handle that would probably fit. Such good service, Chris came out the following day at the arranged time & fitted the new handle. Homeglaze didn't charge my parents which I thought was very kind of them.

From consultation to installation, Homeglaze have been excellent. The customer service and communications we received from Dean were always very helpful, professional, friendly, clear and prompt. Chris and the team who installed our windows did an amazing job, with a beautiful and excellent finish, which we are very happy with, as well as being very professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Homeglaze Home Improvements and would book the team again for work in our home.

This was an unusual order as the door was completely bespoke with many aspects changed to suit my request. It took quite a while getting there as some parts were difficult to get hold of but Homebase rose to the challenge and tried everything they could to achieve my goal. Many thanks to George, Dean and the fitters for all the efforts. It looks fantastic so I'm really happy now.

The mark of an excellent company is its willingness to correct a problem. With our installation incorrect manufacture occurred that wasn't Homeglaze's fault. They did everything you could expect of them to resolve the issue. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We used Homeglaze to install a number of different windows and were very happy with our experience. Chris arrived promptly in the morning and did a fantastic job, with no residual mess - which is greatly appreciated with a toddler rampaging around the house! The only downside was a number of delays with the fitting date, however, this was due to supply issues and we were kept informed of the situation throughout.

Great installation by Chris! Hardworking and arrived on time. There was a hiccup when unwrapping the door (no letterbox installed) but Chris was on the case. Letterbox delivered and installed by him. Dean came by to reassure us that all would be well and he also switched a lock for us. Great customer service all round! Many thanks!

Finding Homeglaze online we telephoned the company and found ourselves chatting to George whom we found to be most polite, informative and not at all pushy so we decided immediately to go ahead with an installation. A few days later we had visits from Trevor and Ross to measure all of our windows and doors another two lovely men who gave very good tips and sound advice. On the day of installation unfortunately we could not be at home to meet the team on arrival, "No worries" said George "I will come over and wait for the guys " When we got home we met Wayne and Dave our two installers again such polite, diligent and careful hard workers, we felt very at ease with these two superheroes as they worked through the 4 days ensuring all was cleared up by the end of each day. We have been so pleased with the entire installation and communications by Homeglaze from beginning to end, they have all gone the extra mile and given exceptional service and strongly recommend this company if you are looking for new windows and doors Amazing!

We had windows replaced in the bathroom and the bedroom. The workers come on time, and did the job very well. They cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased with our new windows.

We were looking to fit a new front door and we chose this company as we were positively impressed with the excellent customer service and their high levels of professionalism. Everyone was supportive throughout the whole process and the installation went smoothly. We are very happy with our new front door to the point that we are sure to use their services again in the future. Great value for money as well. Highly recommended.

Work scheduled for 18th but the weather was atrocious so we quite expected a delay but the two guys arrived at 8.30 am and got straight on with the job. They worked very quickly, removing the old door and frame and fitting the new, the work was carried out within 21/2-3 hours, very tidy, polite, efficient! We expected there would be some “making good” to be done but it was extremely minimal. The company telephoned later in the day to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the door and the professionalism of the staff that came to fit it. I was kept up to date with timings etc. All staff were very polite.

From my very first phone call to Colin at Homeglaze I was confident that they would be a good company to deal with. My intuition was right and they proved to be exceptional. From George's visit to give me a quote for the job and all the way through to completion I felt at ease. In my opinion the professionalism of the team as a whole shone out. George gave me what I considered to be a very fair quote and without any pressure from him I went ahead without hesitation. The expertise of Ross the surveyor and Michael the installer shows in how well my new composite door and frame fitted, resulting in no making good of plasterwork and nice finishing touches. Both Dean and Kerry in the office were also very helpful every step of the way. A 1st class job, thanks to the team at Homeglaze!

We were very happy with the service we received from Homeglaze. No pressure from the salesman, helpful in answering questions and meeting our specification requests. Jimmy and Ben provided an excellent fitting service, completed the job to a very high standard and left no mess. Very happy to recommend.

This company has been recommended to me and I have not been disappointed by placing the order with them. We had a porch build by the Homeglaze in the front of the house. The work has been done at the high standard from the time of initial survey up to completion.

We were impressed with Homeglaze. They came to see us immediately and outlined the options without a hard sell. The following day the surveyor measured up quietly and competently and a month later when the windows arrived the fitters came and worked non stop for three days refusing coffee and leaving no mess. Our old windows had been fitted wrongly and water had rotted the wood in the centre. The appearance and solidity of the new windows is impressive.

A nice company to deal with all the way through, from our first enquiry to completion of the work. There was no hard sell and no pressure. They made it clear from the start that their priority was that we should be happy with the work, and that proved to be the case. Interestingly one of the fitters told us it was the best job he had ever had because although high standards of workmanship are expected they are given enough time to do a proper job whereas in many double glazing firms they are rushing from one job to another. We felt the price was very competitive, given the quality of the work and we were well pleased with the result.

Great customer service and after care from Dean Knowles. Dean ensured I was happy with the design and work carried out after. Dean also replaced the front door lock free of charge to ensure all the house was secured and up to current spec. Windows are amazing. Really notice the difference with temperature and noise inside house. All work completed in one day. Very pleased with results.

The initial meeting with their rep was good. Dean was knowledgeable, helpful and to the point. He gave us a figure and there was no price dropping to make us decide quicker. Very much different and better than other companies. The two guys that came to install our windows and door were great. Very friendly, professional and tidy. The installation was quick and they left no mess whatsoever. We’re really pleased with the quality of the windows, they look great, are easy to open and close and the sound proofing is amazing. Our new front door looks great and we’ve had quite a few compliments from our neighbours. They changed the lock on the door, as it wasn’t the one we had discussed, but it was sorted within a few days - no problem. We would definitely recommend Homeglaze.

From first visit with Jay we knew we wanted to use this company. Quality of materials far better than we had seen before. Our fitters worked hard and professionally and left the house clean and tidy. Met with very helpful Homeglaze salesman (Dean Knowles) on 7 Nov and the two units (bedroom and bathroom) were installed on 14 Dec. Price was very competitive and included scaffolding as I was very concerned re possible damage to sloping tiled roof. Installation was delayed for just a couple of days by glass breakage in transit from manufacturer so certainly not Homeglaze's fault. Installation carried out by two very competent fitters and they cleared up very well afterwards. Units are of a very good standard. All in all, it has been a very good experience - normally one to worry about !! Well done Homeglaze - happy to recommend them.

I was apprehensive about having this type of work done as i really did not know what to expect and was also concerned about any damage or mess that might be caused. The salesperson and customer service team were very informative and explained everything which was reassuring. The team on the day were professional and polite and got on with the job. They took care throughout and I am most impressed with my new windows. I have been left with some really minor decorating to do but expected this as this was a big job! I have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze and would use them again.
