Having been without hot water for a fortnight and having no luck with Homeserve found HP Plumbing on this website, appointment was made for an initial survey to quote for removing the existing Worcester Combi boiler (20 years old) and fitting a new Worcester Combi boiler, quote provided within a couple of hours and accepted and arrangements made for work to be carried out the following day at 8.30 am, work completed by 4.30 pm. After completion, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Harry did the initial inspection and Dave and Jack removed the old boiler and fitted the new one, they did an excellent job, would also mention Hollie in the Office who kept me informed by e-mail from start to finish of the installation. Would highly recommend this Company.

Prompt, efficient and helpful, all round a very professional service, I would recommend them to anyone. As an ex plumber and heating engineer I have high standards, HP Plumbing met them from initial survey to quote for removing the old boiler and cylinder and fitting new combi boiler in place of the old cylinder through to completing the work in 1 day, neatly, cleanly and to an excellent standard. Thank you to Harry and the lads who did the work, it wasn't the most straightforward of jobs but they worked really hard and we are delighted with the end result.

HP plumbing and heating did a great job. I can’t talk highly enough of my experience. It was a large job and they worked really hard to complete it in 2 days. They were very polite, taking time to answer all my questions and point out all the important features of the plumbing instalation. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves, included additional features not asked for that were great ideas. If Carlsberg did plumbers it would be like this!! Joking aside I would strongly recommend these guys.

Had a new combi boiler fitted, very pleased with the service, 3 lovely young men in the team, the team worked well all had their own tasks and the boiler was soon up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are brilliant

We asked HP Plumbing and Heating to undertake a major job: replacing the gas boiler, tank and all associated pipework in our house, installing some new radiators/removing old ones, and installing a new shower. The whole process - from commissioning the originating quote to finding dates in the diaries through to the work of the highly skilled team of plumbers, engineers and fitters who worked through the four days of the installation - was handled with the utmost skill, courtesy and professionalism, That skill and courtesy also extends to the office staff, to whom we also offer our thanks. The work was completed absolutely to time and absolutely on the agreed budget. Finally, the new system was guaranteed and HP have a detailed record of the installation, so after-care should be, we think, straightforward.

This company fitted our boiler one year ago, very impressed with them then. Just had it serviced and everything about the company, communication, price, reliability, advice given, was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Service was excellent from initial discussions to completion of installation. David and Jack were efficient and helpful and left everything tidy. They were punctual and cost was as quoted. They will be looking after service reminders and will be the first point of contact if there should be any problems.

First rate communication and workmanship, from the initial survey by Harry to the completion by Alistair and Danny. They seem to enjoy and take pride in every aspect of their work. The neatness of the pipework was impressive and the house was cleaner when they left than before they arrived! Impressive punctuality and attention to detail. The estimate for boiler replacement was slightly lower than others and the final bill was identical to the estimate. I have no hesitation in recommending this team and I will be using them in the future.

I chose HP from two quotes for a new boiler, since they offered more services at a lower price. It almost seemed too good to be true - happily it wasn't! The quote covered an Ideal boiler with a 10-year warranty, a full system flush, installation of a magnetic filter, and a wireless thermostat, as well as use of a safe scaffolding tower to access the flue, and it still came in lower than the competitor, who included none of these things and was planning to go up an 11m ladder to get the flue (yoinks!). They were quick - out the house before 5pm, despite having to install new, wider-gauge gas pipes through the flat - and careful to clean up after themselves, including a COVID-safe wipedown of all surfaces they'd touched. If there was a slight downside, it was that they didn't notice we needed wider-gauge pipes when they came to do the quote: we had to ask about this specifically, having been warned about pressure issues by our regular gasman. But overall, on price, speed and quality, top ten. A blessedly stress-free experience.

I have used HP Plumbing and Heating Ltd for quite a few years now, and I would not choose to use any other plumbing company. The workmanship, cleanliness, expertise and efficiency are all rolled into one, and that's what makes a good respectable first-class business. Harry and his colleagues Luke and Danny, have worked very hard to build a successful company. Anyone requiring plumbing work will not be disappointed, and their prices are exceptionally competitive.

We had Harry come out to service our boiler that he and his team installed last year, came on time and did a thorough service of the boiler and left it clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry and his team, they are the only plumbers I will use!!

The plumbers that came where very efficient and did an excellent job. They kept mess to a minimum and I will definitely be using them again to do the plumbing work when I do my kitchen and bathroom.

HP Plumbing & Heating completed our install of our new Worcester Bosch 8000 Style boiler today (replacing a faulty outdated British Gas 24L) Matty, Danny & Harry all arrived on time as arranged and cracked laying the carpet protective covering and unloading our shiny new boiler.... Extremely happy with top quality installation and professionalism of the guys. Very happy customers and would highly recommend to others looking for quality workmanship.

HB Plumber originally commissioned our LPG Ideal Boiler and Heating system in 2020 following extensive renovation work at our house. They made two visits and we were impressed with their approach and professionalism. One of the isolating valves on the system failed and developed a leak which meant we had to shut the system down. Our builders went back to HB Plumbers and they returned today and replaced the faulty part. The office staff were very helpful and supportive and the work was completed with the efficiency we experienced last year. Very, very good!

From the initial visit for the quote to the installation of the boiler, this company were excellent. As two people vulnerable to Covid-19 it was important that any anxieties we had about letting workmen into the house were considered and HP Plumbing did not let us down. They quickly came round to give us a quote and an installation date. On the day the two fitters arrived promptly, wore masks in the house and worked efficiently. I was given a good explanation of the product by the fitter and everything was left tidy afterwards. He even shaved a bit of wood from my kitchen cupboard so that the boiler fitted properly. The thermostat fitter was also very helpful and wore a mask the whole time he was in the house. Top marks all round and I would highly recommend this company.

This Company gave excellent service! Arrived on time, removed old boiler from the loft and installed a new one into a bedroom. Cleared all rubbish and left all areas clean. We’re very polite, two very nice guys. I would highly recommend this Company!!
