I had an excellent experience with Homeglaze. From the initial phone call to the post-fitting follow up, all team members have been professional and courteous. While not the cheapest quote I revived, I am so glad I went with this company. They took time to talk me through my options, the installation team finished in a few hours and fired up after themselves, the fitted door and window look fantastic, and they even fitted a cat flap I had purchased for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I have only had to deal with Homeglaze post-installation a handful of times, but on each interaction, I can only say how impressed I am with their services. All staff members are professional and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. I recently had an issue with my front door, which I didn't think could be resolved. I called Homeglaze, speaking with Dean. Dean went above and beyond to help me, concluding with a very favourable outcome. The resolution to my problem required installers to visit my property and carry out work to the front door. James and Danny, again, provided exceptional workmanship and a friendly manner. I was very happy overall. I cannot recommend Homeglaze highly enough, and I will, without doubt, use their services in the future. An excellent company you can trust.

The two fitters stripped out the old door and window with minimum fuss. The new door and window were fitted amazingly quickly. They were friendly and professional and kept working until it was all done in very good time. I'm thrilled with the new door, great fit, great colour and just what I wanted.

I had my new french doors fitted last week by Homeglaze and I have to say that I'm delighted with the finished result. As when I've used Homeglaze before, I found the professionalism and expertise of all their staff to be second to none and I can highly recommend them as a company. From Jay's initial quotation visit and Dave's survey, through to completion, everything went like clockwork. Chris and Danny were both very good workers and were very respectful of my property. My 1960s house was in need of new, modern windows throughout. From the moment I walked into Homeglaze’s showroom and was welcomed by Jay, their designer, I knew I was in safe hands. Once we had decided on the style of the new windows, I didn’t have to wait long for them to be installed, along with a new French door and front door. The fitters, Chris, Michael and Dan were friendly and professional. They worked tirelessly, nothing was too much trouble and all the work was carried out to a high standard. I am thrilled with my new windows and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Homeglaze to anyone wanting to replace their windows.

Homeglaze were extremely helpful and responsive in pre contract discussions and adapted to our needs for a contract arrangement which included both the individual flat owners and the freeholder. They stuck to the shred timetable and carried out the work considerately and professionally. The products are very good.

Homeglaze replaced two wooden bay windows and another casement window. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and budget. They listened to our needs and preferences and were polite, helpful and competent throughout. We are not experts in pricing window installations, but the price felt competitive and fair compared with other quotes we had received.

Jay and team were helpful, professional and friendly from the first call I made to them through to the quality checks they provided once the job was complete. I had a window and backdoor replaced and really appreciated the advice given - these guys are honest and only do work that is needed! They were punctual, respectful, efficient and tidy. I would definitely contact them again in future if needed, and would highly recommend their services.

I wanted my kitchen window (on the second floor) replaced with a window with a hole in the vent light in which an exhaust fan is fitted. Homeglaze made the vent light pane with toughened glass as otherwise it may crack. There were some problems fitting the fan in the vent light pane, However, Homeglaze overcame the problems cheerfully, despite the additional cost to Homeglaze, till I was completely satisfied. Homeglaze is a professional company that considers customer satisfaction very important.

I cannot overstate the service and quality of work once again provided by Homeglaze. Two years ago I had all the windows replaced in 2 terraced houses (34 windows in total). They did a superb job and I have had no issues since. In December, I spoke to Dean and asked for an estimate for the remaining house in the terrace needing 18 new windows. Over that weekend, he measured up and I had a quotation within 48 hours, which was kept to! When it came to the fitting, just over a month later, given that the property is used as a medical clinic, the timing was critical so as not to upset patients. Fitting was quick, with immaculate attention to detail and timed exactly as requested by the clinic. The windows look really good, and have been sympathetically fitted keeping the original architraves. The team are true craftsmen. Even the smallest window, which was fiddly to fit, with a small arch above, looks as if it was the original. All this and they cleaned up everything before departing. I thoroughly recommend Homeglaze to anyone. You will be assured of an outstanding job.

We chose Homeglaze because of a friend's strong recommendation and we were not disappointed. There was no sales pressure at the first appointment for a quotation, and on acceptance we were given an installation date just one month later. The work was done very efficiently by two very pleasant workmen in just two days. Of particular importance was the fact that a small defect in one of the sealed units was rectified without quibble with a replacement just 4 days later leaving the whole installation in perfect condition. We are extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend the company.

Not cheap, but beat Anglian and Everest on price. No hard selling. Good quality Deceuninck products. No nonsense, quick, efficient installation. Had a problem with a blind not being reinstalled afterwards, but the company offered to come back to fix it. Would have preferred it if scaffolding had not been used, but it is a 3rd floor flat and nobody was prepared to do it without scaffolding, so fair.

Highly recommend Homeglaze. They were extremely professional from start to finish and I am over the moon with my new windows. the guys were all lovely, extremely helpful and communicated well throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the results and the service I will be using them to replace my front door.

Choosing a replacement window company is difficult at the best of times. It is a massive investment and if things go wrong you could be faced with significant problems in resolving them. I would only say that in my experience with Homeglaze you can put those concerns to one side. Initially I had 4 large bay windows (one with patio doors) fitted in July 2022. I decided to have the rest of the house done in January 2023. I have nothing remotely negative to say. The work was done on schedule, the product appears excellent, the service is excellent and all of the staff (salesman, fitters, after sales support) are extremely polite and clearly focussed on giving the customer exactly what they want. A few very minor issues were identified after fitting and there was absolutely no quibbling and they were resolved within a matter of days of being reported. In my view, a company that you can trust.

The fitter worked hard all day and I was very pleased with the work he did. The quality of the doors are very good and I would not hesitate to recommend Homeglaze to friends and family.
